Plumbing reviews in Springfield, Missouri

I recently had the pleasure of working with Blake and his team. They were faced with an extremely challenging task, yet their expertise, dedication, and professionalism shone through from start to finish.
Despite the complexity of the job, their team approached it with confidence and efficiency. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they went above and beyond. Outstanding service. I would highly recommend. -
Extremely satisfied, contacted first thing in the morning, they had someone out before scheduled. Kurt and his crew installed a new main water line within a few hours! Dennis arrived and installed a new sump pump and water powered backup pump!
I appreciate all the hard work and professionalism!!! -
Brady and Skyler did an outstanding job.
We had a complete clog in the bathroom side of our home. After attempting to unclog it using the outside cleanout, it was determined that they would have to address it from the inside of our house. Both men labored hard to not only eliminate the problem but were meticulous in ensuring that they did not make a mess. Then, they cleaned up after themselves and left the house spotless! We could not have asked for a more professional and polite crew. -
Anna, Caleb, Josh, Jordan, Brady, William, & a couple other guys all were really professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very reassuring. Their attention to detail with courtesy and respect was very much appreciated. The quality of their work is why I will call Roto Rooter again and recommend them to others.

Will did a great job! Job wasn’t easy but he got it done and kept us informed of the entire process! 5 star service!
-
We had a sewage back up whether there was flooding in our basement in two different areas. As you may know, this is really, really stressful. The team at Roto-Rooter showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. It’s the best plumbing experience and most professional I have ever had.
-
Brady did a great job! He was very knowledgeable and helped me learn somethings I didn't know.
-
Will was very professional, friendly, and quick to get the work completed. He offered some simple plumbing suggestions to get the bathroom back to normal. We would definitely use Roto Rooter again.

I had a backed up bathroom sink and shower. I knew it would take more than my plunger to clear, so I contacted Roto-rooter. They Do NOT charge just to come out and give you an estimate—which was awesome.
My technician’s name was Brady. He was great…very friendly and extremely helpful. He explained the problem to me and gave me the diagnostic (he was even very friendly to my dogs which is a big plus in my book). He had the drains cleared in less than an hour.
Brady, also, found another problem, but he didn’t push me or try to convince me that I HAD to have him do that as well as the emergent issue.
I decided to wait on the more minor issue, and at the end of the appt, Brady invited me to contact him if I did decide to do that job as well. But, let me reiterate, it was not high pressure at all. He was not trying to convince me to take care of the second issue. He communicated the information and then allowed me to make the decision.
Brady was great…I would definitely call him in again if I do decide to take care of the second issue. To clear the pipes (the emergent issue) it cost approximately $275 just to give you an estimate.
Thanks, Roto-Rooter…you saved the day for me!! -
I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter in Springfield, MO. Mike came out and did an amazing job—he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and charismatic. He quickly unclogged a main line that had three toilets on it in about 20 minutes. Beyond just fixing the issue, he took the time to explain the descaling process and other options for maintaining my aging cast-iron pipes. His insight was really helpful for preventing future problems. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and Mike for any plumbing needs!

Having problems with flush on two toilets , both old timers
laboring with years of hard water. One had completely stopped functioning , just air bubbles returning in the bowl. My guess was a clogged line.
James came out the first day , did a thorough diagnosis and pronounced the problem being the toilets , not the line. After choosing the type , James gave a total price , including labor and we set up a time to have them installed the following day.
Adam was the technician , here on time , nice guy. Because the toilets to be replaced were relics and the flange and base on the new ones was different size , Adam explained a couple of approaches from the norm he would need to take to properly mount them. It was really a pleasure to watch someone work efficiently and make the adjustments needed. The end result was a beautifully finished job at a fair price. So thanks James , thanks Adam.
For any plumbing need in the future , I know who to call. -
Will was quick to come out for an emergency. Friendly & knowledgable. Got the pipes thawed & water restored.
-
Adam & his son were very courteous and more than competent installing new plumbing and water heater.
-
Ryan was the best. He was so helpful and explained everything to me. He did great work fixing my problem. All the staff was great. And quick service. I would use them for all my pluming needs. A+

Had a backup into my tub. Called another company who charged 800 to try n snake a drain and lift a toilet to put a camera down. He was unsuccessful and left me feeling less than confident with 2700 cleanout quote. Called at 7am. They had Johua show up and visualize it. He did not want to charge me if he coupd not get it so Called Caleb. Caleb came out and said he would not charge me for the camera Inspection with opening the toilet. He then recommended a cleanout. Roto rooter crawled under the house and just impressed me with helpful approach. So much so I added 50ft of schedule 40 all the way to the city. The price was fair, but it was the way these boys came out and got it done in heavily rooted yard, 38 degrees out all day, sifferent personel worked together and were here from 11am to 11pm handling business and were 90% done the same day while the other guy said it would take a week to get the city to even tell him where to dig so id be left without a shower for a week? James, Caleb, Cody, Edward, Will will be the guys who do my plumbing moving forward though there isn't too much left to do. They also did a hose bib n toilet flange.

I called Roto Rooter around 12:45 today and they came out and serviced my tankless hot water heater. It took the technician a couple of hours to get here due to me living in the country and a county that is 2 counties over from their office. The service manager called me and told me the technician was on his way and that he would be in touch with me throughout the process. He explained how their process worked and called me back after the technician did his diagnosis. The technicians name was Will and he was terrific. On his game, up front, honest, and made me feel completely comfortable. He even explained to me what he did and why it needed to be done. I would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing issue.

My wife and I contacted Roto-Rooter at around 8pm the night before to try and get our toilets fixed. We were told that somebody would call us back. As of today, I still have not heard from them so I would not recommend calling them if you have an emergency.

Will L. Came out to look at our hot water heater. We thought it was a minor issues but we ended up needing a new one. He called the supply house and had them reopen after hours to make sure we had hot water tonight. Even with the supply run he was in and out in less than 3 hours. He was nice, polite and professional. Highly recommended.

Will was the person who came to our house. We had a kitchen drain and line that was backing up and bathroom sink, He was able to take care of both problems. He was on time and did a great job. I woul use him again.
-
He fixed it in a matter of minutes. No leaks after installing two tiny tiny tiny rubber washers. $285 for 10 minutes worth of work. I don't know how they justify the amount of labor cost for that. But at least I have water now

I do not normally leave bad reviews. But this needed to be done. Nothing against this tech. I think the company makes them do this. $4,000 quote. Wanted to laugh in their face. My father in law does construction for a living. Can you guess how much it really cost us to fix? $30 dollars. Do not bother with this company. Services like this are such a scam. $600 for one little piece? Will be adding screenshots. Also mentioned we would have to cut part of the wall out so they could "access" everything and his saw wouldn't cut on the correct side. Which we also did not need to do (:
