This is the second time I've had great service from Whites plumbing Colton and Jake and Brandon and everyone that I've met there has went above and beyond to do repairs to our old plumbing in our old house Thanks guys you're awesome!!

I really appreciate the work ethic of this company. I have only used them twice but both times were great. Jake was efficient, professional, competent, friendly, and told me everything he was doing. He gave me worst scenario estimate and then the other was what he hoped would work out and it did! Fair charge for an emergency call and so fast! I couldn't have asked for better. Thank you for REAL service White Company.

Our lift station went down in the morning and they were able to have me up and running within just a few hours. Our technician Chris did a great job. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Colton came out on a Sunday night found a leak and fixed it quickly all while handling my three young kids with so many questions like a champion! He even gave them coloring books before he leave.

Justin was amazing, helpful and explained everything from the start to finish and how the inspector would come by for final inspection. Truly was very helpful!!

We had a wax ring/flange leak and, having no prior experience with, called White Plumbing.
The first contact we had with White was very pleasant, professional and we got an appointment set up quickly that day.
Prior to our Plumber arriving we received a photo and name on our phone.
To begin with, the professional communication White Plumbing delivered was surprising and AWESOME.

When Chris arrived on this rainy day, and put on a pair of "I'm NOT getting your floors dirty" shoe covers, I literally stood up and cheered.

Chris immediately identified the problem, double checked in the crawl space and completed the work all within an hour.

Chris was friendly, kind, professional, and I gotta say ..THE G.O.A.T. of the day!!! At least for us he was.

Had two plumbing issues completed by the service technician. The first being a replacement of a hose bib and new exterior waterline dedicated to a toilet in a bathroom. Was charged $650.86 for the hose bib and $725 for the 3’ waterline. Was told by the owner this was a fair price, but called around to other plumbing companies afterword and was given quotes for substantially less. I feel taken advantage of from this company. The service technician did adequate work, but the pricing is high. I don’t make it a habit of putting bad reviews out there, but buyers need to be aware to get quotes ahead of time, before making decisions. I didn’t and now I’m stuck with this bad taste in my mouth

Giving 1 star because they did come out pretty quickly. I was quoted 125 service fee and they didn’t even try and fix the issue(said didn’t have the parts) ok understandable, had to come back the next morning. The guy gets here and says oh that will cost $1400 to fix. We said no thank you and still paid the $125 service fee. Called another plumber he came out fixed the faucet( put on a brand new one and only charged $325. Cost was only that high because it did take him a couple hours. I’m sorry but that is a huge price difference. I want to believe the plumber was just inexperienced and didn’t know what he was doing and that the company isn’t price gouging people that much. I really don’t know.

These guys and girls at White Plumbing go above and beyond for their customers. I needed my gas pipe cut and an elbow installed to connect my home to the gas line. Andy (super handsome, extremely knowledgeable, and very kind) came out to look everything over and to give us our quote.
They were by far the best quote and the quality of their work, and the availability to get the job done were above par!
I'm so happy to say we now have our "go to" plumbing company.

They were prompt in coming on Saturday and polite. But I was beyond words when they wanted $500 to fix my stopped up kitchen sink. I kindly said no thanks. I ended up paying $100 to a friend that knew what they were doing. It took about 20 minutes. Lawyers don't make $500 for 20 min of time. I don't blame the company but this world has gone insane with pricing.

We absolutely were thankful for Trevor , he was so nice , explained everything very well and made us feel very comfortable . I will be useing White for all our plumbing issues . I will recommend them to everyone ! If you get Trevor for your service man you are going to get a gem he’s great !

Great service, no complaints. Came out for emergency repair night before Thanksgiving, then back two months later for permanent repair. Did a fine job. Thanks, Colton!

Great way to go. $59 fee to come out to your home and check everything out. If they complete work for you that $59 goes towards the work you have done. They use quality materials and straight shoot you the price. They are extremely efficient and Jake was of utmost professionalism and friendly as can be. Highly recommend.

Above and beyond the call duty ! I'm normally afraid to call a plumber expecting a huge bill and only one thing being fixed. I was pleasantly surprised that I got a comprehensive rundown of all my options and everything that could , should and how it would be fixed. If you want a no nonsense company that won't pad their bill unnecessarily and fix things that don't need to be fixed , these are the guys for you. Top notch customer service and excellent work. I would recommend these guys to anyone , hands down , before I'd even mention another company's name.

Colton was amazing! He was here 15 minutes after we called, stayed an hour, fixed all our problems and the price was so affordable that I felt like we robbed him!!

I called because our pipes had frozen and we'd been without water for 2 days, while on the phone they told me they could show up within the hour! Billy got to work straight away and he was extremely kind, efficient, and professional.

I would highly recommend White plumbing. My pipe busted due to freezing temperatures i called White plumbing they were here the next day and repaired the issue. Billy worked hard and even cleaned up the mess. I am very happy.

White Plumbing is the best service we have found in the 417 area. They came out in freezing weather to help us with frozen pipes, and we were able to unthaw them without any bursting/breaking. I would highly recommend them!

White Plumbing has done great work for us multiple times over the years. Josh Wilson was especially helpful in installing our new water heater and water softener system. Highly recommend!
