Ben quickly scheduled a water heater replacement at my parents home north of Springfield. The whole turn around process was less than 1 day, and the quality of install was top notch. Highly suggest!

Best plumbers out there! Very quick and responsive when our pipes froze this winter. They took the time to find exactly where the problem was coming from and the price was very reasonable. Will absolutely be using Springfield Plumbing from here on out!

Springfield Plumbing was subcontractor on the construction of our new facility in 2004. We have had to redo every aspect of their work. Did not follow any of our stipultations to the builder, Bell Building systems. I would definitely warn anyone away from using them.

I called Springfield Plumbing when my old hot water heater went out, within a few hours they sent me a quote that I felt was reasonable. Next day as scheduled they installed the new hot water heater at the quoted rate. Afterward they checked to make sure all was well, good experience.

Brandon and his guys did a great job. When I bought my new home I was told it had a new sewer line ran. Come to find out the people that did it, did the job completely wrong. Not only did Springfield Plumbing quickly find the issue, they replaced my whole sewer system quickly for me. I can't recommend these guys enough.

I had Springfield plumbing install a new water heater about a year and a half ago and was satisfied with their work, so when I needed a leaky faucet replaced, I turned to them again. The handy plumber, David, was the one who came to save the day. He was super professional, kind, quick and did a fabulous job. He went above and beyond to make sure we got quality service. This was the first time the wife and I used Springfield Plumbing and we were truly impressed. Everything we read from other reviewers is true. They are master plumber and pipe fitter specialists!

We needed to have a natural gas line and loft burner installed in our fireplace and knew up front it would be a challenge since our fireplace is so small.

Ben and Chris did an excellent job and were a capable team. Like other reviewers mentioned they did the work for us in a timely manner and went above and beyond what we expected.

Their bid for the installation was likewise quite a bit lower in cost what other plumbing companies bid for the work.

We have used a lot of plumbers over the years and must say these guys have to be the best plumber and pipe fitters in Springfield!

I have been without water for about 2 weeks after the bad weather that we had. Remington a man with United plumbing came over and had it fixed for me within an hour. I was elated. my faucet has never worked better. I would Call him again in a minute. Extremely pleased. And affordable.

Blake just finished pulling, repairing and reinstalling two of our toilets in record time! Not only is he knowledgeable and efficient, but also explained everything he was going to do, and gave us an estimate up front. Who does that anymore? First class all the way from the receptionist to finished execution! Fantastic!

We had an issue with the main sewer line backing up into our bathrooms. Within two hours Sam arrived and effortlessly cleaned the drain line. It was extremely cold outside and he took his time to do a thorough job. We are so pleased with Sam's work!

We had an accessible toilet installed by Franc* Americ*an 10 months ago and it always leaked. They came back 4 times to reset it and it was worse each time. Blake from United came out and apparently it had been cracked at installation so we bought a new one and Blake made sure it was right! They are very professional and have great service. Highly recommend!

Dalton came in to fix my faucet. He was professional, responsive and respectful. He made sure I liked how my faucet water run before he left which was a nice surprise. Overall my experience with the company has been good. I put in my request and the next day they had someone out to fix the issue. We used United Plumbing for the first time but it will not be our last. Sam, Gabe and Zane were very good at what they do and we’re so respectful and professional. Not only were they prompt and replaced the reduced pressure valve but also explained how it affected the water coming in to the house. Thank you guys for your exceptional service.

Randy came by to fix a nasty leak in my ceiling and he was very effective and accurate in finding the problem as well a a solution. He kept me in the loop while completing the job, which I really appreciated. He was also very quick and efficient while being considerate of not making a mess. My name is Travis Rogers. I recently had some sewer issues that were causing all my drains to back up. I called United and spoke with a lady named Sarah that was very friendly and professional. She got me an appointment right away for a free estimate. Adam came to my house and gave me an estimate. He sent me a copy via email and then called and explained the situation to me. Again very friendly and helpful. Today the work got done and without fail a perfect job and once again a phone call to explain. Im very impressed with the whole crew and would highly recommend.

We hired United Plumbing to totally replace all the galvanized plumbing in our 1970’s home. This job also included 2 complete bathroom replumbs and a gas line for a kitchen range. Brock , Zane and the team were totally amazing. From the bid process through the finished job. They were friendly and professional and it shows in the quality and neatness of their work.
