ESR came out to do an emergency job and did excellent work getting everything running again with our HVAC. On top of that, he found some other plumbing issues that had been ongoing and fixed those quickly as well. Great service, great price, highly recommend!

Adding to my last comment Eric came out when our grill room wasn’t cooling properly. It turned out it was purely a user error on my part. He did not charge us to came out and provide good suggestions as to how we can avoid making the same mistakes again. We very much appreciated his professionalism.

Great Experience with HVAC install! It's always easy to give a good review if all things go well, but if there is an obstacle that comes up how it is handled is when you can tell how good a company is. ESR did come across a few issues and the issues were handled very well and resolved professionally and swiftly. We always felt we were his top client and the communication was impeccable. I would definitely do business with them and also recommend ESR to others!

I highly recommend ESR Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration to anyone that needs any of these services performed. I had a display freezer that that no one in my area could work on and he stepped up to the plate and troubleshot and fixed it like it was nothing even though it was a major repair. He also figured out the complex thermostat setting with ease and didn’t leave until everything was perfect. Needless to say this is the only company that will be working on my things from here on out!

Excellent communicator every step of the way. Quickly responded to my inquiry, showed up the next day, diagnosed and communicated the issue and then immediately fixed it upon approval. I was at another location and unable to meet him personally, but Eric was very professional and thorough with correspondence. Would definitely call ESR again.

Eric came to our home to fix our patio heaters that would not light due to being blown over by the wind. His communication was excellent and he had them working in no time at all. Highly recommend!

Eric replaced a crazy plastic plate we had on our tile covering an outlet with a brass plate. It was quite a puzzle to make it work… but he put in his time, expertise and patience. He also replaced dead bolts and door handles after spending time one evening looking on Amazon for the best ones. I just keep thinking of all of these things that have been bothering me for years… because Eric is reasonable and honest… he is taking care of it all!!!

I was having a hard time communicating with another HVAC company in Lee’s Summit, so I reached out to Eric to see if he could help me with a fan motor replacement. He was very timely with communications, got me on the schedule quickly and had very reasonable prices. I appreciate his attention to detail, and how he walked me through the replacement. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. Already looking forward to seeing him again in the fall for routine maintenance on our furnace!

I contacted Eric because I have a Boiler system and finding someone to service it is difficult. Another company took advantage of me so I was trying to find a replacement. I am a very happy customer. Eric fixed my problem and I am confident that going forward I have someone who will maintain my system properly without trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. He installed our new radiant heat boiler and is extremely knowledgeable about all of these systems. Eric is responsive and his fees are very reasonable. Eric was very quick to identify and resolve my A/C issues after having to spend a day and a half melting in my home at 85 degrees! He’s very personable and easy to talk to for HVAC questions and general conversation. I plan on keeping him on my list for future HVAC work!
