As a delivery driver of there product they ordered-No Overnite Parking and They don't allow truck drivers use restrooms seems only to paying customers or employees can over all ok

People are super friendly but I got here a day early and couldn’t get unloaded and I came back and have been in the dock 2 hours still waiting for them to finish unloading.

Poor business practices. You would think they would take care of the people that do business with them. They don’t . I’ll just take my business else where .

Called at the wrong time apparently ! The Guy who had to be on the “Grill” cooking all day . Was extremely rude to me and my property manager 12/5/2025 We called to inquire about a part that was ordered wrong and was told by the “Grill Master “(Don’t Call here ever again you’re not one of our customers!) So I’m guessing business is booming an they don’t need new customers 🤮

Bryan was very friendly and helpful in describing what the problem was with my furnace. He has been to my house a couple of times over the years and has always been very professional.

My AC went out yesterday afternoon. I called Steve’s Heating And air cooling this morning at 9 o’clock and by 12:30. My AC was running again! Bryan did an amazing job. He’s very knowledgeable!

Do you need a company that will restore your faith in humanity? THIS IS IT! I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company, its people and its leadership are. After failing to get anywhere with my home warranty company (Cinch), and after failing to get anywhere with the company Cinch hired to fix my AC unit, I decided I would just take matters into my own hands. After a little bit of scrolling, I came across Steve’s Heating & Cooling. I honestly believe it was divine intervention. And I’m not that kind of guy. After speaking with Wendy, she found it hard to believe that the issues we were having were what the other company told us they were. I explained to Wendy that my wife had breast cancer, and she is currently on cancer medication. Without hesitation, she told me she had someone she will be sending out, and his name is Bryan. Bryan came out to the house, looked at all of the AC equipment, and was able to diagnose the issue within five minutes — most of which were spent walking around the house! Our issue had nothing to do with our AC unit! It was a completely different issue, and Brian fixed it temporarily, until he can get the parts, so that my wife would not have to suffer. The amount of concern, care, professionalism, friendliness and just plane humanity everyone at this company showed me and my wife almost brought me to tears. It’s companies like these, and the people who work there, that make life more enjoyable! That’s how much of a difference there is between people who care about your wellbeing before the bottom line. The money will come, because, people like me will be shouting the name, STEVE’S HEATING & COOLING from the mountain tops, anytime someone needs a recommendation for a REPUTABLE HVAC company. My A/C was having issues and I made an inquiry on the website in the middle of the night. I had a tech at my house by 10am and fixed and running by 10:15. Josh was extremely efficient at diagnosing and correcting the issue. Pricing was fair was well! I highly recommend and will be using them again if issues come up.

Knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I have used this company for many years and when I moved back to Missouri I chose them again. Wendy was friendly and concerned about my cooling issue. Bryan was a wealth of information about our system. I am grateful to know I can still depend on quality service. I love that this company is locally and family owned.

Dylan did an amazing job. We called to schedule a one time routine maintenance on our AC. Procrastinated until we saw the highs for next week near 90 and they came out same day. Dylan was thorough and went above and beyond. No pressure to sign up for a regular maintenance program which other companies like to do. Since then, I’ve continued to subscribe to their seasonal agreement plan and rely on them for all ongoing maintenance and repairs. I trust Steve’s with all of my HVAC needs—they’ve consistently provided prompt, professional, and high-quality service. Today was a perfect example of their reliability: within 45 minutes of my call, a technician arrived and had my air conditioner back up and running in no time. Every team member I’ve interacted with over the years has been professional, courteous, and clearly well-qualified. It’s rare to find a company this dependable. Highly recommend!
