Reviews of local pros in Springfield, Missouri

Buddy's Carpet Care is the only company we recommend to our clients to clean their area rugs, broadloom carpet, and other flooring! They always go above and beyond to make our clients' experiences the best they can possibly be! Thank you to your whole team!

Buddy's Carpet Care is incredible!!! We had some quality tile floors that needed some deep cleaning and they came thru with flying colors!!!! Corey, Buddy, Caleb & Linda were all amazing!! Their Customer Service was fantastic and their communication kept me in the loop before & during the project! I truly appreciated their level of professionalism and care that left our beautiful floors looking just as they did when we opened!!!
Thanks again to everyone @ Buddy's!!!!!

They showed up within about an hour of us calling them due to water damage from busted pipes at our church. They did an excellent job getting everything dried out and cleaned for us. Honest, kind, professional, and very reasonably priced!

Buddy did a great job of getting the house dried out after water damage from my hot water heater bursting!

Wow! Excellent customer service and fantastic work. Buddy and Kathy were so easy to work with and I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their services! A+!!!

We have used Buddy's for all of our water damage. They are always on time and very reasonable priced. Will use them again and again. Thanks

This company has cleaned my carpets at home and at work. They clean leather furniture and upholstery. They are honest, hard working and a great price.

Buddy (Tuft Aide) has cleaned carpets for us many times & they ALWAYS do a fantastic job! Professional, punctual & honest! Highly recommend

We had a washer overflow in our laundry room that went into 3-seperate rooms. They were at my house in less than 1 1/2 hours and dried out our hardwood floors amazingly fast. We were very pleased with the results.

This company is who you need to use for any and all floor cleaning need. They were kind enough to explain to me how to take care of a small issue I had myself instead of just charging me to do it. They are top notch and from all my friends that use them consistently, you cannot find a better company to do your business or home!

Would not call anyone else if you are having any type of restoration needs. Have helped us at multiple properties when having water emergencies. Fast, effective, and affordable.

I have long said (and told friends) that Buddy's Carpet Care is the best in Springfield. This winter my newly redone basement flooded. I was out of town and frantic as my home was listed for sale. Their other company, Tuft Aide, came out quickly and professionally removed all the water with their state of the art equipment. It took over a week, but they came each day, checked and moved equipment around and when all dry, they shampooed my carpet and all was like new. Aside from their professionalism, they are simply the nicest people you will ever deal with. I could not recommend anyone more highly.

I have used Euliss exteriors on four different jobs. Two on my personal property and two on commercial property.
Will use for all future projects.
Honest, good craftsmanship and competitive.

Jamie put new siding on our house. It looks absolutely beautiful! He’s very professional and got it done quick. We love it. I would highly recommend him!

I could not be happier with how my home looks. I’ve hired Jamie for three jobs now and all I can say is WOW! He has done my new siding, aluminum wrapped all my trim, replaced all my windows, and fixed all my leaks and insulation under my house…did not know I had an issue there until he did an inspection for me. I highly recommend Jamie for any project!

Jamie did some exterior work for me on replacing the soffits, fascia, and gutters. He did an excellent job and in a timely manner!

Super unprofessional people. Sometimes looks aren't decieving. Would give less stars if possible.

PUNCTUAL ON ARRIVAL. DID EXCELLENT WORK. HAS GREAT EQUIPMENT.
WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN

On time quick at what they do and reasonably priced. Definitely call again

Excellent team and and hard workers they spent all day on my roof start to finish in one day. I would recommend this crew to anybody to do roofs. Thank again for all the ones that worked on this project.

I haven’t personally had work done by this company yet, but I had the pleasure of having a booth next to their booth at the 2025 Ozark Empire Fair. Every single employee I met was incredibly friendly, funny, and genuinely kind. They were knowledgeable and professional, and it’s clear they love what they do. Huge shout out to the owners for hiring such an amazing team. If their work is anything like their people, you’re in great hands!
