Luke Person was awesome! We have an old house in Brookside and though LeafFilter couldn't help our situation, Luke went over and above in showing me the exact issues. We have old box gutters that I may try to fix the immediate issues, but I can guarantee Luke will get a call when we replace these old gutters with new ones!

Had Sean out he gave a very thorough presentation. Can’t wait to get my new gutters installed and fix my gutter issues.

This company is extremely overpriced. Unfortunately I was roped in and paid way too much for gutters that are still not up to my standards. On the day of installation, nails and material were left around my house. The next day it rained, so I was excited to see how these gutters were working. Water was coming along the front of the gutters and behind along my house. There was also a section at the front of my house that wasn’t draining efficiently and was collecting a lot of debris. A few corners and sides were collecting excessive debris too. As soon as I made a BBB review as requested via email after installation, I did have someone contact me. Someone came out and looked at them and told me it would be taken care of shortly. Months went by and I hadn’t seen anyone. Reached out to the company and a different person came out to talk to me about my concerns. Explained everything to him too. He made promises it would be taken care of that week. It wasn’t. After reaching out, he made other visits and some things got fixed but not everything. Multiple phone calls and visits with “I promise I will fix this this week” later and still not everything is how I expected. The promises got old…I regret my purchase with this company. And recommending that I reach out again is not going to make me feel any better. That’s all I have been doing since August!

I assumed I was going to receive cadillac service for the premium price that I paid for a known name product. First, the salesman was not truthful when explicitly asked about the gutter removal before our roof replacement and management in response chose to not to be accountable.

We mentioned to the salesman on the phone that we were going to be replacing our roof within a few years and didn't want to waste his time as we were most likely not going to purchase this in 2023. The salesman still persisted and we met where again we reminded him multiple times that logic suggested that with gravity it is more wise to replace a roof first before the gutters. He promised the gutters would be removed before and reinstalled afterwards at no additional cost.

My mistake? Not verifying if the verbiage was in the contract. It was not.

We did end up replacing the gutters in 2023 BUT Leaf Filter later argued this year that this meant just the filters and not the shiny new 6" gutters they installed would be removed. They would not even guarantee a replacement for any pieces damaged as we would NOT have replaced the gutters in 2023 if we had been correctly informed that the gutters were at the mercy of the shingle removal process. Very disappointing but thankfully our roofer did a fantastic job with the shingle removal.

Second, warranty is not truly a lifetime warranty but a one year. A warranty implies no cost to labor and/or parts however this warranty after one year has costs for both labor and parts thus a faux lifetime warranty.

Third, it took multiple attempts to reach Leaf Filter management in order to correct an incorrect installation. Rafter tails are supposed to be shortened to allow gutters to extend about 1" past the house.

Maybe some owners are ok with the water drippage but a professional would have given this decision to the owner vs. deciding for them. This fault was not discovered until the roof was replaced and it was pointed out and research confirms. It took numerous calls over a two week period kindly requesting support. Then an argument insisting I pay for the correction of the incorrect installation.

Now as for the product itself, this is an inferior design in comparison to what we did have on our former home with respect to oak trees. The oak catkins sludge and stick onto the gutter filters like a glue. This was discoverd as water just rolled right over the 6in gutter. I climbed up the next day and not even my leaf blower could remove the oak catkins. I had to hand scrape the entire mess off all the filters around my home.

Honestly, if I had the choice I would return the entire gutter filteration system back to Leaf Filter for a refund. Very disappointed in a brand name product ending up so poorly. If only I could remember the guy who installed my former home's gutter guards. His small business product was far superior where I only went on the roof to remove the occasional sticks.

Thus, I cannot in good conscience suggest Leaf Filter to a friend or colleague.

We had rain gutters and down spouts installed on our 2-car detached garage.

They were on time and the job was done quickly. My only complaint was that they left cigarette butts in my yard. It could be bad for my dogs.

Anna was very detail in explains the process. She allowed us to run a couple of our own tests to see if this would really work for us. Anna had a better coupon on her that she ran instead that gave us a better price than what we had.
We were able to share some common things we both had going in our lives that made her seem very relatable.
The crew that came over were able to do and complete the job in three hours. The son of one of the crew spoke very fluid English and was very helpful with any questions & answers. He even had a special shirt that had his job title on it, it was so adorable but was displayed with respect to the passion he brings to the job. He also picked up anything that was dropped from the roof.
They always strive to deliver an experience that exceeds your expectations.

Edit: AVOID this “legal” SCAM. I’ve called about every number these people have to resolve my issues and I keep getting sent to voicemail. By the way, they wouldn’t charge me anything less than $6k for 135ft of one-story covers ONLY - $6.5 for brand new gutters. It feels insulting when others can get twice the house for half the cost. I must have been profiled…

I called to get a quote so I can compare against others—instead I got a 70s door-to-door salesmen presentation for 2.5 hours. I took time off work that accounted for no more than an hour.

The “estimator” (salesman) never took a single measurement of my house. Instead he just walked around for a few minutes and then did some random hand calculations to arrive at a ridiculously inflated cost.

I was told I had to get pre-approval started if I wanted to use their financing option. The salesmen lied, and instead of pre-approval, I basically ended up applying for a credit card. It supposed to be arriving in the mail soon.

Lastly, the only time he would schedule me for is the following business day. Which is great if you can afford their incredibly overpriced covers.

Wasted my time, lied, and inflated my price. Maybe I’d give their product a shot if I got an actual estimate with $/yd instead of fraudulent marketing. I feel taken advantage of. I wouldn’t recommend this company unless you absolutely need their product.

Tough review to write. The product actually seems to be pretty good, but the installation and clean up was an "experience" to say the least. My salesman assured me that my installation would take 4-5 hours with one person. In my contract, I specially requested
"cleanup" marked and highlighted because I had read so many negative reviews about the mess left behind. I was also promised I would be able to see pictures of the work done since you can’t see the work without getting on a ladder. At the time of my installation, not one, but two workers arrived, which was nice. Thankfully, the installation only took 3 hours, but I received no pictures of the work they'd done and I had debris EVERYWHERE. I'm still finding nails and screws six days later. I've got nails and screws under my car, on my patio, coming out of my gutters, along my driveway into my home, it's insane. I get you can't possibly get every nail, but see the picture attached and you'll know what I mean. I also specifically asked about the actual leaves in my gutters being removed and was assured they wouldn't just be thrown on the ground. I have piles of leaves on top of my bushes now. Even if someone had just left them in a pile or asked me to bag them as they went along, I would have. Again, so far the product seems to work very well, hence the 3 stars. But overall, I was extremely disappointed with the installation. There also wasn't a survey or a follow up call or email asking how things went. I guess for $4,000, I was expecting more.

Clayton was amazing and friendly, very easy to understand and very helpful he answered all my wife’s and I questions and saved us money.

We love the year around lights! They are very adjustable with colors and there are a plethora of built in patterns for holidays, birthdays, sports, etc,. If someone wants a pattern of their own they can literally adjust every single led bulb.

Clayton was easy to work with and very personable. I would recommend him to anyone who asks me about my experience.

The very worst installation I've ever seen. Totally destroyed my new Seamless Gutters. At every screw they installed has turned black. I'm pretty sure they didn't use aluminum screws. I'm going to check to see if they used steel screws instead of aluminum screws. They need to replace my Gutters.
