They are miracle workers! We bought a house that had nasty, dirty tile in the kitchen and laundry room. We thought we would have to replace it completely, which we were not ready to deal with. I am so happy we found Personal Touch before we took on a costly renovation! They cleaned our BROWN stained grout and now it is almost WHITE. The tile is way less stained. I honestly cannot believe the transformation. We still want to replace the tile someday but in the meantime we aren't embarrassed to show people our kitchen anymore. Thank you!!!!

I rarely leave reviews but couldn’t pass the chance to RAVE about how incredible this company is! They cleaned our carpets, repaired a portion that was significantly stained, and removed ALL pet smell that was left from the previous owners. They also took the time to explain everything to us to ensure the longevity of the carpet and wood floors. I am truly in awe of the work done by these guys! Not to mention they were extremely professional, punctual and friendly! Extremely grateful for this company and can’t wait to do business with them again!
