They did an okay job..... staff was nice. they left more damage than what was expected and made follow up refinishing more expensive. There was a hole in a separate area that no one had warned us about or mentioned prior to the work being started. There's nothing we can do to fix it other than completely replace the floor. We may have opted not to get the work done, had a known. We also were surprised at the appearance of the Crack repair in the garage that looked like an eye sore. Again, no one had discussed that this would be the outcome or what a would be seeing afterwards. Additionally, the doors upstairs are still sticking after installing the support pole in the basement. Not sure any lifting was done, just wedging a pole under a sagging beam...... or maybe they just misdiagnosed the problem. Pretty expensive for not really fixing the issues we are having but I guess they won't get any wise maybe

I would highly recommend using Helitech for outside replacement of drain pipes. They trenched and installed five gutter downspouts with four inch triple wall along with three pop up gutter drains at three locations at my Springfield MO location. The foreman, Qintan and his crew of Logan and Corey were awesome! Highly professional and hard workers. Each one s valued asset to any business. Thank you Helitech!

We had 2 sump pumps installed and my crawl space completely redone, so now it is a controlled environment. The folks I dealt with from start to finish were very polite, professional, and worked hard. Sam Jakaitis (sorry if I misspelled) came out and thoroughly examined my property for the best solution to dry up my downstairs. I had quite a few questions to throw at Sam, but he answered them all like a champ! Then the crew consisting of Foreman Quintan Hadley, Lead Logan Mitchell and Laborer Marcus Keathley came in and took great care of us! If something wasn't going as planned, I was quickly informed of what was going on and how they were going to handle. I would highly recommend this company!

Helitech did an outstanding job of raising the front of our offices. The drought had caused settling and cracks in the interior concrete. From Sam who initially explained what was necessary to Jacob who supervised the work to his two guys who worked like fiends, we were pleased with their efforts and professionalism. The customer service from Michael Mohler was outstanding. He was very thorough and patient in explaining what was required to fix the issues in our crawl space. Very friendly and professional. The crew of Quintan Hadley, Kade,Logan and Xeavor were outstanding. These guys arrived on time, got right work, completed the job timely and did a great job cleaning up. Overall very professional! Definitely would recommend them.

Quintin and his crew were very professional they were here on time and were very courteous. They assessed the job and did a great job in repairing our foundation. Even when we found a situation that none of us could foresee they worked diligently and did not give up. They worked hard and did not stop until they could get the job done correctly never complained just put their heads down and got it done the proper way. I live in Monett in MO and after finding mold on clothes I knew I had a moisture problem in my home. I contacted Helitech and they sent Sam to give me an estimate. He was professional and very nice. I felt like he was giving me what I needed not what he could get me to buy. I now have a dehumidifier installed in my crawl space. The two young men who did the work were polite, answered all my questions and smiled like they enjoyed their work and knew what they were doing. Quintan Hadley and Logan Mitchell were great! This experience could not have gone any better. I would recommend Helitech to anyone looking for help with water issues and if you’re lucky you may get Quintan and Logan to do your work.

A crew of 3 guys came out to put a sump pump in for me. The house is in Branson so there are hills (mountains) and rock in every section of the ground. They had to jack hammer a 8-9 inch deep area along the wall in the basement that had rain getting in. The driveway is on a big slope toward the house of course and this past year any heavy rain was leaving puddles in the unfinished area of the basement. The crew : Quintan Hadley, Logan Mitchell, and Xeaver Davis did such a fantastic job. The.noise wasn't as bad as I was expecting and they were very neat with everything. We haven't gotten any rain yet, but I am confident our problem is fixed. I recommend Helitech for any waterproofing work. Excellent job and professional employees. Thank you!

Horrible experience... They showed up late, left a mess everywhere, then never finished the job they agreed to do. Don’t make the same mistake I did and avoid this company.

Our church used Buddy's for carpet cleaning after we had some water damage, and they did a wonderful job! They went above and beyond for us! Excellent service and results!

We've been using Buddy's for years now, and I love their work. The people are great to work with - accommodating, professional, knowledgeable. No up-selling, just good solid advice and tips about carpet care. Not only do we use them for regular cleanings, but for "oops" things also (water in the downstairs bedroom, for example). We'd used others in the past, but never again. As long as we have carpet, we will use Buddy's for it!
7 years later and the comments are just as valid today as they were when I originally wrote the comments above in 2019. As long as we have carpet, we will trust it to Buddy’s Carpet Care. (written 1/16/2026)
P.S. An extra thanks to Buddy’s for identifying a problem with the carpet (under warranty), which is now being addressed by the manufacturer. We wouldn’t have found it without their knowledge and experience!
