Great experience. From the beginning till the end. I call 6 other companies none to this day called me back. Used 2 different services that recommend people none called back. Best customer service I've ever gotten. A call back making sure I was satisfied. Who does that anymore? These people are the real deal!👍

So the man came out to look at my Fischer and Paykal dishwasher and without pulling it out of the wall, he told me he thought it was the pump and wasn't worth fixing, due to the parts being hard to find and expensive if they could find them. I proceeded to look the parts up on Google to find many OEM parts at a reasonable price. He then stated it was going to be more trouble than it's worth, because it's a lot of work taking them apart. He charged me $108 to tell me this. What a rip off!!!

Needed a washing machine delivered to my girlfriends father. Rather than telling my girlfriend it had already been delivered, they advised her they would deliver it for $50 and charged her credit card. Not once did they say it had already been delivered. Its deceivious and unethical to say the least on how this business operates. Will file dispute with card company for sure. Its too bad there isn't a zero star option as this business does not deserve the one star I had to post.

Called the company about a washing machine that had produced some smoke. Within 5 minutes of arriving they had blown the control board. Instead of offering an explanation, they made a joke about buying a new washing machine and asked for their $64 service fee.
I don't blame them for the issue with the machine, but highly unprofessional and didn't offer any kind of explanation other than it won't work anymore after they looked at it. -
Same day appliances is a substandard third party company fraudulently using whirlpool's name to sell their product their product is not from whirlpool most in all of their products are rigged and broken to be repaired by them they go on OfferUp garage sales and buy their product and uses Whirlpool name to get businesses the management the staff and the reception is not a good look on Whirlpool Corporation because of the practices that they do they lie they Steep and they cheat. Untrustworthy company

Great service, arrived within an hour. My only recommendation is to have the repairman wear some sort of uniform, even just a polo with the logo for the company. They didn't drive a typical repair truck or van. It just felt a little uncomfortable letting them in without being able to see anything tying them to the company.

Attempting to get my 92yr old grandma's air conditioner fix on one of the hottest days of the year. They called stating they would be over soon. 6hrs past and they hadn't showed up, so I called someone else who showed up immediately. Of course after the other repairman was there they finally showed up. I ended up having to call them the next day due to the her warranty and they where jerks to me. I will never use this company again.

I called this place on a Friday morning at 8:00 am. They said they would get someone out today. They showed up at 9:00 pm in a not marked car, no logo on shirt. That’s a little late at night to be fixing a washing machine. I had to call twice in that day to find out what was going on. He arrived, said he thought it was the rods. He would start there. Said the part would be order and be in on Tuesday. Tuesday came no part, no call from them, I had to call them. Said it would be Friday. Friday came no part. Again I had to call them. It will be Monday. I had to pull the washer out from the wall to give them the serial number, because the service man didn’t even write it down, knowing he was going to have to order a part. Monday came didn’t hear from them, finally they called and he came out mid morning and fixed it. Their name is Sameday Service. I went 9 days without my washer. 9 days from when they first came out.
This place is a joke! Please don't use them, they don’t know what they are doing and they aren’t on time, they don’t care. I learned the hard way. -
So, I have a GE Profile refrigerator that stopped cooling. I had multliple companies look at it and mis-diagnose it. Their errors took nearly two weeks and cost me a lot of money. Then I called Same Day Service.
The tech from Same Day Service correctly diagnosed it over the phone - his diagnosis was completely different from the other companies. He even offered to come out on Saturday morning to fix it. And if he was wrong, he wouldn't charge me a service call! Sure enough he was right.
If I would have called him first, I would have saved a bunch of money and a HUGE amount of inconvenience. I'm VERY pleased with my experience with Same Day Service. -
I just wanted to let everyone know what a fantastic place that says I called in one day and they showed up and fix my drain almost within a 30-45 minutes and knew exactly what they were doing and they had they had experience knowledge and the drain system that really impressed me and they got to taking care of him one call I definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. kudos!

Lied to me and stole my money! 240.00 I have a Maytag Fridge, The Freezer was cold the Fridge was not cooling very well. Armando from America's same day service came and was in the property alone because I couldn't be there. He says it was low on freon and he charged me 240.00 to add freon. in 2 weeks, the fridge was not cooling again. I had a different company check it out and they were very honest, With 53 years of experience with Refrigerators, He was 100% positive there was never Freon added to that Fridge and you can tell because there was no access point to add Freon. It was untouched as is from the factory. To add Freon, there would have to be a valve inserted into the coil to inject the Freon, The 2nd Technician inspected it and found no evidence Freon has ever been added. The problem was the thermostat setting was wrong and there is a door inside that connects between the freezer and fridge that was left open.

The worst experience I have had with appliance repair. They sent a young man to my house to repair my washer. He was an hour late, had his wife or whatever and kids in the car with him. After calling several times and about getting the part to fix it, I was told told he ordered the wrong part, the next time it was the warehouse sent the wrong part. Then my bf got involved. They came back out without the part and GLUED the seal and still charged more than the original estimate!! Needless to say, it lasted about 2 weeks. Do not trust these people!!

