Jerry came out and was able to repair a mistake I made trying to fix the shower. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He made me feel ok about the mistake I made and fixed it beyond expectations. THIS is the only plumbing service I will ever use! Thank you Jerry, you’re a model for your profession.

If you are wanting to go tankless I would give Masters a call. A proper install is critical for a tankless unit, something as simple a gas line being to small will give you a bad experience. These guys are certified rinnai installers so they know what they are doing. During the install they discovered a pre-existing issue with my plumbing that I didn’t know I had, they went the extra mile to help me troubleshoot it and repair it. I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs.

We had a leak in our basement ceiling. Robert came out and helped us identify the problem. Appreciate that they were able to come out and find the problem so quickly. Will definitely be calling for future uses.

Had an emergency on a Saturday. Jerry came and solved it fast. It's hard to find companies that you can trust the work and the price, but I did with Masters. Seems to be a good referral source to other service providers.

We had a plumbing emergency today (on a Sunday) and Matt came out within an hour. He identified the problem with our sump pump right away. What I assumed would be a nightmare issue was resolved super quickly, thanks to Matt. He was thorough, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend!

Josh did an amazing job of installing our water heater. Jerry and his guys really helped us out in a bind and they did an excellent job of getting to us the very next day. If you need a reliable and affordable plumber, call them!

Jerry and the guy's have visited our home twice over the past few months & we've been very pleased both times. Our kitchen sink mounting hardware failed leaving us without a usable sink. Several companies wouldn't touch it saying they didn't have the special tools required. Jerry came & had it remounted for us in no time at a very reasonable price. Matt was here yesterday to rebuild a toilet tank & again a professional job at a reasonable price. Thanks guys!

Eric installed a water softener and under-sink water filter. Eric went above and beyond and answered all my questions. Everything is working great. He obviously knew what he was doing. I haven’t had to have him come back and correct anything. His pricing was within reason. He was on time for appointments and returned calls quickly. Very helpful. Thank you, Eric. I discovered a water leak this morning before leaving for work, the whole side yard had standing water. The water line coming from the meter had rusted out right under the footer of the house. CU said we had lost 7 gallons a minute since 10 last night. My amazing wife found Precise Plumbing. Eric Rasmusson dropped what he was doing to come help. This was the first emergency we have had in our house of 2 months and we were pretty worried. Eric evaluated the situation, gave me an honest estimate, and rallied the troops. Houston, Sean, and Chris came out and crushed the job. They worked hard and knew what they were doing. Not only that, they had fun doing it! The morale was high even though my emergency messed up their schedule. As a blue collar worker, I know what it is like during emergency situations to have a day get turned upside down. It did not phase these guys at all. The camaraderie was beaming with Eric, Houston, Sean, and Chris. I cannot express enough my appreciation for Eric and his professional team. They are the A-Team. I have already referred them tonight, no joke. If you want local, down to earth, and reasonable, go with Precise Plumbing. I WILL be calling Eric for all my plumbing needs in the future, no cap.
