5 star service!! We had a major main - line sewage emergency under our mobile home and Roto Rooter was out here immediately! They were very thorough by identifying the problem, explaining the health risks, and providing a detailed plan to replace the damages. They gave an honest and fair estimate on the spot and were very knowledgeable, respectful, and just a pleasure to work with. What I appreciated mostly was Caleb taking the time to make sure everything was the way it should be. Making sure their job was a permanent fix, not just a temporary patch that could fail again a few months down the road. They used modern high -grade materials that gave us total piece of mind. We'll never have to worry about plumbing problems again! Highly recommended!

Will was awesome! I had an emergency right after he got there, and he buckled down and got my service done super quick! And gave some advice that saved me a couple hundred bucks! I really really appreciate his understanding over my time restraint, and the extra help he didn't have to give. And my toilet works great now! This guy's awesome!

I wouldn’t call anyone else for any plumbing needs. The service manger I worked with was empathetic to our situation and got us taken care of as quickly as possible and our technician, Will was outstanding and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They’ve definitely earned our business for any future needs!

I was charged $640 dollars for a Garbage Disposal Installation. While I do think that this is a bit over priced, I have used local mom and pop shops for other plumbing repairs and a year later was having to spend another $200 from another plumber to come out. Last year, I had replacement handles in my shower installed and haven’t had a single problem since. So I guess I am paying extra for supreme quality installations. And the technician, Adam, is a qualified MASTER plumber which is again nice to have behind the work. I don’t have to worry about what is going on when he is fixing my plumbing or that it might start leaking tomorrow or months down the line. I’m thankful for a company that you can rely on to hire professionals that are professional. And if I had to pay an extra $200 for professionalism, well than so let it be done.

Kirk changed out a French drain that was used for storm drainage water and our swimming pool water when needed. The French drain had been crushed during the winter from firewood trucks driving over the ground where it lay. Perhaps a 50 ft. run length to the curb of the street. He replaced the corrugated black drain with 4 inch schedule 40 PVC, much stronger. The drain pipe also carried the house gutter water to the street as well as a water collection box in the yard for low spot level rainwater collection. Kirk and his tractor did all of the work, to include manually backfilling the dirt and sod over the drain piping in one day. Heavy rains started the next day in our area and the water going thru this drain to the street was an amazing amount. Kirk knew what he was doing on this job and I can’t praise him enough for the hard work and speed of this water removal install before the heavy rains began. Thank you Kirk and Roto- Rooter and thanks to Blake for arriving early in the day and getting the job set up for us. The job cost was not cheap, but I feel like it was a “one and done” job that will last for many years.

Our experience with Roto-Rooter was great. Not only did the tech contact us during each part of the service, he sent us pictures during the call. Even though the service call was after 5 on Saturday, we were thrilled with the fee we were charged. We will definitely call Roto-Rooter again.

The service technician, Will, was great. I would give him a 5 star rating. Also, I appreciate the prompt service by the company. I thought the cost was too much. The cost went from $1100 to $2600 for digging about 2 extra feet around a standing pipe in gravel on one of the 3 projects.

Water Line Replacement, Whole House Water Re-pipe 1-1/2 bath
and installed Whole House Filter. They use the Best Materials called PEX. When I heard about this product I was thrilled that Roto-Rooter uses this for their installation. The advantage of PEX is that it's highly freeze tolerant. Roto-Rooter has a 10 year warranty on complete installation which is another plus to using them. Give credit to Brendon McCathy and Kelby Taylor for doing the installment. Will definitely use this company for future plumbing and water line needs.

Brady was very informative and helpful. He was able to solve our problem of the clogged line as well as find the cause. He also informed us of the issues and steps to take due to the raw sewage that was leaking under the house. My only issue with my service is that I took off work to be home in the scheduled window and he was well over an hour late. I did receive a call saying he was running behind

Will was excellent! Very professional and knowledgeable. Will came out immediately made sure what was needed and installed right then. If you ever have any plumbing issues call Roto-Rooter they will take great care of you.

I had a draining issue. Brady came out and was cleaning out the drain Line and ran into a situation. He then called his boss Blake. Blake came out and brought the camera and went down the drain line and noticed that there was a root growing through the line. He gave me a couple of options of how to fix it. I chose the option to have a new drain line put in the new and improved way with epoxy. Kelby and his crew came out and put it in on Friday.. On Sunday, I ran my dishwasher and the kitchen sink was backing up and Kilby came back out on Monday morning first thing and fix the issue. I am very happy with the service that I got with all of the guys that were involved. They are all very professional and knowledgeable on how to do their job. I would definitely recommend them to any family member or friend thank you so much for coming out. And getting me fixed up it is greatly appreciated

Roto-rooter you should be ashamed letting this group of people use your name. I keep asking for a final receipt of payment and they ignore me. I understand they don't do carpentry work but where in the hell is $11,000 of work in this project. Yes they took out the tub and the cabinets on each end. Moved the shower to the left. Had to move the plumbing 10". The windows was suppose to be covered and it's not. They won't give me an itemized cost of everything they did. They said they do a flat rate. I do not see where they can justify their final cost. 1 more week of them ignoring me and I will take these pictures and my story to the BBB.

Great company. Doesn't matter if the job is new construction, service or utilities. They get the job done correctly and professionally. Only gripe was drama among coworkers. I may have left the company due to lack of work, but I still recommend them over a lot of plumbing companies in the area.

my previous remarks were listed under Springfield Mortuary Service. I understand that this business is now under new ownership and that it is being run more effeciently as was our previous experience. I wish them only the best in the future. The current owners have bent over backwards to accommodate us in every way possible.

We have utilized Springfield Plumbing for about 24 years now. They have always done a great job and they have a great crew. Highly recommended!
