Thankfully Mr. Rooter came out right away and fixed my plumbing emergency. He fixed my leaking hot water heater pipes that I thought had been fixed by a prior plumbing repair company. He was quick, courteous and professional. Can't ask for more than that!

The service personnel were friendly and were able to jet out 1 line but couldn't do any more jetting because of a line obstruction. I feel like the price should have been less since they were unable to clean out the rest of the septic lines at this time. Less than half of the lines were cleaned ,so the price should be half.

Scott was so amazingly helpful, kind, patient, and I will definitely be using Mr.Rooter again because of him. We plan to get our plumbing redone in the spring and I will be asking for Scott personally! Thank you, Scott!

Great customer service! I haven't had the opportunity to use them personally, but I was visiting a friend when they had a plumbing issue in their new home and were looking into local plumbers to do the repair. Out of all the plumbers, Kevin was one the most outgoing and dedicated plumbers to share his expertise with my firends. If I lived close enough to use them at my own house, I definitely would.

Scott was amazing! Very professional, friendly, and quick to respond and take care of things on a weekend with an evening time septic emergency. I also appreciate how he explained things so well. Would absolutely recommend!

Brock was amazing. Knows his stuff, very friendly, and did excellent job. Really appreciate that Mr. Rooter will evaluate issues, and give you a quote before doing a job. So you know what you're paying for ahead of time. And Brock was honest from the start and didn't try to sell us on anything. No pressure, just professional, courteous, and quality work.
Highly recommend. He's our GO TO GUY now.

Very pleased with my experience. They were on-time, friendly, efficient and left the work site in good shape. They knew exactly where to find the problem pipe in the wall and only required a small-ish access to be cut, which they covered with a removable access panel when finished. They even provided a couple of pointers about my water softener and jetted tub (which were not reasons I contacted them). I will use them again and I would definitely recommend.

I called them to check out my water heater in condo I had recently bought. It was 25 years old and worked fine but had visible calcium buildup on top. Tech said I needed a new one plus a water softener and he recommended the units to use. I bought them and he installed them for a $1,515 fee. Both failed within days of each other less than 3 months later. Mr Rooter refused to address the water softener and Water Boss sent complicated technical instructions for me to fix but it turned out a piece inside was cracked. Rheem warranty replaced the heater and was supposed to reimburse me the $537 I had to pay Mr Rooter to do the replacement in 4-6 weeks; it took 12. Plus he determined I needed a water pressure unit. The new water heater began leaking 3 months later. When I called to report this Mr Rooter did not answered any of their phone lines. I had to call another company who showed me the sloppy new piping including an open one being connected to sewer line which stunk up the bathroom. It cost me another $276 to have the softener and the ridiculous piping removed. I called Mr Rooter to talk to owner. Kevin called me on 28 December and said he wanted to come out to see the job. Fine. Today is 21 April and nothing from Mr Rooter. I've called back since but no answers. Hence the 1 star review and I will move on to file complaint with BBB.

The technicians were very knowledgeable, concise and to the point it was much appreciated since we had our main line spring a leak. They got there within 30 minutes and headed straight to work on the problem. Would recommend them to anyone in need of quality work for a fair price. Above all else they were very friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about our problem and had no issue answering all our questions, which was a lot since we were so nervous. Hands down the best overall experience I have received, not just with plumbing but in any customer service industry.

Mr. Rooter came out to hook up an ice machine in our Nixa, MO shop. They were kind and courteous and knew what they were doing. They even helped with a few other plumbing annoyances around the shop while they were here! I highly recommend!!

Outstanding Work!

Brandon from Mr. Rooter Springfield and his team did an excellent job for me. He was exceptionally helpful and answered all of my questions. Brandon listened to me and I felt like he really cared. I was in a crisis. I had a main water line break and had been out of water for 5 days. Brandon and his team were very quick to respond. They did the work in a very professional manner. The total cost was several hundred dollars below their estimate.

We had a clog issue and your company came in a timely manner. The plumber,Wallace, was very nice and professional. He answered all our questions and offered advice on how to prevent it from happening again. They also made sure that the area where they worked was clean before they left. I would highly recommend Mr.Rooter if you have plumbing issues.

Chris and Jacob at Mr. Rooter came in clutch with a short notice. My Shower was leaking and they fixed it with no problem. Very friendly team as well!

After having sewer line issues for a month Mr Rooter Plumbing came out and cleared it within minutes! Not only was it incredibly priced compared to anyone else, but they offered solutions to help in the future.

After trying to get our sink unplugged for two days, we call Mr Plumber. They arrived when they were scheduled, and was very knowledgeable. They were here for less than an hour and our sink ran clear. Very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them.
