Johnny Lewis was AMAZING!! He was very polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He fixed the heating issue quickly and politely answered all my questions. He also identified an issue I didn't know was there and immediately put in an order to have it handled. I was very happy with his service. I have had a positive experience all around.

They always do a great job

Treats employees and certain customers like absolute garbage. Stephanie is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers and coworkers. The other office ladies (Nikki and i didnt get the others name) are very kind and helpful though.

They did a job in our school office. Said the job was finished. The room they were working in was dirty, they did not clean up after themselves. They left black marks in the floor in that room. We had them come back to clean and fix it. They stripped the floor. Now we have to re-wax.

Danny is always prompt, friendly, and professional. He is very knowledgeable in his trade and i would refer him to anyone. Fair and affordable, this is my go to guy.

They arrived ready to replace my water heater within two hours of my call. Steve and Dale were skilled, pleasant, and professional during the entire experience. Removing my old water heater wasn't easy, and they had to replace a limed-up water shutoff valve as well, but all was handled carefully and effectively. Very pleased and would certainly use Arnie's again!

Arnie’s has always been a first rate business. They are quick to help and always feel that they fix when they can and don’t try to up-sell the customer. They have always been honest and leave the work site clean. Everybody that has been here has been friendly and professional. Eric was here this morning and he knocked the job out and gave me a hand installing the toilet so I didn’t have to. I knew it was done right. Id give them 10 stars if I could.

We’ve had to call out a plumber 4 times over the last 2-3 years because our kitchen sink backed up and one time leaked out of the basement ceiling. Nobody could fix the problem. Arnies sent their plumber out who took time to figure out what was going on, crawled between the upper floor and bottom ceiling and changed some fittings. No more problems! We know because our sink doesn’t gurgle anymore like it always did when running our washing machine. No back up, everything is flowing. Thank you so very much! We were starting to wonder if it ever would be fixed.

My a/c went out in the middle of huge heat wave. By the time I got home it was past 6pm and everywhere I called wouldn’t be able to come out until the next day. My house was 85 degrees.

I called arnies once and they got me in touch with Dominic, one of their technicians. He was able to come to my house in under thirty minutes and had the compressor up in running again in almost no time using parts he had on the truck.

This company was extremely professional and responsive. They did a fantastic job and I will be using them again in the future. Thanks to Dominic and the Arnie’s team!

Arnie’s service & professionalism has blown me away. Last month they rebuilt an outdoor faucet in older home that several plumbers had told me couldn’t. Others suggested a $$ replumb job.

Tonight after hours got to house in 30 minutes & fixed in an hour. Highly recommend

Arnies was a huge help to me today. I had an appointment for Tuesday morning, but they came on the same day I called, Thursday. What a relief... I had been hearing clunking and dripping. They didn't find any leaks, but they found two more issues that I didn't know I had under the house and fixed those to prevent future issues. One issue was one that they didn't normally fix! They went over and above and were so friendly! Thank you so much for your fast service and sweet attitudes!
