Dave and Andy were super kind and helpful. Explained and showed us the issue we're having and have been super communicative in how to best proceed to fix the issue.

Andy was great! We bought our house last year and just had a routing inspection done to make sure we were caring for your system the right way. He took his time inspecting, cleaning, and answering our questions. He's the kind of person you can instantly trust. 100% recommend.

We just had a big storm come through and our air conditioner quit working. I thought it might be related to a bad fuse or breaker. Dave dispatched a technician for early this morning to come take a look. Dustin arrived right on time and deserves 5+ stars for doing a great job! Turns out my $20 clearance aisle thermostat was a bad investment ;-) he had a new one on the truck, that did the job and got us back up and running. After a quick spring cleaning on the outside unit, I was headed off to work. Thank you all so much. You have a new customer in Branson!

Woke up at 4 am to find my furnace was not working, called and spoke with David who was more than decent to try to walk me through if something could be done on my end before needing to do a service call. He was very knowledgable and patient at explaining what he was doing to fix my issue. Would definitely recommend and will only use this company in the future.

Mr. David is a very nice, polite man. We were looking into see if we needed to replace the hvac system and get an estimate. He was upfront about needing replaced or not. Answered all our questions.

Heating + Air Paramedics has the absolute best service! They are extremely knowledgeable and incredibly kind. David took my late night phone call, answered all my questions and was so patient when explaining everything to me. He arrived promptly and completed the work quickly. It was like having a family member in my home helping fix an issue and learning in the process. Amazing!!!

We needed a furnace inspection so we called Callahan Heating and Cooling. It was a great experience and Brock the tech they sent out was very polite and informative on the whole process. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

While having troubles with my water heater, Ryan did an exceptional job relaying what the issue was and the steps needed to move forward. Arrived within allotted time frame, had friendly/personal interaction, and was very knowledgeable. Moving forward, I would most definitely use again.

When the temperature started to heat back up in mid September, our a/c decided it didn’t want to work any longer. We have been in the area for only a year so decided to read some reviews before I made the call. Callahan’s reviews were exceptional and the company made sure to respond. We have not been disappointed! Joseph was sent to diagnose and repair. Unfortunately, the age of the unit vs the cost of repair gave us no choice than to replace it. Joseph worked hard for us trying to get the best price he could. No, I would have rather not had to spend the money on a new unit but sometimes you must. Joseph is an exceptional employee and he must be recognized. He is very personable, professional and respectful. Colin came with him today for the install, and in our limited conversation, he appears to be the same. I definitely would recommend Callahan for your service or replacement needs.

Levi went all the way to solve our problem with the Heat Pump. He explained what was happening, going down to the furnace, back up for the thermostat, and doing it again and again. One of the most cordial guys I have met. He gets my highest ratings.

I'm always hesitant on choosing a service provider when it comes to important home issues, but needed someone quick. I googled a local AC repair near me and scrolled through looking for 24-7 service due to it being after 6 p.m., and with high reviews. Within just a few minutes of skimming through Callahan reviews, I called them and the phone was immediately answered by Josie. She sounded like she had life going on in the background, but still was so kind and helpful and set us up for an appointment within a couple hours. She was great! Secondly, within about an hour and 15 minutes (we live kind of far out) Drew arrived and immediately suspected the problem, checked it, and was correct about what needed to be fixed. He arrived in a box truck with the part on-hand, knowledgeable about everything, and got it fixed within 15 minutes, if that! We will never hesitate on calling them again. HVAC is one of the more stressful things to deal with, and they made it not stressful at all. All around great service, great people, and we look forward to working with them again when the time comes. We finally have people we can trust to call when there's an issue!
