Buddy's Carpet Care came to my rescue when the pipes for my sink burst! Not only did they take the quality time and care it took to dry my hardwood floors out but the follow up was genuine and helpful to ease any extra worries I might have for the life of my floors there after. Buddy's Carpet Care is the only company to call if you need clean carpets. Not only do they do an excellent job of cleaning but they help educate you in how to clean stains so that you do not need to have them come out for small stains. WHO DOES THAT? Buddy's Carpet Care that is who! We have had them clean our carpets on several occasions and we are very pleased with the results. Unfortunately we also have needed them for a water heater that burst. Buddy came right out and was able to save our carpet and hardwood floors from water damage. We had Trevor from Buddy's Carpet Care out this week to clean two living rooms and our main hallway. He was very polite and professional and the carpet looks great. With three grandkids, a dog and a cat, we had a variety of stains and spots on the carpet, all of which have disappeared after Trevor's cleaning. I recommend Buddy's and we will use them again.

My carpet and the upholstery on the sofa/chair look new after their service. They are professional, knowledgeable and take great pride in the work. They took the time to find out the type of material my carpet/sofa were made from to use the best product for them.

Part of the job involved some construction clean up that we were unsure could be restored, but they took care of it. They did a fantastic job and we were very pleased with the results. I had neglected my carpets to the point I believed replacement was my only option.

Because of the covid-19 mandate, our business has been closed for almost 4 weeks.
We also have a Commercial building where our tenants were also mandated to shutdown.
In support of "we're all in this together" we called and let them know April's rent was waved.
So new carpeting was NOT an option!!!

I'm sharing this ... because when making the appointment I Asked about the cost.
I was told that they were not the least expensive company. They did not just surface clean ... they rejuvenated the fibers and improved the body of the carpet.

When the crew came out, they were very courteous and conscious of their customers safety concerns given our current social environment.

Buddy went into great detail explaining what they were doing and why. He was Very Impressive in his knowledge and professionalism!

I had not shared that I had a time issue... so I had to rush off before letting them know how much I appreciated the job they did!

Were they expensive??? NO!

Buddys Carpet Care cleans all of our oriental rugs new and antique, and does a wonderful job! Recently they also cleaned some needlepoint chair covers we are going to frame and they came back beautiful and ready to be framed! We recommend them highly for any cleaning care.

This is an outstanding company. Corey and his team of experts knew exactly what to do and how to do it. And were able to respond quickly to our flooding emergency. If you want honest and fair local business help, look no further than Buddy’s carpet care. We will absolutely use again but pray we won’t have another flooding situation!

We used Buddy's Carpet Care for the first time. Buddy was GREAT! We explained that we are fosters for rescue dogs and have had accidents on our rug and bedroom carpet. He was very thorough in evaluating what both needed. Buddy provided a quote before performing the work. After Buddy completed the work, the carpet and rug looked like new. Buddy explained how to clean up dog urine and the chemistry behind it. He is very knowledgeable and we are so happy we did not go with an ordinary carpet cleaner who did not test, pre-treat and rinse. Buddy knows what he is doing and we will happily use his service again. Not only was Buddy outstanding, but his office staff called to let us know when they would arrive and called after the service to make sure we were satisfied. Pricing was reasonable.

There is not one bad thing I can say about this company. WOW! Buddy educated me on the issues I was having with pet urine, ink stains, and cleaning in general. You definitely get what you pay for. One time I made the choice to have my whole house cleaned by another company. They run these $129 specials all the time. They were here and gone in 45 minutes. Took my money and ran. What a mistake. Buddy is a professional on carpet needs. Don't use anyone else. The quality of work that BCC does is beyond impressive. Plus, they show up in professional clothing. I will never use anyone else except for Buddy. I will never recommend anyone else except for Buddy. This is the 3rd time I have used him and each experience is the same. AMAZING!!!

We used Buddy's carpet care for post-puppy potty training and had a great experience! They were thorough and very accommodating. They explained the estimate and even gave us options. They also explained what we'd need to do to avoid pet damage in the future should any accidents happen. They were extremely professional and we thought their pricing was very fair and reasonable. Very impressive service from my initial phone call all the way through the completion of the carpet and upholstery cleaning. These folks are very professional, prompt, respectful and knowledgeable. We love Buddy's! With three large dogs in and out of our house it's hard to keep the carpets (and couches) clean. We've used Buddy's for over 8yrs and every time the carpets feel like brand new. Plus they are very careful with all our things and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Buddy’s is the best! Buddy, Cathy and Corey are so good to work with. Most recently I had an issue with a candle wax spill between cleanings. I consulted their guide and still didn’t feel comfortable trying to spot clean it myself. Cathy had me speak with Buddy when I called them and he walked me through exactly what to do. I attempted to get the wax out just like he said to do and it completely came out! Thank you so much and we’ll definitely have them clean our carpets again when needed.

Tremendous experience with Buddy’s Carpet Care. I received electronic confirmation of my appointment, and then a reminder the day before. They ended up getting to us sooner to try and fit us in before the snow storm. Upon arrival the technicians were in a company van and well presented in company uniforms. They introduced themselves and explained the process to me. They immediately used a tool to mark where dogs had previously urinated - which was crazy. They worked up an estimate and got to work! We have almost 4,000 sf of home and to do all the carpets and tile was right at $2500. They started after i approved the estimate and even presented me with a booklet on their company and how to’s on cleaning stains! They moved all of the furniture, we didn’t have to do much except move some valuables. I will say I’ve hired cheaper carpet cleaners but I have never seen as good of results as I’ve had with Buddy’s . Everything looked brand new! They also do oriental rugs and other specialties. They are truly the best in their field!
