They've been good to us for the 12 years we've been in the Comfort Club. Always on time for scheduled service. They provided after hour service on the ac and only charged for parts. Ac was running great in about an hour. Highly recommended.

Our air went down during extreme heat and Josh came right out as soon as he could! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and worked hard to get our air up and running as soon as possible! Then he took the time to give us tips to prevent any new damage to our system. I will always call the team over at Long's for all my heating and cooling needs! This was the second time we've used them and Rob, Josh, and the team did not disappoint!

Very pleased with the service. I had regular maintenance scheduled and they came and took care of me. When I had a problem a week later they took care of it quickly. I was impressed with both employees that came to our office. The office is also very friendly and eager to help.

I needed a twin split looked at and Daiken recommended Long Refrigeration. Rob came out and looked at the units. He was on time and professional. Their prices were in line with other competitors and Patty, in the administrative office, really went above and beyond to make sure our needs were taken care of.

These folks are #1! My heat went out over the weekend but it wasn't very cold yet, so I waited until Monday to call. Patty was able to get me in the next day (would have been day of but a couple of techs were out sick). Joshua arrived and explained there was a big issue, I would need a new unit, and it would be the beginning of next week before install. Panic since the temp was dropping with 20 degree nights. Joshua spoke with the owner and was able to let me borrow a couple of portable heaters. WOW! I received a call the next day from the owner and asked if I was available for install that afternoon. Another WOW! Within 24 hours I have a new furnance and heat just in time for freezing rain and temps. Matt did the install and was fantastic. The entire staff was awesome. I will always be a loyal customer of these guys. Thank you!

We couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and service we received from Long Refrigeration. Jesse, the technician, arrived 20 minutes prior to their three hour window, and was quick to diagnose and fix the problem. After resolving the issue, he thoroughly inspected both of our AC units to ensure we wouldn't have any future problems. Our experience was a breeze, and very reasonably priced. We won't call anyone else for future issues.

Nick, an employee of Long Heating and Air, came out, had to reconnect duct work under the house, no problem,. Also, I asked him to check furnace, making rattling noise. The past company I bought the furnace from, did not take the time or effort to fix. Nick took the time to check the furnace thoroughly, Fixed the issue. If you have an issue with your furnace, I 100% recommend Long Heating and Air, Nick did a great job.

Longs Refrigeration is an amazing company to work with. From our the first meeting with Mr. Long for our new system, their crew provides a spring and fall maintenance program, and warranty care.
Our recent encounter was an "Evening Emergency". Without batting an eye they came to our rescue. Josh Lewis arrived with a smile on his face. He found the problem in quickly and made the repair, to get us by until he could get our warranty covered motor. They scheduled an appointment to install the new motor, at our convenience. Again Josh arrived, parts in hand, and made the exchange inside of 45 minutes.
