From the moment he received the request, Ross has been super quick to respond and react. He was out the next day to do a cleanout and diagnose our issue. He gave us our options on how to address the issue and clear pricing for each possibility. When he ran late on another job, he called to let us know that. When he ran into a rotted out board, he called us with a solution already in mind. His communication has been unmatched, as has his transparency. Highly recommend K Brothers!

We had a flooding issue in our father’s home. I called ServPro and spoke to Ashley. She was very helpful and professional. She took my info and said someone would be in contact with me within the hour. Within 1/2 an hour Travis Auvil called me and was very kind and professional. He apologized that we were having to deal with this issue but assured me he would help us get it taken care of. He was at our father’s home within an hour, and immediately got started assessing the damage. Within another hour he had a team there working on setting up everything needed to start the remediation process. He was so courteous and professional. In this day and age where customer service has gone by the wayside, this was customer service as its finest! Hats off to Travis and his crew. We appreciate the great job they did for us. We would highly recommend Servpro to anyone needing restoration services.

I want to thank Nick, Tondy, Brett, and Jacob for their great work removing the water damage from our home today. They made the first stages of this situation a lot less hectic. They left my home as clean as possible and made sure we were satisfied with everything.

From first contact the staff made me comfortable. Upon arrival they put me at ease by informing me of the total process. When they started work on the same day of the call they were especially mindful of my furniture and floors. They're a class act! My experience with SERVPRO of Springfield was great from the beginning of the project to the end! The SERVPRO management and office staff were very easy to work with and extremely helpful when I was talking to my insurance company about the major inside water damage to our home due to a hailstorm. The construction crew were professional and worked very hard to make sure we were happy with the repairs to our home. The onsite foreman of the job kept me informed all through the construction process. Darrell, the Construction General Manager, would call me after each phase of the job to see how things were going and if I was satisfied with the work. Darrell and the entire crew were professional, and I can’t tell you how happy my wife and I are on how the job turned out. I would recommend SERVPRO of Springfield to everyone!

We had a massive flood in our house that affected both levels. Servpro came in and was on time and professional. It’s rare the team lives up to the expectation the project manager sets but we could not be asking for a better team working on the house. Cody, Tyler, Matt and Tondy came over and handled our heavy furniture with care and didn’t damage the furniture or the walls. Steve also handled a lot of the repair side for us and again we couldn’t be happier. I’m here to say you can trust them working in your house while staying on time and providing the best caliber of service.

Your men, Colby and Matt, were very efficient. They did a great job and were so professional. We appreciated having them. We were going to try to pick up some fans and a dehumidifier and do it ourselves. Our kids said call the professionals. So glad we did. The guy that worked today were excellent. They were here in less than an hour after I called. They help get boxes up stairs for me that were wet. They went above and beyond. Nick and Dallas did a very nice job! They did better than I could have expected and cleaned more than I thought they would. When they were finished I had nothing to do! They did it so timely and were so friendly and hospitable.

We recently had a major water leak and flood in our business, and of course it happened in the evening and overnight! We had almost 2,000 gallons of water coming into our front lobby area and called ServPro immediately. Their initial crew of Nick, Dallas & Noah were onsite by 9pm and worked until 5am the next morning to minimize the damage, and to start the recovery process. 2 nights later, we had to call them in again at 2am in the morning, and they helped stop the flooding that was occurring again from the the initial backup of water in our drains & system. They were TRUE lifesavers that night, and worked until 6am to make sure our entire lobby & 1st floor would not get flooded again!! Once we started the remediation process, Janet, Rae, Brett & Zach came out and made sure all the wet walls & ceilings were removed. They made sure they cleaned everything up & we're now ready for the reconstruction phase. Everyone on the ServPro Team was awesome, courteous, and showed tremendous concern and customer service while here. They truly were lifesavers when we had a terrible crisis situation!! I would recommend them to the highest degree!!!

Servpro is a wonderful company ! I recently had a pipe burst between two walls which caused major damage and flooding on my hardwood floors! I called Servpro and Travis literally came to my rescue!! In no time, he had Noah and others come to the house to begin the drying process on the floors and wall. Travis was so patient explaining what was going to happen step by step! He was extremely professional and kind and very knowledgeable about his business!! I was overwhelmed with everything and he put my mind at ease! He told me to call ANYTIME with questions, which I did! Even questions that he had already answered!! He came to the house to check on things, even when he didn’t have to! I don’t normally write reviews but with this company I had to. I don’t think I could have had any better technician than Noah. He was such an advocate for me when it came to demo & scheduling. He explained the process to me & always kept me in the loop for what was happening. They sent techs out everyday to check the equipment & to make sure my floors/ walls were drying correctly. Tondy & Dexter were amazing as well. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and seemed to be great at their jobs! I recommend 1000%. I will absolutely be using them in the future (but hopefully not too soon LOL).

The Servpro team as a whole have been great to work with and I cannot say enough about the team that worked inside our home. They were top notch!!!! Savanna, Byrd, Megan and Collin were very friendly, professional and quite efficient in the duties that they performed for our heavily smoke damaged home. Savanna was aware that my wife has sensitivities toward strong oders and worked closely with with my wife to be sure that the chemicals used were going to be ok for her and not cause a reaction. It is unfortunate that we had the fire that required the Servpro teams support but we would chose them again if ever needed. Thank you all- Great work, awesome job.
