Will with LCS Kleen-Aire got to our house on time and got a walk through done. He took about an hour to set up his equipment and then started the job. He cleaned the the supply ducts and the return thoroughly. We now have great air flow throughout the house! We are completely satisfied with the job done and the professionalism of Will! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their ductwork cleaned.

Technician Scott Bruce super friendly and did a fantastic job cleaning my roof top dryer vent also took the time to give me a bid rerouting this dryer vent to the crawl space then out the back of the house . Made me feel safe and made my dryer vent safe and clean . Very pleased thank you Scott ! Update : today 2/09/23 I had LCS technician Scott Bruce come to my house and re route my roof top dryer vent to a through the crawl space to the outside dryer vent very professional job I was so impressed. Mr. Bruce was very kind to show me every step and process and did an excellent job. Thank you once again I appreciate your kindness and professional work .

They were fantastic to work with. Professional, excellent communication and good work with a reasonable price. We had a partial chimney rebuild completed and they refaced some damaged bricks further down on the chimney and it should be strong and sturdy for a long time to come. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing chimney repairs.

Repairs completed in timeframe we were given. Work was excellent. Cannot distinguish replaced bricks from originals. Everything was cleaned up after job was completed.

I cannot say enough great things about them! They are AMAZING!!! They removed a chimney for me. Well worth the money. Reasonably priced. Prompt, professional, and excellent workmanship.

Steve was super helpful. Cleaned the fireplace for us and gave us a great rundown on good practices. We will be calling them back for our next cleaning.

When Scott arrived, he assessed the job to let us know if it was possible to do their cleaning process since the vinyl duct was very old. We appreciate him letting us know that there was a possibility that the old duct could be damaged. We were pleased that he completed the process without damaging the old duct, and were amazed at the lent he removed. Scott was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional while working at our condos. We highly recommend LCS Kleen Air and Scott for your dryer vent cleaning.

I was able to schedule for a time that worked best for us by I was not there for the cleaning but i would have hoped that some paperwork would have been left explaining the details of what was done, condition of my ducts, how dirty they were, etc.....I don't know just more information. The technician texted me when he was on his way, arrived early as expected and left everything clean which was very nice. :0)

The technician Seth showed up on time and did a great job of cleaning and inspecting our wood stove and chimney. He explained what he was doing and reported on the condition of our stove and chimney. He was very friendly and professional and left no trace of his work when he left! Reasonable price for the work performed. I will schedule with them again next year!

Seth was fantastic, my whole experience with the company was amazing. They were able to perform a repair on my wood burning insert and I couldn’t be happier.

It was a slow start, but after a some communication and a phone call, the project went the right direction and we feel like we got a really good service. We had our air ducts cleaned, that service was not listed below. We would definitely have LCS Kleen-Air back again

Chase was EXCELLENT and extremely professional. We got all of our Ducs clean and he got it knocked out quickly and I can already tell a difference in the air quality. I highly recommend utilizing their services, it is well worth it!

Jordan arrived on time and got right to work. He located all of the vents in the house, the Hvac system and got started. He was very positive and professional and explained what he was going to do and how the testing worked. He was also very neat and organized. Jordan answered my questions. He was also very happy in his job and took pride in his work. Don’t let this guy go!

Seth was very professional. He did a great job. It took about 20 minutes. I am giving 5 stars for the service. However, our home being outside of Shell Knob, required addition trip charges, making the total cost very expensive.

Chris worked very diligently to complete my air duct service. I was impressed by his work ethic and overall kindness. It’s a tough task to get into crawl spaces and he did it with a smile on his face.

Showed up on time. Answered all of my questions. Jordan was very polite and knowledgeable. We just bought this house and the air smelled when it blowed. We've never had duct cleaning done before so I was very curious. Our hvac works so much better. And smells better too. Thank you

They got my fireplace all set up and cleaned my ducts and dryer vent. The service was great and the team was a pleasure to work with. Seth, who helped clean and start up our fireplace was the absolute best! Thanks guys!

Updated Review:
We were initially very disappointed with LCS Kleen-Aire. We scheduled our air duct cleaning on August 29, specifically requesting a Friday appointment. They booked us for 8:30 AM on October 10, which worked perfectly. We took the day off work, moved furniture, and prepared the house, only for them to completely no-show. No call, no email, no warning.

After multiple calls, I finally reached someone who said the appointment was canceled due to lack of confirmation, yet they never contacted us to confirm. The last communication we received was the original booking confirmation. This was a complete failure in communication and customer service, and at that point, I would not have recommended LCS Kleen-Aire.

However, the owner personally called and was very apologetic, taking full responsibility for the mistake. We decided to give them another chance and scheduled a second appointment. They came out on October 31, and the technician, Seth, showed up promptly at 8:00 AM. Seth did a fantastic job, he answered all our questions, gave us updates throughout the process, and even provided before-and-after pictures of the ducts and dryer vent cleaning. Other than the initial hiccup, the service was excellent.

Overall, while the experience started poorly, it ended on a positive note.
