As a real estate agent, I run across a lot of service requirements. I had a client under contract and during the inspection, the kitchen sink backed up causing the inspection to fail. The client called, one of the big ones on TV advertising prompt service and $19.95 inspection fee. Their quote of $2300 or more and no confidence it would solve the problem, I searched around on behalf of the client. I ran across EEE Plumbing's 5 star reviews. I called that evening and they answered!! They came out the next day, reviewed the situation prescribed a realistic solution, that made sense and a far superior price. We accepted. They came back on time, fixed the problem and on budget. 5 stars well deserved. Old world service with a smile. Can't see enough about the. You won't be disappointed with EEE Plumbing.

Michael was responsive, professional and charged a fair rate for the work. This was the best plumbing experience we have had and will absolutely continue to engage Michael's services going forward!

I am shocked that there are not more reviews on here for EEE Plumbing. I found them by reading reviews from big name companies when looking for a plumber and thier name was mentioned over and over. Their pricing is awesome, and they made an appointment the next day for a non emergency call. He not only cleared the clog in the kitchen sink but vented it so it could help with drainage. It is a father son business, and I am so happy to have found them. I own my home, and it is so nice to find professionals to add to your forever use list. Highly recommend!

Our sewer system had collapsed about six months ago and we couldn’t find anybody to service it. A friend of mine recommended, Michael and he immediately came down and saw the problem within a week or two it was fully repaired. They also discovered what had caused the problem and billed them for it so our out-of-pocket expense with zero we were incredibly pleased.

I am a Realtor representing buyers of a single family home in Branson who wanted the plumbing "checked thoroughly" by a plumber rather than an "inspector" prior to closing on the property. I called Mr. Rooter and spoke with a human being and scheduled the plumbing inspection for the following morning. Mike, the plumber assigned to the inspection was prompt, very courteous and most of all, quite knowledgeable. He spent more than 2 hours checking absolutely everything and left a detailed report of findings, making it easy for my clients to determine which path to take.

What seemed like a minor leak became a bigger problem involving a leak from our condo & a 2nd leak from the condo above us.

Our plumber did a wonderful job finding & repairing both leaks. He was professional, efficient & personable. Office staff ...super understanding & helpful. This business is highly recommended!

We used Mr Rooter about a month ago for some indoor plumbing issues and had amazing service and response. When our pipes froze (and burst) 2 weeks ago, we called them right away. Considering the bad weather, we figured it may be a few days or a week or so. We were told when we called we're not a priority since we only thought our pipes were frozen, but that they'd keep us on the list. 3 days I later I called for an update on when they thought someone could come out to help thaw our pipes. I was told it's really expensive so we probably won't want to do it (which I feel was rude to say to a customer that was well aware of the expense), but that we are at the top of the list now so the next available plumber would be put in contact with us. We waited a week and a half with no follow up or response before calling and asking to be removed from the list. We were willing to wait longer, but updates or any communication at all would have been nice. We ended up going another route and will not call Mr. Rooter nor recommend the business to anyone due to poor customer service.

I called Mr. Rooter as soon as I was informed of one of my overnight guests experiencing draining issues in one of my condo rentals. Victoria, with Mr. Rooter, let me know they would have someone out within 2 hours to assess the situation. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED to learn that someone was there within 20 minutes! The issue discovered was more than I would have been able to handle on my own. Their technician, Wallace, was able to pull off a small miracle and offered a long term solution to a very real problem in less than a hour and a half. I am thankful I reached out to Mr. Rooter and very satisfied with the service I received. As well, Victoria was very professional, helpful and reassuring in my time of need.

I called Mr. Rooter today around 3:30PM, along with two other 24/7 companies - one of which has yet to call back (it's 9:30PM), and the other, I turned away because they seemed more interested in up-selling me on their products than even looking at my problem (I had four price quotes within two minutes of them arriving, without even looking at my sewer line). Happily, I chose Mr. Rooter.

After finishing the call he was on, my technician, Brock F. called me and checked if it was convenient for him to head straight over. Once he arrived, he listened to my issue (all signs pointed to blocked/clogged main sewer line), and pointed out the likely problems (three full grown trees between the house and the city sewer), along with other possible problems. He the gave me a very reasonable quote, and proceeded to snake my line... three times.

After switching the head of the snake two times, and remove a substantial amount of tree root blockage, the water began to flow. He then had me turn on the showers & flush the toilets to ensure the line was clear. About five minutes later, the line was backed up again. Because he wasn't comfortable snaking the line again, without seeing the issue (he didn't want to further damage my line or his equipment if there was a break), he told me that he'd need to run back to his office to get additional items that he didn't have with him/didn't need at his previous call. I agreed with his plan, and he returned shortly with the other equipment.

Upon his return he inspected the line and snaked it two more times, removing a 10-12 inch tightly wound rope of tree roots. At that point, the water began to flow; again he had me turn on my showers to ensure the line was clear. He then inspected the line again, pointing out the damaged areas of my old clay pipe.

While he did note that the snaking was a temporary solution to a problem that would continue to grow, he at no point pressured me into committing to one of the two permanent solutions that Mr. Rooter offers. He did however detail the two permanent solutions, including an email of the details, and ensured that I was not only aware of the solutions, their costs, warranties, payment options, etc., but answered my questions, and encouraged me to discuss it all with my wife (like in all healthy marriages, she's the boss).

So, at the end of the night, not only am I satisfied with Mr. Rooter and Brock, but I know what needs to be done to permanently fix my main sewer line. To top it off though, after spending three and a half to four hours on this service call, covering everything that could be covered, and leaving me as informed as possible, without pressuring me at all, he pulled up my bill. The bill was the exact amount he had quoted me four hours earlier; there were no extra trip, additional snaking, inconvenience, after dark, or any other additional fees for this call.

I have honestly not had this level of customer service in years. It is becoming more difficult to find someone/a company that actually cares about something more than the money they receive at the end of the call. I can guarantee that Mr. Rooter has gained a customer for life because of Brock F. and I will definitely be calling them in the next few weeks to schedule the permanent fix for my line (for which they not only left a sample, but links to the videos and the 50 year tree root damage guarantee/warranty).

Thank you Brock and Mr. Rooter for leaving me informed and optimistic about what has been a pretty crappy situation (sorry for the bad pun)!

Mr. Rooter is a respectful, clean and hardworking company. I had a leak in my crawlspace and they made time to come out and fix the problem before we had any mold issues. They also ran a propane line from my tank to the house just a day before Thanksgiving. They were very affordable and even helped answer my questions. I am so glad I called Mr. Rooter and I will continue to use them in the future. They even told me about their advantage plan and how they don't have separate night and weekend charges. This company is top notch!

I had a backed up main line and they had to come out three separate times this past week, to fault of their own, to clear it. They worked with my home warranty company and got the job done. Thank you Richard!

They Did Excellent Work Hydro Jetting My Lateral Lines!!! Because Of Roots We Were To The Point Of Only Being Able To Flush Our Toilets Without It Backing Up In The Basement!!!! With Two Months Of Winter Left And Just Having A Recent Carpal Tunnel Surgery... There's No Way That I Could Have Dug Up My Lateral Lines To Fix It!!!! They Had Me Fixed In Two Hours!!!!
