I've been using these guys for years. They are no nonsense get the job done folks. The price is on point and they are as friendly as one could be when repairing a sewer line. This time it was an AC repair. He showed up early and got the job done quick. You can't ask for more. Thanks again y'all.

I'm extremely satisfied with the plumbing services I received. The plumber was professional, punctual, and efficient. He quickly identified and fixed the issue, leaving no mess behind. The pricing was also very reasonable.

This company is outrageously expensive!! Got our water heater replaced but I guess for them or the technician to acquire more time on the job, (so to charge you more money) he leaves to go buy parts we didn’t need. Comes back doesn’t show you receipts and also charges you for the time he was gone! Even if it was a weekend you should be considerate, you want to keep customers, not chase them away with your astronomical charges and tricks. Needless to say we will not use this company again. Customers be aware, find an honest company with reasonable prices. Will not recommend this one!😕

My grandpa was on his death bed and they were all aware of this came out the day we were pulling the plug and said they couldn’t fix it charged my grandma 210 dollars just to tell us they could fix the ac put a brand new 50 dollar piece on and still didn’t work, mind you it was almost 100 degrees that day we had someone come in the next day and they laughed at us and just said all it had needed was the coolant👎🏻 HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED SAVE YOUR MONEY THATS ALL THEY WANT👎🏻 “im sorry for you experience here” clearly, your not doing anything to solve the problems cause there still happening and you guys are still scamming people.

Ethan was absolutely wonderful, very professional and had a great personality. This helps when having plumbing issues and not knowing how bad. He was able to fix us right up and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend!

We contacted DeLong plumbing when our hot water stopped working. We had technicians out within an hour of our call. Unfortunately our water heater went out (it was 10+ years old). We recently got a new hvac system put into our laundromat, and it was top notch service. Everyone working was very kind, informative, and took the extra step to ensure everything was done correctly. Top of the line.

New to the area and the water softener and heater in our house was installed by Delong. Had a concern about the water softener. Josh couldn't have been kinder nor more informative. We inherited the water softener when we bought the house and have zero knowledge of how to maintain, set or operate it. We're all clear on that now thanks to Josh.
We have 2 small dogs who vocally welcomed Josh into our home. We were going to put them in our room but Josh said he was totally fine with the barking. After they'd calmed down, he even gave our "braver" one some head scratches.

Contacted them by phone. They listened and quickly accessed my problem and were able to get me on the schedule the next day! Jayson was on time and quickly fixed my problem. Lesson learned: always turn off your faucet and take off your sprinkler timers on the exterior faucets before it gets cold!

Amazing company! Called them, day of, for an emergency plumbing fix for one of our Airbnbs. They sent someone to us in just a few hours. Jayson got in, fixed the problem and left the place clean and ready for a guest to stay that night. Highly recommend this company. 👌🏻

Delong plumbing was amazing when dealing with a large sewer issue we had been dealing with. Not only were the professional but they were fast and inexpensive compared to other quotes. They are my new plumbing heating and air company! The foreman Skot was especially amazing. Tha k you all again!

Woke up this morning with water dripping from the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom. I called and they sent Jayson out right away. He fixed the leak in the upstairs bathroom under the sink. He was very nice and answered my questions because I always want to know what and why 😃. I have used Delong in the past and am once again very pleased with their service

We had a drain backing up in our house that 2 other local companies supposably had "fixed". Ethan B. came out after hours and arrived within 30min of my initial phone call. After he examined the situation, he notified us of the problem, which should have been caught by the other 2 companies. He cleaned out the clog in the drain so we could use water and let us know Scott would call us about estimating the cost for the needed repairs. By 10am the very next morning, I was contacted by Delong to schedule that estimate and 2 days later the estimate is being done. We are super thankful for their excellent communication and speediness. Ethan B. was so kind and did a fantastic job. Definitely recommend calling Delong for your plumbing needs!

They did a fantastic job on my water heater replacement. Got me in next day. They converted me from electric to gas. They even fixed a potential problem with my furnace that wasn't to code. Free of charge. Charlie and Kyle(not 100%on the names) did fantastic 10 🌟

These guys are the best! They came out and fixed my A/C fast - Tech did a quick job and explained to me what was going on and how to prevent it from happening again. Awesome Job!
