Have you ever had someone ask, "Do you know a good plumber?" I've never been able to answer that truthfully until now. Eric with Precise Plumbing came in and far exceeded our expectations. We needed some work done on a downstairs sink and had an idea in mind of what needed to be done. Eric went above and beyond that idea. He was polite and respectful, covering his shoes as he came in and out of our house. The job looks so professional and much better than we could have ever imagined it. Even when we had a special request on our project, he found all the parts we needed and made it happen. We would highly recommend his work, professionalism, and respectful manner. We will definitely call Precise Plumbing again if we have a plumbing need.

We recently hired Precise Plumbing to install a water softener in our home. Eric initially came out to do a free estimate and explained everything in detail for us. He seemed very knowledgeable and we hired him on the spot. Because our water main is on the opposite side of the house from the utility room, they had to reroute the water line in order to ensure the whole house would have soft water. Eric and Houston did an awesome job. They explained the steps they were taking again, used drop cloths to keep our house clean, and explained how to use the system when finished installing. They were kind, courteous, knowledgeable and did awesome work at a fair price. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again for any future plumbing needs.

I had an amazing experience with Precise Plumbing when they replaced my hot water tank. Eric was extremely thorough throughout the entire process and took the time to explain everything about the new tank after it was installed, which I really appreciated. Both technicians were respectful, professional, and clearly cared about customer satisfaction over profit. We had lots of great conversation, and they even took the time to give my puppy lots of love! The pricing was very reasonable, and I’ll definitely continue using them for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

We were referred to Precise Plumbing by a friend at church. From the first communication with Eric, he was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain and answer our questions. He was extremely fair and honest with the charges. Houston was our technician and he also was professional and did a great job installing our new water heater and went the extra mile to even help with a small project at no cost. On February 21, 2025, Anna and James came to unclog my kitchen sink drain. Because my driveway from the highway to my house was snow covered, they felt they would get their van stuck. So they asked a neighbor for permission to park in their driveway, which they did. This required them to carry equipment from their van to my house. They unclogged the drain. They maintained their friendly attitude throughout their ordeal. I feel they went way above and beyond what they were required to do. They could have stated that they would come back when the weather was better. I would give them and the company a 5+.

I would like to thank Roto-Rooter for the job that was done on my property. Brady has an outstanding work ethic and had quite a job on his hands. This young man knew when to call his supervisor for additional input and Blake was here within minutes to evaluate the situation when he was informed. They were, quick, friendly and budget friendly. First time having to call someone for plumbing because of frozen pipes. Victoria who helped me set up the appointment and was understanding with me plus super easy to talk to. Kevin who was fast on unfreezeing my mom's pips, and great with my dogs. 10/10 would use them again definitely will recommend them. Thanks again guys.

We've had an issue with the washer backing up during drain cycles flooding our floor for over a year now. This was our fourth attempt of hiring someone to fix it after countless attempts of trying things ourselves as well with it never working. I am so happy to say we won't need anyone else and that our issue has been fixed. Brady was thorough, checking every pipe, even checked things outside. Had me actually fill the sinks and run the washer so that he could watch and see what it does while following it through each pipe then finding our problem. He was honest and knowledgeable, my only regret is that we didn't call ya'll first. Thank you!

The team who helped me from the Ozark MO location was phenomenal! I thought I had roots in my sewer line and it would be a quick fix. I sent a request through the online form and was contacted back promptly by Carolyn. She was friendly and set me up with an appointment that worked with my availability. James came out on time and tried literally everything to break things loose. The smile never left his face in spite of things not going the way we hoped. When he had done everything he could, he called for backup and Caleb came out. Caleb tried his best and ultimately had to deliver the bad news that part of the line needed to be replaced. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and my options. He went above and beyond by ensuring my outdoor dogs were safe and secure during the work when I couldn't be home myself. He also kept me updated throughout the process. Cody did an excellent job digging up and replacing the line! After the inspector came out, Asher and another man (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name!) came to close everything up and finish out the job. Their work was also excellent and the yard was in great shape and cleaned up where they were working. Asher also helped with the dogs when I had to leave before they were done. Ashlee also called with an update at one point. I liked the text messages I received letting me know when each of the team members were en route, and I loved that they included their pictures. No one ever really wants to find out they have sewer issues. But if you find yourself in this situation, don't hesitate to call Roto-Rooter! Thank you again to everyone who helped me!!!

Alex was very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional during the entire service visit. He offered different options and explained each option on how to go about fixing my water heater issue. He never once made me feel like he was rushing to get his job done. He was very thorough and I am very pleased with the results. He is a great asset to your company.

The Rotor Rooter technician was knowledgeable and efficient. He politely explained what the problem might be and what he was going to do to solve the issue with the plugged pipes. He went to work immediately and had the pipes cleaned out and running water in mere minutes. He cleaned the area as he put away his tools. I will use this company again when needed.

Due to circumstances they were running late but once they got to our place everything went smooth and we felt great about their work and customer service.
