Due to water damage because of the roof leaking in our office building we called Servpro. The team did an outstanding job of getting the soaked room back to normal and taking the moisture out of the walls and carpet.

Called to find out about water remediation from a sewer related problem. Turns out I know more about plumbing than the person who answered the phone. I expressly conveyed that it was the sewer backing up and NOT our plumbing, as we hadn't used our plumbing for HOURS and we had shut off the interior water. The "scheduler" kept insisting it was "probably" our drain backing up, when it CLEARLY was NOT. Water Company admitted fault.

*** editing... In response: It was TUESDAY and I WAS considering your services. I did not have your company come out as the person kept telling me that my drains were backing up as a result of a possible back-flow issue, we don't have a back-flow. I KNEW my drains were not backing up

This is the second time ServPro came to clean up after we had work done by another company. The initial contact was helpful, they got back to us quickly.
Just like the first time the team was professional, work was done very, very well, and they worked hard. No doubt we will use ServPro again when needed.

I had a water pipe burst during the recent record cold snap. The water flowed for several days before we were aware of it (out of town). Drywall in garage was more than soaked. I can't describe the despair I felt when I first saw the damage. I didn't know where to begin. I chose ServPro of Platte County to perform my repairs. I have seen their commercials and they came highly recommended from people I trust. It took a lot of work, but they were extremely thorough. They detected potential areas for mold that I would not have noticed until too late without their expertise. And they properly removed all the damaged materials and rebuilt everything to it's undamaged state. Just like their motto: 'Like it never happened'. They had a great deal of trouble getting my garage door opener to work again, but stuck with it until it was completely resolved. Ayo and his folks were all very professional, attentive and willing to answer all my dumb questions. So patient with me. And wow did they work hard to complete my project!

Four days ago I would have raved about this business. They're friendly and more than competent. We were delighted to work with them. But, their subcontractors aren't as impressive as they are. We've been told every day for the last four days that someone would call about re-tacking our carpet. So far, all we've heard from the subcontractor is silence.
