Mike Costello came to our home late on a Saturday. He was very knowledgeable, completed the work promptly and appropriately. Very personable guy. Would always welcome (and even choose) him back for any maintenance or repair issues. Great experience !!

The response was very quick! We have used their heating and cooling services for years. Always with excellent results. Nick came today to look at my furnace. He was very professional and found my problem with my furnace in no time. He left me with 2 space heaters, which I greatly appreciated.

Had a set appointment time for 3pm asked if possible could we meet earlier. Was contacted by Caleb at 1:30 that he could be there in 20 min. I asked to make it 40 to give me time to wrap up in the office and head home. Caleb showed up right on time and did excellent work. Showed me what was wrong and explained what he would do in order to get heater working. Suggested long term solution without being pushy. I’ll continue to use Long for the long term! Pun intended.

Long Refrigeration did a fantastic job installing two new Daikin R32 systems for me with all the trimmings. They showed up on time, did their job quickly, only told me 2 dad jokes (which actually were kind of funny,) and did it at a great price.

I plan to use them again for future projects. Highly recommend!

New Years Eve 2025.
Had a gas leak on heating furnace up in the attic. The technician was top of the line. Around 4-5 pm Mike showed up. In time with a great attitude. He was very professional and thorough. He could have plainly left while waiting on approval on cost to go be with his family on New Years Eve. Being a nice guy he patiently waited. We got approval on repairs. And he stayed until job was complete. Not only that he may have saved our lives; 9 gas leaks. Bravo and hats off to Mike for making your company shine. I wish I would've had cash to tip him because He deservesd it. Thanks Mike your the kinda guy that I'd want working for me. Long is lucky to have you 🙏

Our HVAC went down in the middle of the night and they were able to have a technician to use within the hour. Great customer service. Caleb Rook was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely make sure that any other HVAC needs will be through this company!

Great new management! Quick service…. They came out the same day I called! Offered multiple solutions to help me keep to my budget. Great service all around from the friendly office scheduler to the knowledgeable tech. I recommend them.

Dave went above and beyond to help me track down repair parts during a time when tons of calls were coming in for broken furnaces and temps were below 0. Great guy!!
