Mike came out on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend to fix my refrigerator. He did a great job. I was very impressed by his tenacity and work ethic. He really attacked the problem until it was solved and fixed another problem unrelated to initial call that I didn't even know existed. This company ought to give him a raise.

I had a month's worth of groceries in the fridge and freezer but thanks to Mike I only lost some of it.

Called to have my fridge deep cleaned on the coils and dust on the underside. The repair guy came out had to use my broom ,and vacuum and didn’t even bring the right tools to clean the coils. My wife had to do it herself a day later. $88 wasted and called to have half my money refunded and still have not seen a check. Fair warning anyone that uses the company

I purchased a dryer. It looks great it works great and when we found the place where you hook on the electric cord didn't have enough screws, they came out and put the electric cord on for us. The tech was nice and made an extra trip and worked way past 6:00 to make sure our dryer worked just right. All this for just the purchase price. And I love the warranty. I will purchase from this vendor again when the need arises.

Had reclining problems with my recliner and Josh fixed it so it was useable again. He actually made 2 trips here to tweak it. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it.

The only good thing I can say about this company is that they got here very quickly, which in retrospect may not have been a good sign. The guy was in my house for all of 10 minutes to tell me that the compressor on my less then 2 year old refrigerator is shot and it will cost $1000 or more to fix. For this he charges $88! Absolute waste of time and $88!

America's Same Day Service has been totally awesome helping me with replacing a refrigerator that died on me. They had a affordable used one and delivered it and removed the dead refrigerator Saturday night. They have been a true blessing the way they worked with me.

Josh Starley came out and spoke to my husband. Arrived at 9:30am. He said he had to go get a motor pump and would get back in an hour. He got back and put the part in but after he left I noticed on the bill that it said $400. $200 down and owed $200. My husband paid him by CC. There was no cost for the part on the invoice . I cld the company and he (Ron) cld me back and said the part was $89. Amazon sells for less than $30. When I said that Josh quoted the labor for $200 that I didn’t understand what the difference was. Ron said that he should not have said that. I would not recommend them as they quote one thing and then it is different.

Today's date is 10/3/22. I called the the night about an electrical issue. Said they would be here at 8 am. They were here and ready to get the ball rolling. Within minutes they had everything figured out. I had to get a new panel box and a few outlets repaired. Due to the state everything was in. My house was put on high priority to get done. And they did. Within a few hours my house is fully functional and absolutely no problems. They checked all outlets and just did a thorough inspection of all electrical. I couldn't ask for better service! High recommended!!!! Thank you Jasen and your sons for the quick repair.

ROACHES!!Called this company to repair our work fridge. The tech looked at fridge for five minutes and told us it would be too expensive to repair and they had a fridge for sale to replace it. They dropped off a very dirty fridge that had dead bugs in it. We had already paid over the phone with no refunds so we cleaned it. It was also missing side racks and handles. We were closed for the holidays and when we returned we found that the fridge was full of German Roaches. When I called for a refund and removal I was told they would remove it and replace but no refund. I couldn't allow a different one be delivered fearing it would be full of roaches as well. We have been out the cost of a new fridge. We had to also replace other items that the roaches took over. That cost was $350.00 plus the fridge and now we have to get pest control treatments because he German Roach is hard to get rid of.
It was very costly using this company and felt they should have given us our money back considering what happened.

America’s same day service came to my unit at the same day I’ve called and checked the electrical issue that I had in my studio and in short time they tightened it up and fixed it! I couldn’t believe how simple it was if I knew how to do it myself! They didn’t even charge me after they came specially to look at the problem and I was so grateful that they were honest and so knowledgable that I didn’t have to worry about this loose wire that was almost fall down. My agent scared me a little about this “ hazard issue” that I immediately called at the same day this great performing company and Ron was very kind, patience and quick to response. He was so honest that I highly recommend him to any body that has an electrical problem since he was timely, very knowledgable and kind to me! He really came at the same day as this company stated and fixed it in no time! I couldn’t thank him enough for giving me the peace of mind that I have now and finding the right electric company that I’ll call from now on all the time in the future. Hard to find a good, honest and timely company that you can trust to do the job right from the start and I’m so grateful that I found them! If I could give them more that 5 stars rating, I’ll do it in a heartbeat! They definitely earned my business and I’ll not go to any body else for my future electric issues. They are the BEST company in MO state that I’ve came across! Hands down!!!

I don’t know what to say except that when you have a special needs child and the dryer quits, it can be a mess. these people wasted no time in assisting us. We got the same, pleasant tech. Then, we got a FOLLOW UP CALL to make sure things were working. Excellent customer service. Our stupid dryer is in working condition (steer away from Samsungs). I appreciate they didn’t gouge me, either (not that repairs are cheap, but still). Thank you so very much.

When I called the owner of the company/Boss, I ask how soon can you come out? The man responded will be our same-day service, that should’ve been a warning sign for me however, I will still have sleep when I called and so I disregard his comment. He also said that he someone call before they came out an hour and a half later someone knocks on my door, shows up in a horrible beat up car, totally unprofessional looking, definitely didn’t look like anyone that will be out working on the any appliances. The gentleman/whatever he was open the refrigerator and Google everything about the refrigerator, it doesn’t sound or look like someone with the experience to me. He googled on the refrigerator, the says it needs refrigerant/coolant, guess what they don’t do refrigerate repair, however they advertise they repair appliances. This company is a scam. They are horrible in communication and they take make appointments knowing not able to repair stealing and taking advantage stealing peoples money. I do not ever recommend anyone calling same-day service. I will be calling KY3 on your side. $88 for a service call is a scam. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY for ANY REASON!

Another HVAC company told us that we required a new AC Unit and Furnace. We used Ally Heating and Air for a second opinion, they had our unit up and running in a matter of minutes. They never leave a job unfinished. They have all equipment on hand for whatever repairs are needed and do it right the first time. Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and great priced quality work. I will never use another HVAC company if it's not ally!
