I had the young man come out to fix the toilet. And he put an o ring in and tightened a couple of bolts, it was clogged.He did not have a plunger.I asked him, what kind of plumber doesn't carry a plunger?Then, I ask him if he knew anything about the thermocouple, on the hot water here, and he didn't even really know what I was talking about.So after he did the little bit that he did, which was about ten minutes.I paid him and we said our goodbyes

We just moved into a new house 2 days ago and the toilets are clogged and water's coming up in the maintenance room. We called White Plumbing and they sent out the plunger signal. Our hero, Colton, came to the rescue! Not only was he up to the task, he also was wonderful at explaining the problem and exceptionally friendly and put us at easy. Thank you falls short, but we are extremely grateful!

Josh Wilson was the service tech who came to my house to replace my toilet with a new American Standard one. At his suggestion I got one that sits taller and has an longer rather than round bowl. It was a bit more expensive than just a straight replacement but it is much more comfortable and I'm impressed with how much more forcefully it flushes. Totally recommend White!

The workers updated water hoses and filtration for a washing machine. They were efficient and thorough. My washer now works very well. Never having this problem before, I don't know if the price was average or not. Recommend these workers.

Billy was professional and knowledgeable, but essentially I paid $155 for a service call for information that I already knew 🥴. I declined to move forward with White Plumbing doing the installation of a new water heater because they are way overpriced compared to other very reputable plumbing companies in this area.

Chose White Plumbing because their high reviews. Had growing water stains on the ceiling of our finished basement under a bathroom and assumed the worst. Great technician Jake came prepared to deal with standing water on the ceiling drywall. Cut an access hole after laying out a huge tarp. No standing water! He trouble shot and ran massive amounts of water through the sink, toilet, and shower. No leaks. Turned out to be condensation from the HVAC ducts.

Awesome job, done quickly! Jake was exceptional and a delight to talk to. Will call White again if needed.

Outstanding company with outstanding customer service. I am so impressed with the product knowledge and Josh Wilson answered so many questions I had about my new water heater. I had a quote, estimate and instal with warranty all in the same day!

Jake was very professional! He treated my elderly mother like his own grandmother!! He explained everything he was doing with patience and kindness!!! Excellent work replacing water heater He even cleaned up the mess!!! Trevor and Jake have both been out to do work for my Mom and I would recommend them to everyone!! We love these guys!!!!! Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great company to work with! I called thinking my pipes were cracked due to cold weather, that was not the case and the technician John’s came out and was so kind and explained the problem (was not plumbing related) so I could get it fixed! They were amazing to work with and will use any time I have an issue

We had a break in the water heater at 9 PM. I called White Plumbing and they had Jake come out to diagnose the issue and tell us what was needed. The water heater needed to be replaced. Jake gave us three options to review with associated costs. After making the option selection, Jake was able to replace the unit and even called a restoration company to contact us to remediate the water issues. Jake completed the job at 12:45 AM. I highly recommend this very professional company to do the work effectively and efficiently.

So grateful for Colten with this company. He came out within the hour to help us. He was so kind intelligent and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone!

We had a very pleasant experience with White Plumbing, thanks to Michael and Josh. We called for a second opinion and were seen same day. Not only were they very knowledgeable and nice, they literally saved us from spending thousands of dollars on something unnecessary. They will be our first call from here on out!

John was exceptionally professional, super friendly, and also took the time to explain out the education portion of what he was doing and why he was doing what that particular task. He also educated on future issues that may come our way with some plumbing here but with no pressure and “upsell” per se. Absolutely 10/10 recommend John and White Plumbing!

Everyone at White’s plumbing is always helpful. Trevor is our guy that always takes care of us. (Not to leave out the call center) Been using them for a couple of years now. Installed gas lines for a gas stove/oven. 2 gas fireplaces. Installed water purifier. Repaired toilets. And can’t remember what else. We really appreciate them for their prompt service.

My service technician was jake he was very informative of the job. An offered me options to save me money. My friend said I got a good deal . I have nice hot water. If I need any more plumping fixing I would request Jake.
