I had a cracked toilet flange and contacted United Plumbing to get it fixed. The whole process was quick and efficient. Sam was very polite and courteous. He took his boots off whenever he entered the house. When he finished things were as good as new. The price was fair and the work was excellent. I would recommend them.

Sam came out and fixed a busted pipe at 5:00 on Friday evening. He was very professional and the price was very reasonable! You have a new repeat customer and I will tell everyone I know about you. Thank you so much!

Great company, same day response to plumbing concerns. Remington is great to work with. We use United Plumbing for all our plumbing issues.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They only want to take your money, they are NOT about customer service or SATISFACTION.
When the workers came to install I stood with all three workers in the bathroom explaining where I wanted the lines installed close to the foundation and for the new bathtub project, also went over the location of the other lines under the house of where I wanted them, they all said no problem. I also brought up before they started about not wanting the buried line cut and if they did not think they could repair it with the same pipe to skip over it.
As I was putting things back I noticed they failed to insulate the pipes inside as I requested, they also made pipes cross over each other at the water heater that had 11 connections in each pipe. I looked at the buried line and they cut the line I specifically asked them to not cut, put in a splice, left out a shut off valve and left the hydrant leaning.
I contacted the office the next day and said I was extremely unsatisfied with what was done. A project manager named Brock came out to address my concerns and treated me like an idiot. Showing him the buried line I stated that is not what I asked for, I specifically told Alex and the crew I did not want the line cut. “Well that’s how that is repaired, what you wanted does not matter, that is the proper repair” is what Brock told me. I showed him the poor craftsmanship behind the water heater and told him it looked like a 2 year old was playing the game Pick Up Sticks crossing lines over each other. Brock then insulted me, “A 2 year old could not squeeze these clamps together, I am a master plumber and this looks fine to me and it is working.” At this point I had been insulted enough in my own home and told Brock to leave since he was clearly dismissing my concerns and demeaning me. He did call back and say he would like to let the guys come insulate the pipes in the home as is on the bid and repair behind the water heater as it did look unprofessional with poor craftsmanship.
I was able to look under the house at what had been done a few days later to find nothing was done as I requested, even part of one of the lines is on the ground not insulated. They did not run the lines close to the foundation instead ran it down the path of the crawl space openings where I specifically told everyone I did not want them nor did they move the lines for the bathtub remodel as I told all 3 of them before they started work. I called to schedule the appointment for them to insulate the lines inside and redo the mess behind water heater and took pictures to show of how they did not put the lines under the house where I asked them to go.
Nick showed up to do the repairs and was able to turn the 11 connections in each pipe down to 1 connection in each pipe, but left off a clamps holding a pipe up and I have reinstalled 4 clamps that have fallen out of the wall since they left. I asked about the work under the house and Nick said that Mike the owner said no. Nick then said, “He (Mike) said it sounds like you are just wanting a rework because you did not get what you wanted the first time even though everything works as it should and there is nothing wrong with what you have.” I called the office and still waiting on a call back from Mike on why he is not willing to meet his 100% customer satisfaction goal. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and waiting on a reply from the business. They ignore your requests, will only do what is quickest and can make them the most money, not what the customer wants then ignore the customer.

We called United plumbing yesterday because we needed help. A couple of our neighbors had recommended them and from the first call into Amanda and and then Sam coming out and doing such a wonderful job. We have been thoroughly pleased. They were on time and their prices were more than reasonable and we are very, very satisfied

Well they want to chage me $2400 which is not neccesary. He said if a air test is done on my gas leak it will create more leakes thus need to do replace all gas plumbing!!. Other experts say that would not happen.

This review is for Rick/Patrick. I believe Rick was his name. He came over to my apartment to fix a complicated AC leak. The way the plumbing is set up in the apartment complex isn't typical. We had a situation that wasn't just the easy basic leak. Rick was able to get in the pipes and do some work that needed to be done. He used two of his machines. The tubing and plumbing here is extra tricky to deal with. Rick was very pleasant and knowledgeable with our situation. Rick worked hard and was awesome with his communication. Thank you Rick!

Since our old plumber only does installs, we needed a plumber for service. Based on their radio ads prioritizing service over sales, we decided to call United Plumbing.

We'd been having problems with clogs in our masterbath for several months. Our handyman was unable to solve the problem, so we knew it was time to bring in a professional.

When we called United, they asked a few questions and quoted the charge over the phone. When the Tech arrived, he asked a few questions and quoted us the same price. It took him nearly two hours to clear the main sewer line. When he was finished, he charged us the original price.

Overall, we were very happy with this experience, and we'll definitely call them the next time we have a plumbing issue.

Update: Jan 16, 2024…. Hector from the United Plumbing Team came out to help with a plumbing need and did a great job!

These guys did a great job for our family!

Adam, Colton and 2 other teammates did a great job on the install! Then I spoke to Sarah in the office and she had Dulton come out to tweak a few things on our new system and drop off some extra material!

And we’ve had Ed, Adam and Brock out for emergency calls and it’s crazy how fast, friendly and knowledgeable they are.

Mike (owner) also visited our property and helped us with planning after we had some very serious issues related to when the house was built. We are going to have them out to correct several other things!

I will only be using United going forward.

Remington was exceptional. No nonsense, got the problem fixed in a timely and professional way. Very personable and easy to work with.

This company was very easy to work with. Everyone I dealt with acted professional and knew what they where talking about. I felt like the price of the of work they did was right on point for how much work they did and the equipment they used. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO BRANDON AND LEWIS! The two guys that did the work are awesome guys. They worked hard and both were very kind. I will definitely use them again for my next plumbing needs.

I cannot recommend this company enough. We found them back when Covid hit. They were the only people that would come out when we had a sewage issue. Fast forward to more recent times Remington came and fixed my bathtub and replaced toilet. Then last Friday night I had a drain back up and Lewis came out and got that fixed. These people are good hard working guys. (I would trust them to come here when my wife and daughter are here. Just hard working dads) I have never been overcharged. When you have an old house you need a good plumber that doesn’t overcharge. I normally don’t write reviews but these guys deserve an attaboy.

We’ve used United plumbing for several things in our house. I always have a great experience. Always on time, quickly get estimates and appointments scheduled and each plumber I’ve worked with was great. Brandon installed our new disposal and answered several plumbing questions I had, Sam did estimates, Sam and Mike installed our new toilets and Dustin installed a water heater and hose bib. I like that they are up front about their rates and estimates so there’s no worrying or guessing. Solid company with great plumbers!

I used them first to repair a leaking shower fixture and then to replace a water heater. They did both quickly, explained any issues with me and did the repairs for the price quoted. I would (and have) recommend them to everyone!
