Ryan did a great job checking the heating system making sure everything was running properly (bi-annual checkup). We also had him move the thermostat to a better location. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend Callahan Heating and Cooling to anyone!

I called and had an issue with our furnace not heating properly and with having a newborn in the home that’s not a problem we could deal with. They sent a tech out the same day and solved our problem. Ryan was very informative, polite, and professional. As a business owner myself it’s nice to see other companies that hold themselves to a high standard. I recommend them and Ryan to anyone needing HVAC services.

I am generally not the type of person who makes reviews online...in fact, this is my first Google review EVER, but I was so impressed with this company and especially with their technician, Miranda, that I had to make an exception. Our heater was "toast" according to the first technician sent out by our home warranty and what turned into a second opinion/quote ended up being a quick repair/reconnection of a few fuses and wires and the unit has been working fine ever since.

Miranda came recommended from a close family friend and I personally witnessed her entire diagnosis and repair of the unit for what amounted to maybe 30 minutes. She explained in clear straightforward terms what was happening with the unit and inspected every possible point of failure to return it to working capacity. The unit is admittedly older and will eventually need to be replaced but Miranda gave us some much needed breathing room right before the holidays. She expressed that Callahan was a company built on integrity and my wife and I were so impressed that we decided to sign up for their maintenance plan and will be going through them for any future work needed.

Ryan arrived at the scheduled time. He has serviced our system before and is always very polite, clean and professional. He also wears the shoe covers in the house which is a definite plus in our opinion. He answers all questions and makes recommendations. It us a real pleasure to have him for our service calls.

10 out of 10!! We had called early morning and was able to get someone out to our house that day!! Miranda came out told us what was wrong with our system. (after we got scammed by a different company) she told us the things we needed to get done. Answered every question we had and told us about there awesome membership. Would definitely recommend. Our kids were in the house and she even ran out to the vehicle got them EACH a little squishy, a water bottle, and a measuring tape. Overall an amazing experience! After a bad one.

Ryan was an absolute pleasure to work with...very polite..answered every one of my questions...even took pictures of the work done in my attic to share and explain to me. My new system complete with all new ductwork took 3 days unfortunately but everyone that came out to my home was professional and extremely concerned about my comfort. My home was built in 1935 and was a big challenge but every technician tackled it with a positive attitude and got the work done even having to work late in the night. Thanks to all at Callahan Heating and Cooling for a job very well done!

We had a burnt smell coming through the vents in the middle of the night. Brock came very promptly. He was very knowledgeable, honest & friendly. He diagnosed and took care of the issue. He went above and beyond to help our family. We are so thankful for his help. Amazing service & company!

Miranda is a hoot! She was professional and charming as she worked with us on a Sunday during the terrible winter storm in January 2026. Our heater chose that particular day to quit working and Miranda searched for and found the right part to get us up and warm again. We’re grateful for her braving the weather and the roads to come help us out. Highly recommend!

Miranda has been extremely knowledgeable in all of my HVAC maintenance so far! She takes the time to explain everything to me in a clear and concise way that I haven't experiencd before. As a woman, it's refreshing to see a woman in this line of work! I will continue to request her in the future.

We decided to call Callahan after seeing an interview with the owner on TV. Their response was immediate. Ryan arrived and was able to detect the problem with our old system very quickly. The analysis was confirmed from the photos he took showing a crack in the heat exchanger. He offered to try to find a replacement part but it would likely be a tough find considering the age of our old system. With Ryan's advice, we agreed that a new system would be much safer and more efficient. Miranda arrived to show us our options for replacement. She and Ryan answered our questions and addressed our concerns. We then selected a new system based upon our options. The appointment was booked the very next day for the installation of our new system. The team of Ryan and Andrew completed the installation by working diligently into the early hours of the next day. They were very professional and paid attention to detail. Joseph then provided support the next day to address any of our additional questions or concerns. We're very pleased with the performance of our new system and would highly recommend Callahan for your heating and cooling needs.

Joseph Christian is remarkable in many ways. Kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and respectful of customer suggestions. I would be most pleased if he were able to return for any service calls I may need. His performance is above and beyond the call of duty.

RICK AVIS is the sweetest, hard working young man i have met. He is very knowledgeable on heating and ac. He was prompt and very polite. I asked if I could give him a tip and he said no thank you.

Miranda and Brock serviced my furnace and I couldn't be more impressed! Josie was extremely helpful over the phone and was able to answer all my questions and concerns jut like Miranda and Brock did. All three of them went above and beyond the call of duty and all three of them just scream integrity and honesty. I will never forget how kind and professional they were and I will never call any other company. It's Callahan Heating and Cooling for me from now on. I just can't reccomend them enough!

Fast service, even on weekend calls. Ryan has been out twice for service calls, including once in the middle of the night. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Colin came out to give us a quote on a new system—he was great, not pushy at all, very understanding, and took the time to explain everything. Ryan and Levi handled our new install, working 12 straight hours at my home. They were both extremely professional, polite, and dedicated to getting everything done right. The after-hours dispatch team is also always polite and professional. Overall, every interaction we’ve had with this company has been excellent.

Miranda did a great job with our heating system repair! We woke up this morning to our house at 52 degrees and dropping fast. It was 10 outside, so the situation was getting serious. Callahan got Miranda here quickly. She found that our blower motor was seized, and she didn't have a direct replacement on her truck or in the company parts warehouse. We scheduled to have her come back Monday when they could get the part, and my wife and I started planning how we would keep the house from freezing in the interim. After she headed out, Miranda went the extra mile to call other technicians, and found one who had a motor on their truck! She was back in a jiffy and had our house warming up in a few minutes! The whole team at Callahan was polite, competent, and conscientious.

Rick did two repair jobs for us at different houses. He is super knowledgeable and courteous! My tenants are very happy with the quick service. He definitely knows what he’s doing. Found out the issue within an hour and fixed the problem. I highly recommend Callahan Heating and Cooling to anyone who needs HVAC service.

We are very happy with every service Callahan has provided. Ryan, Miranda, and everyone we’ve interacted with has been kind, punctual, and professional. Scheduling is easy and quick which is so appreciated when life gets hectic. They are the only ones we will be calling for our scheduled maintenance and repairs.

The guys were great! We had an unexpected (8pm) faucet leak from our tub we could not shut off ourselves. They came out after hours, friendly and professional. For now the issue is still pending, unfortunately we’re going to be without water for 3 days until they can come back on Monday.
