LCS cleaned our duct work today and did a great job . Will arrived right on time and went right to work after explaining what and how he was going to do the job. Good cleanup after the job was completed and pictures of work before and after. Thanks for a great job, highly recommend this company !

I did a lot of research before I decided on a company. This is the third house I've had LCS clean out and every time they do a phenomenal job! They always go above and beyond. The customer service that Stephanie provides is invaluable. She's always willing to help and answer all my questions. This company is professional, knowledgeable, and always very thorough explaining everything they do. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Seth was great. He performed the routine servicing and found some caulking issues he took care of on the spot. He also gave me a nice overview of everything I needed to know as rookie fireplace owner. LCS came highly recommended to me and I would now recommend them to you.

I've used this company twice now with two homes and have been impressed each time. The communication is always exceptional as is their timeliness. The house was left clean and no questions were left unanswered. The first home had a bad vent connection that was caught and they were able to correct it for me. The second home desperately needed vent cleaning due to my health issues and they were able to work me into their rotation quickly. They are also recommended by the HVAC crews in Bolivar, so I was relieved to learn the company would travel outside of Springfield.

We have a newer furnace and ac, but I hired LCS because I needed the ducts cleaned. The house is 30 years old, ducts have NEVER been cleaned, and we just did a major dusty renovation.

Matt Gonzales was our tech, and he is great! He worked steadily for several hours and asked me if I had any questions before he left.

Our final bill was LESS than the original estimate for two reasons: 1) because our furnace and ac were newer and not very dirty, and 2) because we had less vents than the original estimate was assuming.

The fact that Matt reduced the bill due to a cleanish furnace and ac proves how honest this company is. I never would have known the difference if he didn't tell me. LCS also serviced my fireplace and chimney. I'm really happy with this company!

They sent a text of the technician’s picture before he arrived, which I appreciated. The tech was punctual, friendly and did a fantastic job!

They done an outstanding job for us! Chase and Will were outstanding representatives of your Company! I am a 100% disabled Veteran who ask too many questions sometimes about what I do not know. They were patient and put all my worries at ease and did not try to price gouge me. No musty smell in the house anymore and the vents are extremely clean. Gave me some good pointers to keep up the maintenance!

Repaired Chimney by removing deteriorating rock and replacing with brick. Needed to hopefully repair leaks. Was very satisfied with how the completed job looked from road. Only time will tell as to whether it solved the leaking problem or not. Brick work looks very good. Only complaint is the esthetics and possible function of the flashing. Attached are some of the results

Steve is a very personable gentleman. He is efficient and went over everything and made sure our fireplace and surrounding areas were clean.

Seth was very informative and professional. Very refreshing compared to other companies that try to oversell. I really appreciate that he took the time to send a picture and alert us to a large branch that is in danger of falling on our roof.
