I had a very easy time scheduling an appointment to have someone come to my home to clean two chairs. The two men that Spot Plus sent were very professional, committed to great service, and friendly. Best of all my chairs look great now! I highly recommend this company.

Jerry and his team were so kind, professional, timely, and communicative! They even came to our house to pick up our 3 area rugs to clean them. Brought them back within a few days and they're brand new again! One of our adult children asked if we purchased new rugs! The cost was very affordable too! Thanks team!

Jerry was great to work with! He provide a timely estimate and got the work done on time and on budget. The carpet stretching was well worth it and the carpet cleaning was a MUST!

Had a horrible pet accident out both ends, they came and picked it up and made it look brand new! Couldn’t recommend them enough. I had another rug that was coming apart and I sent it right with them for them to repair too. Amazing service and quality.

Life with an elderly canine has made it very necessary to call Spot Plus often. And every time they have saved the day. Thankfully!

Got an appointment in a reasonable time. They were on time and on task.They did a great job.And I would never hesitate to use them again. They cleaned the entire house and all the tile on the floor.

The house was like a hive of busy bees and it looked and smelled so clean and fresh!! Nearly every corner and crevice was brushed, swept or polished. Love them.

Maybe next time you are driving like a jerk and cutting people off, don’t do it in a company vehicle. Your driving seemed like you were impaired, and you could’ve caused many accidents. It was a white car with license plate ending in F4Y it looked like

We had moved into a home that had not been properly cleaned, then we had work done which made matters worse. You’ve Got Maids came in and cleaned every nook and cranny of our house. It feels like a clearing as much as a cleaning.

The cleaning ladies were great just a few things I wish they would not of done but it is ok. But the office person is so unorganized that she totally had everything messed up. Did cancel any further cleanings from them don't need the aggravation!!!

The crew at You've Got Maids is amazing! We used them for 52 point clean to prep our house for sale and loved it so much began using them for our new house.

This company was supposed to clean one of the properties we were turning over between buyers. They charged us $250 and didn't actually do anything. We had to clean behind them and then they would not send us an invoice when I asked over and over so I couldn't get it reimbursed through the office. Basically I paid them out of pocket to do nothing but waste time and they were too lazy and dishonest to even give a receipt so I could get it repaid from work. Ridiculous. We will always use another local company instead. Their loss, we have to do this 5-8 times a month and that business goes to someone else.

They made MORE of a mess then anything. They were there for FOUR hours and hardly cleaned one room! They had to leave in the middle to take a girl to a "Doctors appointment". Very unprofessional. Not to mention they were an hour and a half late! Supposed to work from 10-2 but really they didn't arrive until 11:30 and left at noon to take the girls to a "Doctors appointment" and left at 3. They clean the windows in every room, and left all the dust and stuff on the floor, The floors looked disgusting when I returned. Very disappointed. Would not use, do not recommend.

Used because they were the best we found in Springfield but that is not to assume they were good. I had to complain to owner many, many times due to lights left on, things not cleaned correctly, lots and lots of broken things, etc. The latest incident, I am selling house so asked for terminal cleaning at a cost of $145.00. They knocked off the wall a smoke detector, broke the mounting clip so it couldn't be remounted. Trudy said get one send me the bill. Never received a response to the bill. They hung upside down some wall decorations. I thought they just made a mistake. Turned one over and it was broken in half. Asked owner to pay for it with picture, no response. Trudy did try at times to make amends, in the end with no response to obvious customer concerns, I think a 2 is generous. I wouldn't go back.
