While I love my Boxer, he can get into trouble at times. On this occasion he got into some food and got it all over and in the carpet. Some of the powder from the food got wet and therefore really got down into the carpet. We were having company the next day and had to have this cleaned. I called Jerry at Spot Plus. He was able to squeeze us in and had a team out the next day. They did an amazing job cleaning the carpet. When they were finished, it was like nothing ever happened. I will only use Spot Plus to clean my carpets for now on!!! They are the BEST!!!!!

We had Spot Plus reinstall carpet for us after a flood. Jerry and Dan were able to find a solution to reinstall and reseam the carpet in some tough places and it turned out great! I would highly recommend.

Paid >$530 for pet stain removal & special treatment. Stains recurred after about 3 weeks in same spot (no longer had dog). When I called to complain, they agreed to redo it at no charge. They never informed me that they would do recurrent treatment (once only) and that stains frequently came back.

They kept me informed throughout the process and were upfront about costs and what they thought they could do with old stained carpet. They guaranteed their work and we’re able to get it cleaner than predicted. Very smooth process. Very professional.
