Totally unexpected, I called Archie‘s plumbing yesterday, (12/15) to set an appointment, they arrived at my home within 1-1/2 hours! That’s unheard of nowadays.
Cory and Jeff fixed my pounding pipes under my home in a timely manner.
Archie‘s plumbing is truly a company who is out to earn your business.

Corey was prompt, cheerful and thorough. We were swapping out toilets including installing a new to us vintage toilet. He rebuilt it and tried water on water off several times before he was satisfied. We’re very happy!

Arnie's is the best. They took the time to walk me through the entire system and explain the maintenance steps and timelines associated with them and came in with the best bid. The work was quick, clean, and they're all just overall good personalities.

I needed some help with a new bathroom vanity and the connections to everything were bad and would leak every time I tried to work on this project. Arnie's sent out two gentlemen to help me and I could not have asked for better service.

The guys worked quick, were extremely professional and took care of my problem for a VERY reasonable price. Moving forward, I will call Arnie's each and every time I have plumbing issues.

My water heater failed and flooded my garage. I had to shut the water off to the whole house out at the water meter. So no water at all. I called Arnie's at 10:17 AM, they had a tech here at 11:30 AM!! Steve had a new water heater installed and working by 1:45 PM in the small space there was for it.. Wow! He was fast, competent, efficient, and friendly on top of all that. He did an excellent job and went above and beyond in my opinion. Also, Arnie's prices were extremely reasonable. Would definitely recommend Arnie's for any plumbing, heating, or AC work.

The installers were professional, neat, and fast on installing my water heater and explaining the different water pipes I had coming into the house. They left no mess or articles behind, but left my outside hose on that I didnt notice until next day cause it was leaking. But overall I am very satisfied with Arnie's Plumbing and would not hesitate to call them again

My family and I have used Arnie’s plumbing for years for our plumbing and HVAC needs. The guys are courteous and knowledgeable and always clean up well. We have trusted them to be on our property even when we are not home. We have had nothing but great success with their team. Thank you Arnies for all that you do.

As always, Arnie's delivered. I called and need help at the last minute before the storm started with my plumbing. They were able to get if figured out and get someone out to help me. The technician had a great attitude and was able to get everything flowing again.

We’ve been loyal customers for many years for regular maintenance of our heating and air systems. When our original air conditioner finally conked out after 35 or so years , during the absolute hottest spell we’ve ever experienced - we didn’t know where to turn. So Shawn (our regular maintenance guy) named a few companies for us to check out and then very shyly and almost apologetically mentioned that Arnies also installs these units and they use York Products and explained why. They’re made here in Springfield so getting parts is never a problem. That of course was a big plus. So we did our due diligence and checked out all the options , and decided to go with York.
We do not regret the decision. The new system has been nothing short of outstanding. It’s very quiet and efficient and we’re already seeing the benefits in our comfort and bills.

We highly recommend Arnies if you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy company.

We had a clogged drain line from the kitchen sink, and Corey and his work partner arrived right on time. They were both extremely professional, quickly diagnosed the issue, and cleared the blockage efficiently. Huge thanks for the excellent service and for helping us out so promptly—I highly recommend them! 5 stars!

Arnie’s had installed my new system about 9 months ago and did not realize that the thermostat was not compatible with the dual fuel heat system. They had to order the right thermostat which took a few days but their technician Sean bypassed the system to allow my gas heat to operate and then came out and replaced the thermostat. This is the third or fourth time I have dealt with them in the last 6 years and they are the best. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed

I highly recommend this company for air duct cleaning. I live in a home that is over 100 years old, and we have been fighting dust for over a year. After I was referred to this company, Bruce did a great job of explaining the process and outcome of cleaning the ducts, without trying to sell me on a service I may or may not need. I decided it was exactly what I was looking for, and the price was more than affordable (and cheaper than some other measures we’ve already taken). The workers that performed the service were very professional and punctual, and completed the job early. They also worked well around my baby and two large dogs (which I did not have a good plan for, so kudos to them for being so gracious and flexible). Bruce and Marshall were also professional over the phone and dedicated time to ensure my needs were met and my financial info was kept secure. I will definitely use them for any future homes that have this dust issue.

Very positive experience from onset to completion! Initial call regarding the environmental duct cleaning services with EA manager Bruce, went well, as we discussed my needs, and very informative. Scheduled date did not take long, priced well, and the workers were right on time. Kudos to Jason the lead, extremely knowledge, well spoken, who answered every question I had; and there were several, and Tommy who was the sweetest young man, and had my registers/returns spotless after the 5 hour job. The amount of dust coming out of a 16 yo house insane. The furnace was covered, and I had just had a company out 2 months earlier to service!! The dryer venting cleaning gave me some peace of mind (had been 3 years) and it was discounted. It has been 48 hours and am noticing less dust, no coughing when heat runs during night, less noise, and the air just "smells" better. Thank you for your service EA, and I encourage others to use this honest, reliable company for duct cleaning especially.

Jason and Tommy were awesome! Showed me a video of the inside of the duct work before and after! I had called EnviroAir due to mildew suspected in the air ducts. They did a great job, I’m so happy! Bonus, my basement smells much better!
