Called Callahan for a problem with our furnace not working right. They were extremely helpful, and sent Ryan out the next afternoon. He did a great job, figured out what the problem was (when 2 other companies didn’t) got the furnace running and made sure the house was warming up before he left. He wore shoe covers to do the repair, and I had no mess in my home to clean up, which I greatly appreciated. They are a great company to work with, and I’ll definitely call them if there are future issues with our hvac. Would highly recommend.

I’m very grateful for Callahan Heating & Cooling. December 26th was my service call to them, had an emergency situation, the HVAC wasn’t working properly, I called several people, no one would have been able to come out unless they changed an arm and a leg. Thankfully they came out, fixed the issue, has serviced the unit since then and caught another issue that if they didn’t catch it now, it would have made it hard and more expensive to fix, especially with snow projected to come this weekend. Rick is amazing to work with, and I’m so happy and glad he’s been the one sent out to help us!

My husband and I were very thankful for Rick at Callahan Heating and Cooling to come to our home on this freezing cold day and get our heat going again. I'm so thankful it was a simple fix and now we can all be comfortable again in our home. He was very kind and very knowledgeable of what was going on. I would highly recommend using them again!

Miranda was fantastic! Showed up closer to 6pm and was extremely knowledgeable and professional! She was able to get our heater working again and very quickly! She also had great advice on the possible maintenance/repairs we'd have to prepare for in the near future! Could not have asked for a better experience! Callahan has been amazing overall and we're extremely glad we have our membership with them!!

Ryan was very knowledgeable about my system. He checked everything due to my furnace not heating. He was very nice and respectful. He was very particular about how clean my ac unit was. Miranda and Brock were very personable and found what was wrong with our compressor quickly. They were honest and had some great tips to help us make sure our HVAC is working properly going forward. We are never disappointed with service and professionalism by Callahan's service technicians. We had an issue with our thermostat control. We called Collin at 10:00 and had a technician here by 1:00. Brock was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and transparent about the problem. While he was here he suggested some cleaning maintenance to keep our unit functioning at peak performance. Thank you Callahan's for setting the bar high for reliable service!

He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, clearly explained what was going on, and answered all of our questions without hesitation. You could tell he truly knows his craft and takes pride in his work. Best customer service. They are fast and efficient, very reliable and knowledgeable about all aspects of the company. Rick was on point with teaching me about the process as he went along. Prices are good and they do heat, air and plumbing. So nice to call one company. Plus they’re VET owned.

The technician's name is Levi Sorrell.
Excellent response. He was at my door within an hour's time. Levi had the poblem diagnosed and fixed within the next twenty minutes. He also went in the attic and checked for any unusual venting configuration, then on the roof.
I was impressed on how thorough he was. I contacted Callahan looking for a smaller company where you can establish a more personal business relationship. I'm well satisfied. They have a great representative in Levi. The cost for their service is in line with what I've paid in the past. I look forward to a long term maintenance relationship.

We originally called Callahan because it was time to replace our heating and air unit. They installed it last summer and it has really helped our energy bill compared to the last unit. We’ve had them quote work for us for other things too and we’ve felt they’ve always been very honest with us (not sales pitchy). Miranda has been fantastic to work with. Overall, we’re happy with their work and customer service. I highly recommend them.

Paws down, Miranda is the best heating technician we've ever had. The dogs thoroughly appreciate her quick response to our blower being broken in the Snowmeggedan of 2026. She got our furnace up and running faster than the dogs could spin and grab their tails.
