I just had the sewer line and connection in my 100 year old house replaced by DeLong. Josh McCarty and his crew (Braden, Josh, and Damien) were professional, polite, and very conscientious about doing a good job. Everything turned out exactly the way Skot said it would. I've worried about those old pipes since we bought the house 30 years ago but I'll sleep better now. I'm always impressed when a contractor has the right equipment for the job instead of making do and DeLong has the people and equipment to make a job like this come out right. I'd definitely recommend these guys.

I can't say enough about this company and their crew!! Within a week of finding out our sewer lines needed to be replaced and our entire yard dug up, they were here and had it done! They were very open and honest from the git go, we had no reason to question anything, including the cost. I felt I had no time for additional quotes and I was somewhat familiar with thier reputation, when all was said and done I have no regrets! They made a huge mess a nice mess, they were very personable, they were very considerate of some personal concerns we had within our yard and made the best of those issues, they kept us very informed and up to date along the way, and they had the job complete within 2 days!! Skot, Mike and his crew were the best and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future!! Thanks for all you did!!

Posting for my mom, she doesn't use the internet that much. Thank you for the tech that came out yesterday to replace her garbage disposal and do a little extra work under her sink that he noticed. She said he was very polite and did a great job.

They've come by now a couple of times for my water heater and always had a good experience. Stephen and Charly came out and were very professional and nice. The quote was accurate after all said and done and answered all of my questions. Highly suggest!

I am a new homeowner (less than 2 years) and have unfortunately inherited the age and character traits of having a 100+-year-old house.

I've had Delong over to my house for basic snake and camera services last year, but this year, I had to have a major repair done to the lateral drainage to the main.

1. Josh has been my tech on every occasion and I can't express enough how awesome he is. He is not only friendly, but considerate of your time and expenses, and only wishes to help the next person out. He is also very honest and direct about the issues you're having and the options to pursue.

2. Today, for the lateral repair, both Josh and Dennis arrived promptly on-time, and got to work. They wasted no time in digging the marked area, and successfully fixing the issue. There was no "guess work". Josh and Skot had previously troubleshooted and knew exactly where the issue lied.

3. In the grand scheme of things, I find the costs for their services to be fair for the service they provide. I have complete trust and can relax knowing that whatever issue may arrive, that these guys will have my back.

I had a faucet that would not turn off due to corrosion and it had apparently been leaking for sometime. Called at 8:00 am on a Sunday and Steve was here by 9:05 am. He was able to finish the repair in a timely manner and was super courteous. Also labor for a weekend/after hours job was very reasonable.

This was the best experience I have ever had hiring a professional trade to work on anything. I also almost never write reviews positive or negative, however in this case I was so impressed that I felt it necessary to take the time to let everyone know.
Skot, Josh, and Dennis were the most professional, kind, and knowledgeable people I could have ever dreamed of working with. Communication was frequent and timely, they were respectful of my time, situation, and property. Work was preformed with the highest attention to quality and pricing was an extreme value for what I got.

I have been doing business with Delongs services for over 16 years. Our business uses all of their services, plumbing, heating and cooling, and emergency services. On a scale of 1 being poor and 10 being excellent they're definitely a "10" across the board on quality, workmanship, service, and price. There's no job that was to small or to big that they haven't solved for us over the years. Milz is a great project manager on the plumbing side that has always came through for us and always available 24-7! Kelly on the heating and cooling side has been a great project manager to in meeting our needs fast and efficiently. All of their employees with both services are highly trained and qualified. The biggest thing that has always stood out to me above all other companies is their integrity. Starting with the owner JW Delong, his word is his bond and has always stood behind their work 100%. He's always giving back and supporting the surrounding and local communities and people of Springfield. Delong Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning is who I recommend 100% of the time.

when you walk up on a repair like this,or whatever you want to call it,you better be happy there's a place like winnelson nearby!just looking at the picture reminds me of how much i hate plumbing?but if i have a place like winnelson to go to i guess it'll be alright to attempt something or other.. anyway these guys are raising the bar for those other supply houses over here so just go there.
