It was a bit scary finding out that the home I was buying needed a new septic tank, and I would not have been to go through with the sale without her help with questions and ensuring that the new tank was able to be put in before I moved in. Apex Underground is one of the finest contractors I've ever used. After a very thorough vetting process for installing an engineered septic system at my home, Apex rose to the top. They bid on our project promptly and explained the details of the project in a very simplistic way. Apex is a husband-and-wife team. Rusty handles the front facing and administrative functions and Jay, runs the field. When Jay met with me to explain the process of the installation of the septic system he told me then that I will thoroughly keep in good communication with you throughout the entire process. And wow did he! Every thing that could have been a potential issue I was well informed at every point. Their price for the system was lower than other bidders. I'm sure that they could get more money for the type of project that they did at my home. I've been a general contractor in the business for 37 years and I have not met a company that communicates as well as Apex underground doing a project. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a septic system to be installed. They are professional, personable, and skilled! Remember they did my personal home. Couldn't be happier with the work done by Apex Underground when they installed an emergency installation of our new septic tanks, lines and low pressure lateral field. Their technicians Travis and Chase were professional and knowledgeable. Owners Jay and Rusty kept us informed along the way and made a bad situation when old old tank collapsed a positive experience. This was a unique situation. Contacted this company to camera scope storn drain lines. Our daughters 17 yr old dog went missing and seemed to have possibly fallen into the storm drain system. Upon hearing our situation Rusty and Jason willingly jumped into action to offer their services to help. Jason made room in his schedule and came right out in the freezing cold weather. He did everything within his ability to assist. He and Rusty's compassion for our situation was above and beyond. The personal attention and kindness they showed us was touching and amazing. Though they didn't do any work in the field of their expertise, the personal side of them came into play without a second thought. This is the way to be successful in the crazy world we live in. People that care for people, even if there is no financial gain. Hands down I would use this company!!! They have our highest level of respect and admiration. Apex Underground knocked our project out of the park!! The communication from Rusty from first call to scheduling was seamless. On the day of our multiple projects Jay and his team were prompt, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Projects were completed timely and on budget. Highly recommend and will use on future projects.

Apex Underground was so easy to work with. They arrived on jobsite the day promised and finished in a timely manner. Not only is the owner, Miss Rusty and her wonderful husband Jay great people, their crew was equally knowledgeable, personable, and fun to talk with. They went above and beyond to help us fight the city for permits, hired our engineers for the drawings, and executed the job. Highly recommend this company. She also kept her word on the original bid. It was slightly higher due to all the rock they had to jackhammer out of ground...which she warned could happen and warned that was the only way price would change. We couldn't be more happy. Jason repaired dry wall and did mold remediation in our laundry room. We loved his work so he is working on remodeling our bathroom as well. He shows up when he says he will, communicates well, and does a great job! Highly recommend and will use in the future for other projects!

Excellent attention to detail and not only kept the rest of our home as clean as possible during the project, but left the work area very clean when it was done. So nice to have one contractor complete the entire project instead of having to hire several different ones like I have in the past. From moving furniture to wallpaper removal to drywall repairs to wall texturing, to electrical & plumbing fixture installation to final painting and cleaning!

Jason Bastian did a great job at our house with a faucet replacement, a bathroom vanity installation, upgraded lighting in garage and a countertop replacement. He gave us a detailed estimate. He was reasonably priced. He was willing to accept changes along the way. He kept us apprised of his time line and let us know when he would be coming daily. He also worked with our schedule. He did a great job with the work. We recommend his work.

I was having trouble with my furnace fan not running. One phone call later and everything was fixed. The technician even called the next day to check in and make sure everything was still working good. I really appreciated the tech’s honesty through the repair process and how personable he was!

I don’t even know where to start…..Denny is about as honest as they come. We’ve lived in our home for a little over a year and Denny has been just a message away with any questions we’ve ever had. 7 weeks ago our ac went out and we had a home warranty company (cinch) string us along for that long saying they’d fix this, or they are waiting on equipment, yadda yadda yadda. Come to find out about week 5.5 that the pieces we have been “waiting for” aren’t even made anymore!!!!! All the while Denny was giving me spot on advice while dealing with the company. So as soon as we realized they truly weren’t going to replace things through the warranty it was a no brainer to go with Denny. My anxiety being on full tilt Becsuse I have two young kids he was there multiple times to talk me through everything. Denny is a life saver and not just that but an honest man, and at this point that out weighs anything. Long and short is if you need a trust worth hvac company (everyone does) the buck stops here. Thank you for all you’ve done past, present, and future for my family.
