The team at Mr. Electric was very helpful and responsive. They called ahead when the service tech was on their way. The electrician that services our new house was wonderful. Zane was courteous and professional. He did a great job ensuring to give the house a full inspection and made sure it was up to code and safe for my family to move in. He also did a great job presenting options on how to accomplish evetthimg we needed, and went above and beyond when listening to what i wanted and helping us get there. I would highly recommend working with Mr. Electric, and will definitely use them again when i need electical services.

Zane did an excellent job upgrading and fixing the many problems in my older home and explaining everything that was done. He was on time and completed everything in a timely manner. I couldn't be more pleased with the work he did and I feel relieved that my house is now safer. I would recommend Mr Electric to anyone needing electrical work done.

We had 2 bathroom exhaust fans replaced. They were quick to come give a quote and quick to get us worked into their schedule. They showed up on time and installed quickly.

This was very easy and simple. We called, they came out and did a full service inspection for free,showed us a print out of what we should update and what was already in good standing there was no pressure.

We had a two-way switch setup, one at the top of the stairs, one at the bottom that should allow the lights to be controlled at either switch. One was also a dimmer switch. The original installers never made it work. Mr. Electrics tec, Peyton, discovered the problem and fixed it. Thank you! We will be repeat customers.

Such a great experience! I thought I was just going to get a quote for a long list of things that we needed done since moving into a new home, but Zane was able to quickly provide a quote and then complete all the work the same day. Logan & Logan (😆) were two of the best young electricians in KC. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail during and after the installation. Besides being very knowledgeable they were both friendly and outgoing. Liked this in young men who are intelligent and friendly. I would call on these men anytime to fix my electrical problems.

I'm happy to get the upgrade to meet codes completed but it was a long process - city inspectors, Evergy, and Mr. Electric. There were setbacks but I wanted to work with an experienced company to get the job right the first time. I think I made the right choice.

Mr. Electric far surpassed our expectations! The office had great communication and quickly got us scheduled. Our tech, Ethan O. was efficient, respect of our home, creative in finding ways to achieve our goals, and kept us updated as he worked. He left our home immaculate!
We had several outlets installed, light switches moved, a ceiling fan removed and a new one replaced in a different location and four exterior lights replaced. Ethan managed the project with the help of another tech; they worked together seamlessly!

Very happy with the work done to add two ceilings fans where there were no lights. Took only a few hours for them to complete both, even adding the boxes and wiring in the attic.
Fully explained any safety issues in my older house that should be addressed when possible, including photos to show those issues. No high pressure sales, just an honest inspection.
