I first contacted Mr. Rooter plumbing when I moved into my home seven years ago for a minor repair. Two years ago I had my furnace, as well as my water heater installed by the company, which was a complicated job because of the limited space in which both units are located. Another fully professional job, very technically knowledgeable and made an excellent recommendation on an energy-efficient unit that I was able to receive a tax credit as a result of the installation.
This week, Luke replaced a water-softener, and older kitchen sink/faucet, as well as installing a whole-house water purification system. He repaired several leaks in the crawlspace caused by the incorrectly installed water softener, which was added after my home was built. In doing so, Luke took special care to match the copper plumbing lines originally in the home and extra time and care in locating a sink/faucet replacement from what I described. He takes professional pride in his work and has every reason to be. He works incredibly hard until the job is finished with the expertise required to insure that the new equipment integrated with my original plumbing system.
I greatly appreciate all of the work he has done at my home.

I had a really good experience with Mr. Rooter. I received excellent customer service at a reasonable price to unclog a washer drain. Chris was friendly and respectful and was able to quickly resolve our issue. I would definitely use them again.

I just had my house serviced with a spigot replacement by Chris Hilburn. With his assistance, they completed the job quickly and demonstrated great knowledge. They also pointed out a few concerns I had about the plumbing in my house and took the time to explain everything to me. I definitely highly recommend their services!

I was referred to two places. I checked prices at both places. One was $267 with $95 Diagnostics. It would come back off of the 267 if I chose to use them to get the pipe unplugged. I called Mr Rooter, and it was $95. No Diagnostics charge. Just do the work and getting it unplugged, flat $95. I was so happy! I am on a limited income, so I feel like Chris at Mr Rooter saved the day for me. He was personable and answered any questions I had and was patient with me. I will be calling them again if I need to. Thank you Mr Rooter!

Billy did a good job. I did have to call about a charge of a service for my residence. Tyrell was very helpful and explained the pricing and issued a refund for an over charge on my invoice. He explained they also guarantee their work. If the part malfunctions, they'll come back and repair it at no charge. I will definitely be using them in the future.

A professional sounding person answered the phone in Branson, a professional acting plumber was waiting for me at my home at the appointed time. Clean, shirt tucked in, respectful etc...The company performed the job and didn't try to take advantage of the situation. $95 later and all is well in the Hill household once again.
Kerry the technician is definitely an asset to your company. Okay, he was a bit of a show off, clearing my drain with one hand 🤣,and finishing a job I had tried for 8 hours to fix in 5 minutes, I'll accept the hit to my ego. Guess that's what 30 years experience gets! I've had some real disappointments in the past dealing with local contractors, (especially Plumbers)...
Would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter and the Team in Springfield/Branson.

Have used this company multiple times since buying my home for different needs. They are always respectful and kind and they always answer their phone. They have deals online that the person who comes out can apply depending on what's being done. They try to make sure they get out the same day too and for us always have.

The cost was more than I was hoping for, but the repair he did was excellent and didn’t take him too long. Very nice guy and answered all of our concerns and questions . Luke Widner was the plumber. Thank you for your excellent repair work 👍

Had them come out to tell me that my hot water heater needed replaced which I knew, but they would be willing to do it for $1600.00 plus and it was beneath them to use a non american made water heater. Charged me $100.00 service call for 5 minutes in my house, but they gave me a pen.... $100.00 pen... called local company and they did it for $275.00 install with $500.00 water heater I purchased myself. Will never recommend this company to anyone unless you want the most expensive pen in the world. They are a joke.

I’m a local general contractor/handyman, and Junior recently came out to handle the rough-in for a shower as part of a bathroom remodel I was working on for a client. Unfortunately, I hadn’t fully prepared a few things he needed to get the job done. Junior took the time to provide very detailed instructions over the phone on how to complete the job. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to get everything in order, complete the job, and make it a success.

It’s rare to find someone in this industry who’s willing to freely share their expertise—especially with a fellow tradesman. Junior is truly a gentleman and a scholar, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

These guys don't mess around. They've done two jobs in my house, replacing a faucet and replacing a water heater. Both times they have gotten the job done extremely quickly, and they cut no corners while doing it, so you won't have to call them back to correct any mistakes. They're a polite and professional presence in the customer's house.

Great job! Plumbing is never cheap but they fit me in last minute, fixed a problem I created trying to put in a toilet myself with a broken flange, and fixed my outside water faucet that had previously flooded the basement storage room in under an hour. The owner knows his craft. 10/10 would recommend. Advocate using local

They did a great job fixing a broken pipe and saved me some money in the process. They were in and out of my house in about 30 minutes. Very prompt. Cleaned up after repairs. Would definitely call them again
