Very professional! Came out the day so called Aiden was just great! Knowledge and great service all around!

All I called them about and needed was a re-wiring of a light. I believe the technicians are trained to try to up-sale the customer to spend more money. Yes, it’s on me that I accepted the extra work done but when he said my house was not up to code, it rattled me into thinking I needed this done. I’ve lived in this house for 10 years and the venting of the bathroom fan has never been a problem. So $1400 later (more than $300 per hour) I feel duped and taken advantage of.

My electrical issue was taken care of quickly. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend.

We had a storm surge damage some electrical components in our house which included a ceiling fan on a vaulted ceiling. We also had a faulty switch that needed repair. The fan was a challenge due to the incline of the ceiling which required a special kit and the switch was a challenge due old faulty wiring. Blake was amazing and very professional. He got to my house at 1pm and left around 8pm. I appreciate his perservance. He did an amazing job.

Wasn’t pushy on the items he recommended for our home but did share everything that was needed to make an informed decision. Got our house up and running quickly. They installed a Generac generator for us. Great company to work with, tech takes pride in his work and Billy the owner is also is hands on.

They reattached my meter box and created a new ground for my electrical service. They did an excellent job worked very quickly, and I was very pleased with their work.

"Mr. Electric" sent Louis to address a power failure we experienced to a refrigerator. They scheduled easily and promptly, and showed up right on time. Louis quickly diagnosed and repaired the immediate problem, and then did a careful assessment of our home's electric services. We had him replace some old "hard-wired" fire/smoke alarms, and install a "surge protector" on our breaker box, which he did on that same visit. Louis was knowledgeable, efficient, likeable, articulate and professional in his deportment and performance. Good-looking, friendly young man, and our dog liked him, so there's that. Our problem was promptly addressed and resolved. I wish it had all been for free, but, that's not the way things work!

Would give 5 stars on service, price was a little high, but good work is worth it.

My tenants all had exceptional things to say about the team working in their homes throughout the week and they left everything clean after their work. Finding a contractor who’s on time, in budget, stays within budget, and completes the project on time is hard to find these days, Zane and his team exceeded all expectations! Thank you!!
