Reed’s Plumbing and Excavating recently installed a new sewer pipe for me from the house to the city’s main line under the street. Our old clay pipe was over 50 years old and had finally completely collapsed. I knew what my neighbors had been charged when they had the same type of work done three years ago and was concerned about the potential cost. I had been using Reed’s for clearing the drain occasionally as the aging pipe was starting to go bad over the years, so I called them for an estimate. They quoted me what I considered a pretty reasonable amount. I agreed and USIC was out the next day painting the lines to mark the underground utilities. Reed’s did a really good job finishing up the street and yard when done. I highly recommend checking with Reed’s Plumbing and Excavating first if anyone ever needs any sewer work.

The driver/employee came out to pump out septic. He was knowledgeable, polite, friendly and efficient. He explained what he had done and when we should have it done again. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Dave is wonderful! Great job explains what was wrong and working to get it fixed. Sink was clogged deep in the line due to grease build up! We snaked multiple times and was able to get a hole made to allow drainage. Now to keep the kids from draining grease

Shane, Noah, Mike and Austin. Wow. You excavated and fixed our water main quickly and efficiently. While there they also discovered we had a gas leak (yes, we had 2!). They couldn't have been nicer and we're grateful!

It was the weekend, with a family birthday gathering about to happen. The septic tank backed up. I called Reed’s and everything was taken care of. Shane and Robby appeared. Both were very nice and professional. My worries were over!

Tech arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem and quoted a fair price for the repair. He had the whole job done under 1 hour. Would use this company again.

Had a problem with water draining from a bathtub in one room and instead of going out to the Septic, it came up in the Shower i the other bathroom and onto the floor. something was blocking it causing the problem. Needed to be able to clear it from the pipes running from Septic Tank to the bathroom. nothing tried before we called Reeds worked.

Tyson with Reeds Plumbing and Excavating did an incredible job installing our new toilets this morning! Harry did the sinks and faucets a few days ago. It was so nice just to tell them what we needed and have them handle everything else! Fast and efficient!!

Reed's did a great job installing a septic tank for us. They sorted all the permits and inspection, did well filling in where the old tank was, and had the job done in two days.

Huge shout out to Dan, Roman and Jose! They came out and were able to help get our furnace replaced and moved to the attic. They will be back out in a week or so to finish setting the condenser (pushed due to the snow). I would recommend Reed's for any HVAC or plumbing projects!

We ended up with a hole cut in the bathroom wall, definitely going to be difficult to fix, that didn't need to be cut. After we stopped the first person, Shane, and had him leave, they sent another man, Harry, who changed the shower faucet cartridge and found out there was no leak in the "valve". Now we're stuck with an ugly wall. I'll never call this company again.

Great service! A company that says what they are going to do, and actually shows up to do the job. We had a septic issue that developed after only a year and few months of being in our new home. Our general contractor clearly wasn’t concerned with hiring qualified people and literally buried the issues. After reaching out to several plumbers, Reed’s Plumbing came through. Sam was great, very friendly, and walked me through what he was going to do. Highly recommend!

we had a leak under the bathroom sink and needed a new spigot installed outside. Sam showed up right on time, and what a nice guy. he did everything quickly, the price seemed pretty darn reasonable and so far it’s running perfectly leak free. thanks Sam!
