Renew Crew did a great job. They were responsible and very professional. They followed up to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction and came out immediately to address a couple of areas of concern. I am extremely happy with their customer service and the completed job.

If there was an option to give zero stars, this is what I would give because that’s what this company deserves. First, when we initially contacted them to come do our backyard deck it took them months to come out, and it took them awhile to respond. Then when it finally came time for the job to be done, they never showed up on time for their appointments and they constantly changed the appointment dates and time. They would show up at the house when no one was home and call asking where we are, but of course we’re not there because it wasn’t the scheduled time. Our deck has some weather damage and old paint on it, so we were told they would sand it down and put paint stripper on the existing paint. All they did was power wash it. So now that they laid the new paint on top, it’s chipping away. We had them come back out and redo it, but it still hasn’t fixed the problem and now we have chips, splintering wood, and peeling paint everywhere. They also did a poor job at painting it in the first place because they got paint on some of our furniture and pool. We’ve been trying to contact them again and have left emails, voicemails, and texts and have not gotten a single response from them. This is probably one of the worst customer service I’ve ever been given. Choose somebody else to do it or do it yourself!!

Renew Crew did an incredible job cleaning and re-staining my deck. It looks phenomenal and looks like a brand new deck. I'm so pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone!! GREAT job!

Really happy with the work they did. The crew was friendly, easy to talk to, and showed up when they said they would. They got the gutters installed quickly and everything looks great. They also cleaned up before leaving, which I appreciated. It’s hard to find companies that actually care and do what they promise, but these guys did. Definitely recommend them.

Very professional crew. They replaced the old fascia boards with new, wrapped with metal, and installed a new gutter system, all in a day. They cleaned up very well. I will definitely be contracting with them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality crew.

Timely and honest. Ross was very prompt in helping us and coming out to us same day. I had a high point which I couldn’t reach or feel comfortable getting to. He got his ladder out and helped us right away in getting my downspout and gutter fixed. He even came back the next morning to secure extra straps for our piece of mind. Got on roof to help look to see if I had another other damages too. Will call on him again!
