Reviews of local pros in Riverside, Missouri

i was searching for a company to clean my air ducts and vents. a friend who had used a service before recommended one to me and spoke very highly of them. i contacted bernard, who quickly set up an appointment and sent the team over right away. they arrived on time, wore covers over their shoes to protect my floors, just like i asked. the crew brought all their cleaning equipment and did the duct and vent cleaning without letting any dust fly around the house. they even vacuumed my carpet to get rid of any small debris that fell. collin and the other two technicians were very friendly and explained every step as they worked. they also provided a free dryer vent cleaning and lint removal. i highly recommend this company for anyone needing air duct cleaning.

We had Collin come out to our place in Riverside to clean our air ducts and vents after moving into our home. We really wish we had done it sooner! Collin was professional, honest, and made the whole process easy. We look forward to using their air duct cleaning services again in the future!

There is no Riverside in business office, they are lying. I didn’t have Zelle, after the air duct cleaning the tech said he could take cash, I had cash like a fool and paid. He said he’d text a receipt walking out the door. I didn’t receive one. I’ve called many times, went to said location online-doesn’t exist. All calls are hung up on or they say, I’ll let management know. The tech use a drill with a small wire brush, left a mess!

we had our dryer vent cleaned by their team. bernard was very professional, explained the cleaning process, and made sure everything was tidy, including the outside vent. the price was fair and we will call them again for air duct cleaning.

Excellent work and exceptional professionalism! Collin and Bernard were constantly communicating before and after the air duct cleaning service in Riverside. They skillfully set up a new HVAC system and thermostat. Both have been functioning flawlessly since their setup. I strongly endorse the air duct cleaning services of Level Up Air Duct Cleaners and plan to employ them for any future maintenance and repairs.

getting your air ducts cleaned is a must for anyone with allergies or who just wants their home to feel really clean. when we moved in, i had a lot of allergy problems and noticed a lot of dust in the vents. our place was a bit older, and you could tell the ducts hadn't been cleaned in a long time. level up air duct cleaners was recommended to us, and jamie came out to do the job. the equipment they use is amazing—the whole truck is basically a huge vacuum, not just a small shop vac. the service was super detailed and should last for years, so you don’t have to do it every year. they also sprayed something to fight microbes inside the ducts and cleaned the hvac coils and fan really well. overall, very happy with the service and highly recommend it.

erik and collin did a great job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. they were really thorough and even showed me before and after pictures. it's only been an hour since they finished, and my house already smells so fresh and clean. i highly recommend level up air duct cleaners.

I want to thank Bernard, Collin, and Erik for their excellent work cleaning our air ducts. Everyone was friendly and professional, answering all my questions and doing an outstanding job. They took care to protect our furniture and were very gentle with our dog. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I will definitely use Level Up Air Duct Cleaners again.

Absolutely top notch! It’s not often you find an air duct cleaning company that does everything so well. From my first call to ask for an estimate, through talking about my options, to the work being done, the team was professional, attentive, and detailed. Collin came out twice to make sure the job was exactly what we needed, without trying to sell us anything extra. They carefully sealed all our HVAC ducts, which should have been done right in the first place. We decided to go with the Aeroseal system to fix leaks throughout the ductwork. The crew—Jamie and Erik—were great. They really cared about doing quality work and even vacuumed the whole house before they left. If you need your air ducts cleaned or sealed in Riverside, I highly recommend giving them a call.

i reached out about a problem with my dryer vent, and it was really simple to set up an appointment. from the very first call, everything was explained clearly and honestly. bernard showed up soon after to take a look, and found that the vent was actually filled with water. he really knew what he was doing and handled everything in a professional way. now my dryer works like it's brand new again. i’m glad i chose level up air duct cleaners for my air duct cleaning needs here in riverside.

This was our second time using this air duct cleaning company. We first called them after dealing with some water damage, and we were very happy with how thorough they were.
