Wonderful customer service, pricing, and response time. I use them for the apartment complex that I manage, and I could not find something negative to say if I tried. This is the company to use for anything HVAC related.

Great service and great pricing! After shopping a few local HVAC companies to replace my units I quickly learned that some companies only care about their profits. Not Signature Home Comfort. My experience is as follows; competitive pricing, excellent craftsmanship, all with professionalism and care. I can't recommend their services enough.

This scam company installed a $50 thermostat at a rental property. They tripled the price of the thermostat and it took them 2 hours to install. $300 for a thermostat install is laughable.

Signature Home Comfort has been an amazing company to work with. The people that we have interacted with at the business (Justin and John) have been so kind and helpful through our entire process. They have been great with communication and we are so glad we found them here in Springfield!

Our HVAC needed to be replaced and I went with Signature over multiple other options. They installed a Lennox heat pump and I’ve been very happy with it. They did great work, the owner Justin was easy to work with, and they came back to troubleshoot a few minor issues. Highly recommend.

We had a basement pump go out in our downstairs basement bathroom which caused flooding. We called AllKlear and Alicia helped us get Allen dispatched quickly, even though it was almost 10pm at night. When Allen showed up he had all the parts needed, explained three possible solutions and their prices/benefits. We chose the full replacement and year long service contract for our whole house (HVAC/furnace/electrical/plumbing check and services). Allen was extremely kind, explained everything in an easy to understand way, and even called us down during the repair to show us some roots and maintenance we could do ourselves. Definitely will be requesting Allen for all our plumbing needs. Thank you!!!!

AMAZING!! WILL USE AGAIN!! We had our basement drain back up. They were able to send someone out that day to get it taken care of. Amazing, fast, friendly and efficient service. Everything was explained to us from upfront cost to potential cost to the procedure they were going to do and how it would work.

Brian and his assistant, Luke did a quick diagnostic and located the issue quickly and then repaired the problem in a half hour or less as they had a well stocked truck with replacement parts. We got our heat back and are very happy for it! The job was over $1100 but Brian worked thru the phone with our home warranty company and got the payment they needed. We only paid $100 per our home warranty contract.

Weekend, after hour emergency calls are no fun, and a bit pricy, BUT the customer service was outstanding. Karim promptly responded to our business and was relentless to find the plumbing issue. Polite, thorough, and took the time to explain the steps he was taking to resolve our situation. There is an extra charge for emergency calls, which is understable, however all the pricing was provided up front and there were no surprises.

Brandon and his apprentice were very professional, quality work and pleasant to communicate with. The only down side was the companies very high job rate price of $530 for 45 mins of redoing 2’ of PEX pipe, valve and 3’ stainless water line! A little much!!

My job required an electrician due to its size and constraints The scope of the project was to removed my previous bathroom exhaust fan and replaced it with a ceiling flush mount light; Installed a new exhaust fan in a new location for improved airflow in the bathroom, installed new light switches for both the new light fixture and the exhaust fan, installed new vanity lighting, and installed new recessed lighting in the bedroom.
I called All Klear, and they sent out Dakota, who supplied the needed electrician estimates swiftly and free of charge, as well as some project recommendations. Good person with extensive expertise! After receiving the estimate, Dakota and his helper (not good with names) arrived to begin work on my project within a couple of days—other electricians in the area could not even come out to look at the project for 10 days to two weeks. Dakota and his helper arrive on time on the scheduled start date for my project. As they commenced, they answered all of my questions and were kind, eager, and informative while working, keeping me updated every step of the way.

Dakota and his helper were extremely professional and meticulous in completing each component of my overall project, providing exceptional service and leaving me very impressed. I can truly say that it was a great experience, with even better customer service. I will definitely use them in the future if needed.

Had them send over a guy named Nick.
He came over, knew what the problem was and got right to it. Helped me figure out what the issue was and checked, double checked, everything. His work was efficient, effective, and solid. I appreciate his help and know how and will definitely recommend All Klear, and call for any future issues, because of his excellent quality. Great jokes too.

I am enrolled in All Klear’s biannual inspection plan. This past week the furnace inspection was completed. Ethan did an excellent job of explaining the heating system and what he was doing. Unfortunately, 2 days later the furnace would not start. After contacting All Klear, Ethan returned and completed the repair as “no charge”. Note, I do not blame Ethan for the furnace issue. It appears there was a loose connection that caused the furnace problem.

James lee was very kind and courteous and the time to explain everything to me and great job clearing all the drains.And cleaned up his mess after he was done.and was very pleasant during the visit. Made the appointment and they were very quick to get back to me to schedule the appointment
And came out pretty early in the morning to get it done much better than our first experience with Nicholas

Great service! Brandon, our technician, was amazing! He worked with us to explain everything and make sure we were comfortable with our new water softener. We signed up for their membership to cover all of our maintenance needs and that’s a direct reflection of our experience with this company to date. I do recommend their services.

Tayshaun was quick and efficient! We needed quick setup of an additional outlet to support the water softener we were getting installed and they made it happen. Again, great service!

Update: Called in for an appointment and they worked me in same day!! Just met with Ryan concerning a bathroom faucet issue and he quickly figured out what the issue was and corrected it. He was up front with the possible issues and walked me through everything. Amazing service and so glad we went with the membership with All Klear. Ultimate professionals - every single one we’ve worked with!

Beware!!! Don’t trust this company!!

Our toilets clogged and they sent a worker out. He didn’t even try to unclog them at all!! I asked if he can try to use a snake or a plunger or SOMETHING and he didn’t even try to fix it or do his job!!!!
He just walked around barely went into the bathrooms and then said they had to dig and charge $3600!!!

He was very unprofessional and seems to just try to charge way too much!

Well we just used the plunger again and it unclogged. Easy fix!

I do not trust them or recommend them!

I wanted to share a favorable outcome to a disappointing situation. While the appointment did not have the initial outcome that I had hoped for, I was contacted by the General Manager personally who discussed the issue/situation with me and made it right. I valued the professionalism and integrity and wanted to ensure it was recognized. Customer Service is a dying concept and this meant a lot to me.

Service tech was extremely nice.
Price for clean/snake drain $800.00.
Called 2 other local plumbers and was quoted $200-$300.00 total.
Technician visit cost $79, plus his diagnostic of $79… I respectfully recommend calling someone else.

Our water heater went out on a Sunday afternoon. I called All Klear and Emmit was at our house less than two hours later, helped us get it drained and scheduled a time to replace it the next day. In 24 hours we had hot water again. Great service, product and prices.
