I have been using United Plumbing for quite some time. They are extremely professional and provide quality service at reasonable prices. I recently had to have a home’s galvanized water lines removed and updated. Hector did a phenomenal job while providing me with excellent communication. I’m a very happy customer of United Plumbing.

My husband and I can't say enough good things about United Plumbing! We were desperate for plumbing help and called United. Within two hours, they had someone at our house! His name was Remington....and he was PHENOMENAL!! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and a quick worker. He is definitely an excellent representation of this company! We will DEFINITELY be using this company...and hopefully Remington for any future plumbing problems we may have! 5 STARS!!!

United plumbing is such a reliable company. They show up quickly, are easy to work with and do great work! For our most recent service Hector came promptly, diagnosed our situation quickly and got the part we needed the same day and got us all squared away. Would highly recommend!!!

I called United Plumbing for a second opinion on a small job I need to have done. Hector was on time, super friendly and professional. He explained everything in detail that needed to be done. When he had to change up the plan due to the condition of my pipes he made sure to ask my permission first since it was a price increase. I will definitely be using them for future plumbing needs.

Remington was FANTASTIC. Friendly, efficient, and great at what he does. We had a grease clog that was causing our washing machine and sinks to back up. He fixed the problem after diagnosing and got us up and running fast! Give this man a raise!!

Sam was very courteous… answered all my questions and dealt with my problem…leaving me with peace of mind. Something the previous company had not. Company has very reasonable costs. Highly recommended…I don’t send reviews much.

Hector arrived sooner than promised and worked to not only fix my water heater, but to educate me about the process while he worked in the cold garage during a snow storm! Thank you United and thank you Hector.

What else to say but BLOWN AWAY. Brandon was efficient, calm, and educated my husband and I at every step of the way. He was kind and honest, traits that aren't seen every day anymore. He never rushed and throroughly diagnosed the problem with our pipes and never ever seemed rushed or put out in any way. This young man needs a raise!! We've used United Plumbing on multiple occasions, both for planned and emergent plumbing needs. Their service has always been amazing. They are punctual, affordable, and considerate. Our plumbing technician was careful to not damage our flooring, rugs, etc. He was communicative throughout the process and willing to answer all of our questions. And ultimately, they fixed our plumbing issues! I highly recommend them.

Ed came and helped us out with a water heater pilot light issue and was so kind, quick, and knowledgeable! He gave us great advice and we will definitely be using United Plumbing for our future needs.

On Tuesday June 10th an employee of United Plumbing, Josh Omher, was sent to my residence to give an estimate for my landlord. I was working that day and couldn't be present. I get home from work about 6:45pm that evening to all my lights in the house being left on, which I know I didn't leave on and no one else was in the house except Josh Ohmer. the access point to the bathroom pipes which also leads to the crawl space under the house is located in my bedroom closet. The cover for the crawl space was never put back in the wall and the inside of the house was exposed from about 1pm until I got home from work at 6:45pm. I come home to moisture all in the closet which is carpeted and began to mold about a week later. Then I had an infestation of gnats, started finding slugs and centipedes all in my bedroom. I call my landlord, Mary Grace Mundy at Anchor Point Properties, who authorized the service from United plumbing and she wouldn't call the call the company about the issue. Then I called the company myself and all they could do about it is say that they are very sorry about the condition my house was left in. No accountability for anyone. Completely disrespectful the way that they left the house and I just have to deal with it. Terrible service from United Plumbing and I would give them 0 stars if that were an option! If you don't want these types of people in your house do not call United Plumbing!

It's been a heck of an adventure these past few days. Nothing like nasty sewage water in your bathroom and bedroom. United couldn't come out last night when the real emergency started. They were too packed with calls. I hated calling the other company all klear. I've used them before and it was an ok experience but when you find a great company you want to stick with them.

Regrettably I called all klear. Their guy came out and blamed the company who installed the backflow trap (united). He said he can't get in there and we need to call the company who installed the backflow. So he did nothing and it was over $200. We had no working drains last night or this morning.

Thankfully united was able to come out this morning. He was so efficient. It felt like less than an hour we had our drains working! There was nothing wrong with the backflow that we had installed. The guy last night just didn't know how to get it out. This has been a horrible ordeal. But united came through and saved the day for less than we paid to get nothing done last night.

United has done work for us in the past and my mother at her house. They have installed new hose spigots in front and back at both houses, they installed the backflow preventer, they replaced the washer water lines at my mother's, they fixed her fridge water line, they closed off her gas behind the stove for her, installed her new sink faucets and I can't even remember everything they have done over the past few years. It's always been a great job. There have been no issues with their work.

We always recommend them to friends. I don't like reviewing places but I've felt compelled after several great experiences this week for different services.

Thank you United for continually doing an awesome job and not over charging your customers. I could cry from the relief I feel that this last ordeal is over. Starting the recovery and cleaning can be done now. We can't thank you enough seriously. I know every company has its bad moments but the people who run the company are what makes it work so great and makes a huge difference.

Have used United Plumbing a few different times over the past few years, each time being for something wildly different: a small leak, sewer line replacement, and today was water heater replacement. They consistently provide a great experience. Communication is excellent and prices are reasonable. They're quick to address the issue - we only called this morning about the water heater, and by the end of the day, Blake had the brand new one installed for us and even took the time to tidy up the mess that the previous homeowner made DIYing the last install. United will continue to be our go-to for any plumbing issues we have!

They sent Richard out to fix an issue with a clogged main line and he did an absolutely great job! He was able to come out the same day, which was amazingly helpful and got everything flowing again much quicker than I expected. I appreciate everything y'all do, and I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone that asks. This man deserves a raise for sure! And I hope you all have a great holiday season!

We've used United Plumbing for a few things in our own house, so I called them when my retired and disabled Grandma across town said her outdoor faucet was leaking (busted after freezing due to the cold weather we've had). I didn't have the time to go over and look at it/fix it myself, so I called United Plumbing.

They were upfront and honest to let me know they were pretty busy the day of, but for sure would be out the next day. They'd let me know though if something came open sooner. Probably not even 10 minutes after calling, Zane texted me saying he was 5-10 minutes out from her house. He got there, assessed, sent me a pic with an estimate, I approved it, and he got the work done without a hitch (cold, crawlspace, and all).

They e-mailed me the invoice the next day and that was that. I'm both grateful and thankful for United Plumbing and having them able to get my Grandma taken care of. If you want honest, professional, quick, and reliable plumbing work done when it counts then United Plumbing is my go-to. 👍

THEE BEST experience hiring United plumbing! Blake assess the problem and fixed the problem during the same visit! Another company was going to charge us 4 to 5 times more doing the same service! Blake was honest and has great experience. We will hire him again! Thank you!

Ok, so after being told by a different company that we needed a $10,000 to $20,000 repair we decided to look around, we found United Plumbing through a family member. Called and Ed showed up and saved the day! I can't put to words how grateful we are to United Plumbing, you have life long customers and I will recommend them to anyone for any plumbing issues!

We needed an our kitchen drain line replaced. Tommy and Tyler did top notch work. They were professional, polite and knowledgeable. They were very patient with regard to our four dogs.They completed the job in a reasonable time and for a reasonable price. Thank you Tommy and Tyler and thank you United Plumbing.
