Connelly did an excellent job replacing my A/C unit and furnace. Donna provided a fair and accurate bid and was professional and honest throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Connelly-Waldinger because of the quality work its employees provide.

Fantastic company! Within a half hour of calling, during a winter storm watch, the technician was at our door in 25 minutes. Ryan quickly assessed the problem and fixed our gas fireplace. He was thorough and professional. He explained what the problem was and the probable cause. Great company. Great service. Thank you!

This is the second time I have used this company, and i must say they are absolutely top notch.
My water heater was having pilot light I had a different company come look at it and they said I would need to replace the entire water heater for $2200! Connelly sent out Blain who was very polite, knowledgeable and honest. He simply cleaned out some clogged components and got us running again for a fraction of the cost, only $130.
This is the second time this company has gone out of it's way to not over charge me. In my experience they are highly professional, fast, polite and honest. Highly recommended. -
I had Connelly come help me reconnect drainage lines to the sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal when I had new counter tops installed. The service man was very professional, on time and worked quick and clean. The cost was fair and I felt very good about my sink/garbage disposal and dishwasher working correctly once the counter tops were installed. I have recommended them to a few friends and they have been pleased with their work as well. I would use them again!

I received a warranty authorization to repair a hot water heater from the manufacturer that authorized full cost for labor, parts and travel, provided I use Waldinger Corporation for the service.
Waldinger rep refused to service due to the Hot Water Heater not being installed by a licensed Plumber.
Ridiculous policy given the authorization for full pay, parts and travel regardless of the problem. I’ll be sure to inform the manufacturer how useless this “in network” facility turned out to be.
Thank you for nothing. -
In 2023 I called Conley and reported that I had a stopped up toilet still. They did not send a plumber, almost 3 days later they sent a technician after promising to have a plumber there the first day. I had taken the stool out so that the plumber could just go ahead and unclogged the line.
The employees, at least my experience with Conley, is that you must explain everything in great detail to them illustrating, giving bibliographies and showing them exactly what you want or they are not capable of grasping the situation. The technician, not a plumber , showed up without anything to unclog the line by in h
Minor I’m. He got really hateful with me because I said my stool was stopped up and would not flush, and thought there was something wrong with my stool. Even a Leyman would know that the stool is not flushing because the line is clogged up. This technician, not plumber, was truculent, was hateful, was ready to argue. I felt strong armed by him to pay the very expensive bill for him, not doing anything. he even said if he had to go back and get a line cleaner that it would be another service charge. I called Connolly and they defended the man’s actions and threatened me if I tried to get my money back calling me a troublemaker.
Connolly used to be a good company when the son of the founder inherited the company and they actually did a good job. Now the son is living lavishly on a golf course, still maintaining the company name and obviously benefiting from the sale of the company and he does not seem to care..either.. therefore, if you call Conolly to work on your plumbing, get a dictionary of plumbing terms, read a book on plumbing, be sure that you can annunciate well explain well give illustrations and bibliographies, and then maybe the technician can understand, or in my case, he won’t understand. and also get ready to pay a very high fee, but don’t really expect the job to get done -
The service was great. They arrived at our house less than an hour of us calling. The tech was very professional and nice. We have a really old air conditioning unit but she still managed to find the part and get it installed. The price was extremely reasonable. Would Definitely recommend!

I would highly recommend their electrical department. Two other companies were a week or more out on service calls and they made a plan to come the next day. After reviewing the work order they called and suggested calling CU first, which I did, and they came out that night and solved my problem.Kudos to Connelly/Mike Horton and CU!

Came out, did very little, wound up charging over $500. It still didn't work. Called and was advised that the coil was freezing and to just "turn off the AC to thaw it" in 90° heat, and even then we couldn't get the house under 85 degrees. I guess this was an acceptable solution for them.
Landlord came over and checked the freon and we were very low, something their alleged technician should've checked first! after the LANDLORD added freon, it ran perfectly. I'm honestly disgusted at what they tried to pass off as $500 worth of "work" and that man who came out should be fired. -
The best plumbing company in the area. Quick response, professional and talented plumbers. We had drain issues and then main sewer line needed to be replaced. The talented team took care of everything in 2 days, I feel the price was reasonable and they also had great follow up for a couple of pop up issues.
They will get it fixed and fix it right.
I can't recommend them enough, I
Would not consider any other company, and believe me I have tried others.THANK YOU to the entire team -
Noah and Micah were very kind and informative! They worked very fast and got the job done fast!

Had to have a new heating and air unit put in. I think his name was Stan. He was friendly, efficient and professional. He wasted no time. Very good worker.

I had Robby with Reed’s come out and pump my septic tank. They were professional & easy to deal with, had nearly new equipment, and was reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!
-
Reed's plumbing was extremely professional and just there to serve you. Mike came out to give me a quote, but recommend that I don't change my pipes in my house. Makes me trust them all the more when they operate with honesty and don't push things on you. I ended up getting my water heater replaced and Shane was awesome to work with. Knowledgeable and efficient. Love Reed's plumbing.

Did a great job rerouting our plumbing for a new sink. He spent the extra time to make sure it was done right! Very good service!!
-
Dave did a great job of unplugging my kitchen sink, so I decided to become a member of Reed's maintenance service!
-
Shane and Jarrald came to replace pipes underneath my mom's kitchen sink,it wasn't long after I called Reed's plumbing that they showed up,very polite very professional and very thorough will use them again and suggest them to others

We have used Reeds Plumbing for at least 15 years. Never have had a bad experience. They have done about everything for us from installing new septic to putting in a toilet. From the office to the technicians they are very friendly and professional!

Reed’s installed a new water heater with expansion tank and a Naturalsof saltless hard water descaler with water filter. I’m very happy with both. My old water heater sounded like a 4th of July party on the inside with all popping noises, and my pipes made a ton of noise each time the water was turned on. Now I have peace and quiet and the hard water is no longer corroding all my faucets. Mike C did a great job on the installation. He even added a bypass for the filter and Naturalsof to make it easier to do maintenance. Thank you

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend Reed Plumbing and Sam!
We’ve been living with a bathroom sink that wouldn’t drain for over a year, and it has been awful. We even had another plumber come out before—who charged us $200 and did absolutely nothing.
Then Sam from Reed Plumbing showed up, and wow… what a difference. He went above and beyond to fix this menace of a sink. He worked harder than he had to, making sure the problem was truly solved and wouldn’t come back.
Sam was not only incredibly skilled and dedicated, but also kind and considerate. He genuinely cared about saving us money and making sure we were happy with the result. Thanks to him, we finally have a fully working sink again, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
We highly recommend Reed Plumbing—and if you can, ask for Sam. He’s fantastic! -
They made extra time and came out earlier than expected. It didn’t take long for them to complete the job. The plumber was efficient, professional and nice. The cost was reasonable. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Would recommend highly.
