Five stars across the board! Precise Plumbing is the best ever. The very first time I talked with Eric I felt as though we had been friends for years. I had three estimates for a new sump pump and drainage. Even though he was not the lowest, I opted for him, simply because of his personality; I trusted him, and will continue to do so going forward. Thank you Eric, for a job well done!

The following week I had two separate issues, two different days. Eric was here the same day I contacted him for the first, and the day after for the second. The first issue was the water heater, and required quite a bit of work, which I didn't expect. But the thing that stands out, and I appreciate most about that particular trip, is that he had plans with his family, but came to my house on his way there.
He did not charge me for either trip.
All I can say right now is that I appreciate the Precise Plumbing family. Thank you all!

I felt like we were being scammed by another company, so called Eric since we'd used him at our church also. He confirmed we did not need the $11k worth of work we were being sold. He did the work that was needed on time and in budget. A tree had to be taken out in the process and we were moving out of state the next day. Eric took care of the disposal of the tree. If you need a reliable and honest plumber, Eric's the guy.

Precise helped me out of a jam. Brand new house build. My original plumber (Pauly’s Plumbing) screwed up bad. So bad that he walked off the job. Precise came in and was fair with his assessment. It cost me more to fix the issues and Eric walked me through all of it so there were no surprises. He resolved a main water line issue with ease. He installed our tankless, faucets, toilets, pot filler, and hooked up all the sinks. We wound up having a sewer line never connected by the old plumber which a test flush revealed. Eric was able to find the source rather quickly and make the repairs. Precise also ran all the propane lines for our furnaces. Great job. Precise Plumbing is now my go to plumber.

Eric came out immediately when he heard our sewer pump had failed. He moved around his schedule to make sure we were seen first thing in the morning! His pricing is fair, he is extremely courteous, and we were so thankful to have our disaster in the making averted. Great family owned business and will definitely be contacting him for any work we may need or want done in the future!

I'm so glad I found Eric Rasmusson and appreciated his plumber Huston and excavator work and sidewalk lift and reset by Sean Johnson (SPJ Designs). We couldn't be more pleased with their work, efficiency, attention to necessary details and personalized customer service plus very reasonable cost.
Eric communicates efficiently and clearly with varied experience to install a new residential water line under the driveway and private walkway with the best water line route. There are other great plumbing companies out there but their proposalsvinvolvedvthe usual driveway cutting, removal and leaving gravel in its place and for one estimate rerouting the line close to a 2.5 foot diameter shade tree. Eric thoughtfully took everything onto consideration with the proposal to cut and lift the walk and working with me to get a bored and conduit placed under the driveway.
He was not only reasonable but saved us thousands from having to get concrete repair to the drive.
Eric also provided conduit for a previous old broken, old Romex wire to the outdoor light lamp, through the crawlspace wall, marking the existing old line to the conduit for an electrician to easily rewire, without additional trenching cost.
We are so pleased with the results that look good with minimal yard digging, leveling of the surface dirt and an untouched driveway and solid reset piece of walk way.
Honestly all the work was like a work of art. These guys enjoy their job!
If I could give 5 plus stars I would. Eric prepared a realistic best and worse case scenario estimate to prepare usget for this water line job in the older Cowden school neighborhood. He preserved the integrity of our landscape for a new water line install at significantly less than larger, good local competitors AND he was able to do the work within 4 days of providing the estimate.
I recommend Precise Plumbing for all major underground plumbing needs. These guys are excellent!

Eric was awesome. I’ve used a handful of plumbers in the area and really appreciated his honesty and transparency. He made it out to fix a busted pipe next day and then presented some options for a few other issues I was having. Very reasonably priced and wonderful customer experience.

Eric and Houston were absolutely amazing! They found a solution to our unique problem. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, even made friends with my dogs. Can’t recommend them enough!

We had a plumbing issue in the midst of seeking out house and were about to get ripped off by Roto Rooter, but we decided to call Eric at Precise Plumbing first and I’m glad we did. RR said we needed the entire sewer line replaced, but Eric proved that was not the case. Even though the repair was more than he initially thought it would be, he proved to be a trustworthy source and I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work.

Eric replaced our 18 year old water heater with a tankless model. Now we have instant hot water throughout the house! He also swapped out our old jetted tub with a beautiful soaker tub. Eric and his crew were great! He communicated very well and spoke honestly regarding the best options and best ways to save money. He’s very personable and I trust he did a great job! He did several jobs for us and came out the same day our pipe busted.

We hired Precise Plumbing to work on our gas lines for a cooktop stove and do some gutter drainage work in our yard. We're extremely happy with the work. Eric and Houston did such amazing job! They replaced 4 water shut offs that were no longer operating and installed our dishwasher. They were professional, efficient, and delivered top notch work. They took care of us and were very thorough with everything they did. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking for a plumber.

Precise plumbing is amazing! I called Monday morning at 11 AM with a busted water heater, and by 130PM they were out here fixing it and by 4ish I had a new water heater. Obviously that's not possible every time because they have other clients, etc but the promptness and great work coupled with reasonable pricing was refreshing.. Eric was very thorough in his explanation about everything, how to proceed etc. This is the second time I've called them and they are always top-notch! You've definitely got a customer!

Exceptional! Excellent! If you are looking for a 5 STAR plumber call Eric! I have recommended Eric numerous times but never needed his services until today…I knew we were going to add Granite to our bathroom and I would need a plumber to reconnect everything, Precise Plumbing was my first and only call. Eric recommended I go look at Granite at East Coast Granite (another exceptional company) saving me a couple hundred dollars ;).

Eric is very easy to talk to and very responsive when you call. He is a great plumber that cares about his work. He followed up on his own a few days later to make sure everything was adjusted properly and then came back on his own to make sure our new tankless system was working at peak performance. We have a new plumber. We are completely blown away. Thanks Eric.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by Precise Plumbing. From the moment they arrived, the team was extremely professional and treated our home with the utmost respect. Eric took the time to explain all our options in detail, ensuring we understood exactly what was needed.
They installed a new water softener system and a circulation pump with great care, and the job was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption. Communication was quick and clear, and they were punctual and organized throughout the process.
Once the installation was complete, Eric took the time to go over the system with my husband, answering all our questions. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about customer satisfaction.

Eric and Houston made my day! My hot water heater cracked open and was leaking water everywhere. I called Precise Plumbing and they were able to replace my hot water heater that same afternoon.
