Don't call them, they charge you $149.00 for the estimate. There are many others that provide free estimates. The technician that came out had health problems, could barely walk and he was supposed to do the work. The bid was $1,800 for a simple line to be installed in my kitchen for a new gas range. Find someone else that doesn't charge for estimating jobs. There are many of them. I recommend GO TIME PLUMBING; 35 years experience; the cost for the same job was $500.00! with no upfront estimate charge!

My advice with this company: be cautious. They charge a fee just to come to your door, but won’t give even a rough estimate beforehand, saying they need to “properly diagnose” the issue once inside. That doesn’t fully add up to me—if a plumbing company has been around as long as they have, they should be able to give ballpark pricing based on experience.

What really raises an eyebrow is how quickly the quotes are generated on their iPads once they’re there. You can draw your own conclusions. In my case (and judging by the one-star reviews), the prices tend to come in far higher than expected.

It puts customers in a tough spot: either agree to an extremely expensive repair or pay the service fee and get nothing done. I’d recommend looking around—there are better, more transparent companies out there.

HAVE HAD SEVERAL SKILLED TECHS OVER THE YEARS. FROM FAUCETS, WATER HEATER, PRV, MULTIPLE BALL VALVES AND CUSTOM WORK. ALWAYS HAVE IDEAS !
GIVEN THE PRICE OF PLUMBING; REALLY WOULD LIKE NOT TO HAVE THE SWIPE FEE FOR CREDIT CARDS ADDED ON. I UNDERSTAND THE PRACTICE ,BUT THERE ARE OTHERS THAT ABSORB IT.
