Luke our Tech was very communicative, punctual, and informative, and did a good job. For the price I thought there would be temp checks on supply and return vents in each room. Also thought 1 inch filters would be provided , but that wasn’t something they offered (I should have asked and instead of assuming) I’ve worked as a hvac technician in the past, so I wasn’t disappointed with overall service just that some of these tasks or supplies that weren’t provided for such a hefty price. Once those things weren’t provided, it didn’t even seem like a deal/value to sign up for the membership

Our toilets were clogged and one bathroom was clogging so bad it was backing up in the shower. We called All Klear, Chris came out. He looked inside the house for 5 minutes, couldn't find the issue. Went outside and walked around for 10 minutes, came back and and told us the only way to fix the pipes was to dig a hole and spend 3k for it. I told them no, sent them on their way. I found a legit plunger that had good suction and spent 10 minutes plunging the toilets. Within that time the toilets ubclogged. Everything was fine. When we asked the service man (chris) to plunge or use a snake he demanded it was a more expensive problem. But here we are, I fixed it with plungers within an hour of him leaving. He did not even try to clear the toilets. Just gave us an invoice for 3 grand after looking around for 10 minutes. These guys are price gaugers. Do not use them. They are liars and unfair. If you dont know anything about plumbing dont call these guys, they will take advantage of you.

Just had Barry from All Klear out for an estimate on HVAC replacement. He is one of the most knowledgeable people in the heating and air business. He has a great personality and is very professional. They are installing our new system tomorrow. Thanks, Barry.

All Klear has been very helpful to our family several times with pluming. And very helpful in answering all my questions with our water heater. Recently I called after hours on Saturday with sewer problem in basement next to HVAC SYSTEM. They came out in six hours. Took care of it. I do not know if the price was good. I have nothing to compare it to. Just know my husband used them for this before he died. And it lasted 5-6 years before needing attention again. So that's about 100 a year maintenance. I would like to know if that is something that's normal for a 26-year-old house.
** I spoke with Ai When setting up the appointment. I was not comfortable talking with Ai. Did not feel I could ask questions I needed to ask before they came. The fake background noises were distracting. Maybe the Ai was there since it was a Saturday.

When we purchased our home, it came with Vivint security/lights. We didn't want to pay for the service, so their technician removed their lights/system, but left a big hole with exposed wires where our front porch light was. I called All Klear to see if they could install a front porch light. They had someone out within a week to check it out. Dakota went above and beyond, not only setting up the switch box, but caulking everything and helping me pick out a fixture. A few days later, when the fixture arrived, Michael & Tayshawn came out and finished the installation. All three technicians were kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond in their service. Thank you!

We had our first visit with Devon at All Klear and it was fantastic. He was attentive and didn’t rush the process. Answered any questions I had and explained everything without beating around the bush. He got our issue fixed in a great time. We had a follow up visit in our water heater and lines. Josiah and another gentleman came out for that one. They were just as fantastic. Each visit I felt heard and they didn’t rush through the process and answered all questions we had. All Klear was fantastic to work with. They have quality equipment, quality, people, and quality customer service. They were very communicative throughout the entire process. All Klear plumbing came thur for us. Chris came out on Christmas eve night and jump into action found our problem. He was professional and explain everything needed to be done fix the problem. Dec 29 Chris and his team came back to started work on replacing sewage line which big job. They work hard for two days. We really appreciated all they did for us. They clean up the area pretty good. We like to give big Thank you for resolving issue. I would recommend this company to anybody need any work done. I will use this company again any problem may come up in future. Company should be proud of their employee.

I'll tell you in advance you can't make this up. Backed up sewer started my problems. I called first thing on a Saturday morning. Initially they told me 12 to 4. I wasn't fond of that time so I did some calling around. 20 minutes later I received a text telling me the tech was on his way. That in itself was outstanding. When the tech arrived long story short, they needed to dig up my sewer line. I doubted everything he told me. Monday morning the same tech as well as a new tech. Fully prepared to dig. Republic came and jetted the line with no success for me. This turned into replacing my entire line from my house to the street. Come to find out my first tech was 100% accurate in everything he had told me on Saturday. Outstanding as well. Gas company marked my lines wrong so we ended up breaking my gas line no fault of theirs. This turned into fire and police. While digging across the street to find a gas line, the gas company busted that line as well. This turned into digging at a third house to put in a shut off valve. This of course had the entire block closed. They two techs stayed of course. Followed every protocol including getting me out of my house. Around 5:45 that evening, they put the last piece of pipe on. They both had a very long and stressful day. They both were professional and very easy to talk to and friendly. Wednesday they came in and closed the hole and laid straw for me. When I came home Wednesday night everything was done. Even my landscape blocks. Not one speck of old pipe or trash. Overall the three techs that came were incredible people. This is the second time I've used them. I will definitely use them again. Cost is something I'm unsure of as I didn't shop around. But the quality and professionalism is 200% if not double that. That is what you pay for. Great job All Klear!!!! Thank you for all the hard work!!!

01-2026: Karim H. did an excellent job fixing a couple plumbing repairs in an old house. Such a great tech sent out to address our problems. Fixed a shower leak(blue piping) + improved hot water piping behind the wall(red piping) & also added a hose bib/outdoor faucet + line in the basement. He worked hard on the issues and also answered many technical questions I had through back & forth conversation about other plumbing things 👍

Price of the company is high and the AI bot Karl is a little off-putting with non-varied intonation, fake random background voices even if afterhours, and keyboarding sounds in the background even if a bot lol.

However for the service, any pricing of the job being done was upfront & clearly explained. Also, the work is professional & prompt. Buy once, cry once and have it done right or with warranty for part failures in my opinion. I had an issue pop up after the service was done that manifested elsewhere in the house where no work had been done 🤔 Basically, the kitchen faucet stopped working correctly after the other things were completed, but I got it fixed myself later after taking the faucet apart.

Hard to find a good company that is reliable and using decent parts with so much planned obsolescence nowadays. Overall so far, All Klear seems pretty good to me 👌

02-2026: They did a good job removing the sturdy flooring, cleanly cutting out a cracked lead flange pipe going into some cast iron piping from ~1940, sanding things to prevent leaks, and then installing new fittings, a schedule 40 PVC elbow, & a schedule 40 PVC toilet flange with stainless steel ring. They made sure it was secure & leveled with a newly cut board put in place, and reseated our 87 year-old(but still good for now) American Standard toilet with a new wax ring.

Yet again, kind of pricey job for the time taken & work done... however, prompt service & was professionally done. Now, no more leaks all the way down into the basement from upstairs currently. Everything is working great! Thanks again, Karim & Fernando 🙂👏

Everyone I have encountered from this company, from the lady who took my call and scheduled service to the technician who actually came to my home, were very courteous and friendly. The technician let me know that I didn't actually need a service I thought I needed and lowered my service bill accordingly. I really appreciated that. It made me feel I could trust them to not take advantage of me. Service was quick and efficient and he educated me on how to better care for my fireplace moving forward.

Seth did a thorough job checking everything. He found some issues that need to be corrected. He will be sending us a quote for the work to be done and let us know when he will be coming. We always get good service from LCS and have been using them for several years.
