When I woke up the morning that I called, our temperature was at 76 while the thermostat was at 74. I watched it for a few hours and came back from running a few errands and the temperature was 81 with the thermostat still at 74 so something was wrong. I immediately called Balance Point, who is always been there for us and once again was incredibly wonderful! The staff got Eric out immediately, and he found that our capacitor had gone bad. He immediately replaced the capacitor, and our air conditioner was back in service and working beautifully!

Eric and Balance Point have always been there for us and we greatly appreciate the service that we always receive. I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC Needs!

I called Balance Point at the last second. I new I was going to need a new unit. Brooke in the office got a guy out the very next day. They had a new unit installed the same week! The guys were friendly and patient with my two dogs! We love that these guys are local. I would reccommed 100 times! Price was fair and warranty is unmatched.

Belton location is mass dumping their trash into apartment complex trash bins. FILLING THEM ALL. They park their truck which says balance point heating and cooling and empty the full trucks. Makes me wonder what kind of shady business they must be doing. Don’t use them.

We have called on balance point for yearly maintenance and repairs for several years. We had to replace our hvac systems this year and balance point was a breeze to work with for the whole project.

I've used them for years for seasonal checks of my HVAC and I've always been happy with service. On two different occasions they could have told me I needed an all new HVAC system. I even requested a bid on one. The owner was honest with me and told me my system still had years left and did NOT force me to buy. Yesterday I thought my AC unit was probably dead and would need to be replaced again they were honest and simply replaced a part! I cannot recommend Balance Point more highly!
