My honest opinion - Richard was great! Walked me through what he was doing. He knew I didn't know anything about the heating system and he was still honest. I don't know how much other hvac companies could have charged me for the same job. Other than that, they were great. Would definitely recommend them.

The lightning blew my HVAC system out and I got a live person when I called. They scheduled me immediately and Richard was quick to come to my house and repair it. Definitely reliable and good service.

This guy is fantastic. My kids had a heating issue at 7:00 PM with a projected low of 16°. When I called him, instead of scheduling an appointment, he first told me a few things to check. One of the items was the problem and was something I could easily fix.
Many places would have made me wait and pay a service charge.
I definitely would recommend.

Called Richard and he was very helpful. He took the time to help me diagnosed the ac issues but I still couldn’t figured. So, I asked for a service called and he was able to arrived 20 minutes this was around 7:30 pm. It turn out to be a simple fixed and so he didn’t charged me for the service fee. He definitely earned my service.

The heat had been on for several days, but it wasn’t heating our house. After deciding to go with Agape, Richard was kind enough to work with our availability to be home. After only seconds he discovered the issue was simply the flip of a switch. He shared some knowledge about other things with us as well. Despite having to use his time to help us with such a simple fix he did not charge us for the call. We were so stunned. It’s nice to know that there are still companies who actually want to help people and not just take their money. We are so grateful for the services, knowledge, punctuality, time, and help we received from Richard with Agape Heating and Cooling!! We will be calling again when we run into anything with our heating and air!

I called very early on a Saturday when our A/C died. My call was returned fairly quickly and Richard was at our house by 11:30 that morning! We were hoping to get through the summer before needing to replace our A/C unit, but it made more sense to go ahead and replace rather than put a band-aid on it for a few more months. Richard gave us a quote for a new system and was at our house 4 days later to install it. I'm super thankful they were not only able to come by so quickly on a Saturday, but get us a unit at a good price. We will definitely be using them again (but hopefully won't need it too soon haha)!

Both of my air condition was not function properly. I called Agape as I have used them before. Richard was able to come the same day and fixed the issue on one of my air condition unit. The second unit he was able to research and saved us lots of money as the unit still had some warranty from the previous owners of the house. You can always count on Agape to do an exceptional job and good value.

Very responsive and takes care of business. No wasted time. I have used Agape for over 6 years for all my home HVAC issues. Richard is a honest man that knows is stuff. A lot of trust.

You know that friend that you wish you had, the HVAC Friend, that you knew would Show up for you educated and not gouge you because they can… Well that’s this business. Thank you Richard.

Mr. Patty came out to check my furnace and spent time explaining things and checking furnace. He gave me ideas on what could be the problem and we were able to fix what was poisoning me and my dogs. Everyone needs a CO2 detector and a carbon monoxide detector. Thank you

i was getting quotes for a new furnace and air conditioner. ATS gave me gave me the best qoute by far. work was scheduled for thursday but someone canceled and they installed both units today. great job and super nice workers. they answered all my quesions. i highly recommend RTS great work and price