Jaysen Tayor really came to my rescue. My furnace had stopped working. He came as soon as he could and diagnosed the problem. Gave us a choice of what to do, rebuild or new. Next morning he was not able to rebuild it due to a lightning strike. He tried everything, even returning a part, incase it was bad. He gave me a reasonable price on a new furnace and stayed till it was installed. Great service! So happy with my new furnace.

This company had us pay for parts that our refrigerator didn’t even need in order to repair it (they even went against the problem code the fridge provided). When we paid for their services and the parts, it still wasn’t fixed and they asked for more money to fix it. We told them we would just buy a new one, as it wasn’t worth the price to fix it. The owner Ron promised he would refund us for the parts that their repair person had us purchase. It has now been several months with no refund as of yet. He told us last time that he didn’t have any money and that when he got paid, as many people owed him money, then he would pay us.
Stay away from this company!!! If I could give them zero stars, I would!
I will update when and if Ron makes this right! -
We have used them for at least 6 different jobs. From fixing our fridge to fixing our electricity to fixing our front yard light and dryer... They are always professional and come that same day. When they fixed our fridge they were way cheaper than Sears!! We will always call them when we need their assistantance. We highly, highly recommend them!!

I payed $149 for him to tell me my fan was frozen and used a hair dry to unthaw and that was it. Said my fridge may not be level and that could be the reason but did not have a leveler. We used mine and the fridge was level. Hopefully this problem doesn’t occur again but he did not even do a good check to see what May have been the problem he was in a hurry to pick up his lady from dialysis.

I needed a gas fireplace repaired and they had no idea what they were doing. They couldn't get it fixed and wanted to get another part to make it work after putting a new valve in. I knew after they couldn't figure out how to even turn the fireplace on, I should call someone else. I paid them for the new valve but called B&K Fireplace in Battlefield. That repairman took about 5 minutes to diagnose and ten minutes to fix. He said they did NOT know what they were doing and left much of it messed up, which is why I smelled gas all night long. B&K said it was actually a really simple fix and it probably never even needed a new valve. He said they were "parts chasers" and probably had no clue what was really wrong with my fireplace. Live and learn. It was not a good experience and I'm out 150 dollars, but it could have been much worse, so I guess I'm lucky.

I was very satisfied with my whole experience with America's Same Day Service from the call to the office to schedule a appointment in which I was handled in a friendly and professional way. The technician sent to my home was also very professional and knowledgeable in fixing my refrigerator. I was desperate for help due to not having a cold place for my food and they sent the technician out to my home within several hours and the job was done soon after. I would highly recommend America's Same Day Service. I will call them again if the need ever arises.

The good news - they arrived.. now the bad.
After a sump pump started malfunctioning I called and agreed to the $88 service call that can be applied to a repair cost.
The person arrived with I can only assume was his son. He crawled in pulled out a piece of debris that was hanging up on the float and it came back on. That had to be the easiest $88.00 anyone ever got - but I am ok with that.
Service people deserve a good break now and then.
However days later it malfunctioned again.
I crawled it myself this time even though I just came home from 3 days in the hospital. I found he was way too fast to decide all was going to be ok.
Had he taken the time to just look at what I had going on, he could have made much more money from me. I will need more work, but not from this person - who unfortunately represents Same Day Service.
I need a new tethered float, due to mine being stuck on as water was being drained from the well. I need a back flow preventer, someone else will get paid to do that. I need the crawl space (small one room addition) to be leveled to get the water into the well.
All this will not go to Same Day Service due to the one experience being someone who could not take a simple minute to look at what I really needed instead of "Dine and Dash" to get that quick 88 bucks.
He really wasn't here for more than 10 minutes - Too bad for SDS -
Called same day service to see about getting my spark plugs and wires replaced on my mini van. John came out to my house to get the job done! Was friendly, professional, and quick! Definitely will be using Same Day Service again!

The tech showed up when he said he would and he was professional. So, for that, I will give 2*. But he didn't have parts or experience with our dryer and quoted a price that was almost as much as a new dryer. It sounded like he was out of his depth. Instead, he suggested we buy a used dryer. In the end, I wasted two days waiting for him to do nothing. I paid $88 for his visit but I was disappointed.
Fyi... I was able to fix the dryer myself using $30 in parts (cheaper if i wanted to order from Amazon and wait, but i was able to get the repair kit locally same day). It took me 2.5 hours (including the time to watch youtube videos to learn what I needed). Keep in mind I have never taken apart or serviced a dryer before in my life. Turns out an idler pulley replacement is one of the most common issues in dryers and relatively easy fix. The $30 kit also had a new belt and drum rollers, so i replaced those while i had the dryer apart. I would expect an appliance repair company to know how to handle this type of service for less than the price of a new dryer.
Perhaps this company is more familiar with other types of appliances. But I wouldn't suggest them to fix a squealing dryer.
