I had Arnies plumbing recently come out to my house to address an issue with my plumbing backing up. They were on time, extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. You can tell this company takes pride in their work, as they made sure to respect my home and really cared about getting my issue resolved . I’ve lived in the same house for over three years and their attention to detail was impressive. My problem was resolved that day, even with the city needing to come out and mark where the lines were. I would highly recommend this company and am so grateful that they were the ones called out for the job.

We had an issue with our plumbing in our kitchen sink after having countertops and new sink installed. After an attempt by the installers with the countertop place unsuccessfully to fix the leak we called Arnies on a Friday afternoon and they sent Jason to our house. Jason was very nice and got the problem fixed right away. Thank you everyone at Arnies and we will keep you guys as our plumbers. Really appreciate the fact you could come out short notice on a Friday afternoon.

Recently the air conditioning went out at our apartment and these guys replaced the whole unit. Ray and Travis were exceptionally kind and respectful. An added bonus for us, they were very happy to love on our two corgis!

I called for furnace repair @ 8:00 and by noon it was running great! Shawn is the best!

5 Stars all the way!!!! These guys are the real deal!! We've had Arnie's for two different homes and they always do excellent work! Super professional! They always put in those hospital type slippers when they come into the house. They put mats down on the floor to keep the floors clean! When they're finished they always do a super job at cleaning up! We highly recommend Arnie's!!💗💗💗

I’ve been a subscriber to Arnie’s Comfort Club, a service that includes a twice a year inspection of my HVAC system and discounts to services and products of Arnie’s Plumbing, Heating and Air Servicess. The service tech Shawn, provides great service, very timely and takes the time to explain in layman’s terms, what is going on with my system. I appreciate Shawn’s attention to detail and his regard for the time I must set aside in order to be home during the window that the techs will arrive.

Shaun and Ray were qick to come out and quick to replace the damaged items. They were very professional and kind. I have used this company for a new whole home system in a new home and to make repairs another company messed up. Fast and reliable. The only company I will use for my HVAC needs from now on. I would give them 6 stars if I could. THEY ARE THAT GOOD!!!!

Cody did a great job installing the new toilet and removing the old one. He was very courteous and professional.

These guys are very professional and very knowledgeable. I ordered a new AC and the installers did a great job. I am a very happy customer! I continue to use Arnie's for my annual HVAC inspections. They are top notch people.

We purchased a house new in 2018 and Arnies did the plumbing/HVAC. All the sinks in the house leaked upon moving in. The showers valves were backwards. Hot was cold and cold was hot. The toilets had the wrong size wax ring under them and was letting in sewer gas smell.

The AC had vents ran under cabinets with no toe kicks installed to get air into room.

The most recent issue is our AC froze up and stopped working. The units are less than 3 years old and still under warranty. I called Arnies to let them know. Arnies stated that we didn't have a warranty and didn't want to come out. I had to ask how much for a service call and Arnies does do that right. Finally I got a price and they didn't want to listen to the issues I'd had in past.

The AC coil was leaking. It is warrantied. The outside compressor was about to fall off the pad. We had different HVAC company come out and said the welds are terrible on joints. The AC didn't need to be on risers because it wasn't a heat pump. That is was placed on risers because they knew the pad wasn't level when they installed the unit.

Arnie's always makes an excuse. They decided to place that unit on that pad. It was their choice. They decided to not come look at their work and make assumptions over the phone. They were mad that I called and expressed all these issues. I couldn't trust them and was going to have another company double check work if it was warrantied. They said if you're doing that just go else where. What I do with my money is my business and I want to make sure the work is done right.

Don't do business here. Go elsewhere. Terrible work and customer service.

Just an AWESOME job at such a fair price! Arnie’s is the only place to go for Heating, A/C, or plumbing repair needs. Been using them for many, many, years & always quality w/fair pricing!!!!!!!

I called them first thing in the morning they were here that afternoon but they had to order a part but they were back here on Monday and it was fixed they were so prompt fast efficient and they're just a joy to have in your home they bring like a little ray of sunshine with them they're not grumpy or anything like that I will call Arnie's plumbing and heating and Air service every time
